Overall responsive when I called, needed to make a change and the work was done very well. Price was with in line of other quotes and we had a few change orders that were priced fairly. Highly recommend Steve and Theresa in billing was easy too. Liked the payment plan as well.

Thank you Segelman for the chimney repair. The crew cleanses my gutters and roof annually and notice the chimney flashing was getting old. This fall Segelman Shaw re-sided my 1940s house. They did an excellent job and I'm very happy with my 'new' house. They were responsive to my requests and questions in the most professional way. I couldn't be happier with the results and do not hesitate to recommend them.

My garage roof was in bad shape. Segelman Shaw crew efficiently stripped it down to the plywood, replaced boards where needed and did a great job with the new shingles. I was very happy with the results, especially with the care they took on the trim. Over all good service.

Segelman Shaw Roofing did a great job replacing our 20+ year old roof.

The roof, like most this age, needed some work. Tiles/shingles were getting blown off and I suspected the recent rains maybe causing problems. The neighbors up the street had Segelman replace their roof and they said the price quote was competitive. I called John Lozon on a Sunday (leaving a message) and John called me back Monday. He said he would swing for an estimate and using a drone was able to get the info needed.

I had the quote via e-mail that day. When I got back to John he was quick to put things in motion. Workers were out in less than two weeks. The crew was very polite, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves every day. We had to let one worker in the house as we replaced the metal chimney to our heater. He wore a mask and was in and out under ten minutes.

Getting a new roof is like going to the dentist, it just has to be done. John made the process easier as he remained in touch and let me know if he saw or his worker saw any issues that needed to be addressed.

I certainly would be happy to recommend them any time.

They did a very nice job with a roof replacement and minor repair of siding and roofing due to tree damage. The quotes for individual aspects were generally below others. The crew was hard working, respectful, and professional. Minor issues were dealt with quickly and responsively. The site manager was always available and coordinated things well. The job took a bit longer than anticipated (5 days relative to anticipated 2-3) but more due to diligence and detail oriented nature of the crew. Generally things were organized quite well and there were no changes/surprises with the final bill.

Excellent service. I had my roof and siding replaced by this contractor during a very cold winter 2018/2019. Crews did a good job, and follow up punch list was done to my satisfaction. With the current covid-19 situation, the best we can do is support our good local contractors - so here is my review and a very well deserved 5 stars.

Needed a new roof and gutters. John, the salesman, was also my liaison to the office and the work crew supervision. Questions and changes were always handled rapidly and fairly. Workers seemed to know their jobs well. Pricing was competitive and reasonable. Work was excellent. Clean up was excellent. This is a good company.

I had a fire that damaged the exterior of my house. It resulted all the front siding needing replacement. Segelman Shaw did a fantastic job in doing the work, and handling the insurance claim. After the work was done, there was no trace of trash or debris left behind. Segelman Shaw even sent around a foreman after the work was completed to make sure that all things were done correctly and button up any loose ends. I will call Segelman Shaw again without hesitation when I need roofing, siding, window or gutter work again. Thank you!

We were very happy with the work done by Segelman Shaw. They fixed siding on our home that was destroyed during a nor’easter. They explained what needed to be done, provided us with options and put us on the schedule quickly! I would definitely recommend this company!

This was not a easy job. Repairing damaged aluminum siding and trim.
But they did a really excellent job. Straightening out the siding and nailing it back to the house and replacing some of the trim where needed.
All in all, great work.
