Recommend Larry. He and his team installed new gutters and gutter guards, and they did a great job. They came early and stayed late to finish the job in one day. And what's even better, when we had a question on something a few days later..Larry came to inspect and test it, which proves he stands behind his work and warranty. He's not just a sales guy, he's there all day making sure the job is done and knows his stuff.

We originally had another company who done an estimate, open part of our roof then said that they wanted a 5x more from the original estimate to finish the work (which was outrageous). The roof was open a bit and had to be cover with a tarp which damage more parts of the roof. We had to open quote for several companies to bid on the work on our roof after that because of the original company (costing more damage).

We found Pro Trends - Larry listens well to all of the concerns and took the time to inspect inside, outside and the roof. Not all of the company will actually inspect everything or actually check out the roof to provide estimates. Larry will clarify what the work remit will cover and not cover. I felt more comfortable that the time was taken and appreciate that though this maybe consider part of roof part repair - thorough walk through was done. Larry also came to fix our roof timely after we agree on the contract. We also receive longer roof warranty than other companies (which ultimately proof he has confident in repair work - ie no one wants to come back to redo the work if they not done it well the first time). I can see they have garner more 5 stars reviews than a lot of others. I appreciate the work done and will continue to place trust in this company and the work.

While a compounding basement epoxy floor project, the weather caused flooding in the basement so the project was postponed until the gutters were fixed so the basement wouldn't flood again. I sent out multiple requests for quotes on Thumbtack, on of those went to Pro Trends Construction. Larry went over to the house late in the evening to look at the project, gave me a fair quote, talked me through different options, and was able to start very quickly. I was referred to Pro Trends Construction by a relative when we discovered a leak in our roof. Within 12 hours, Larry had shown up exactly when he said he would, thoroughly reviewed our roof, tarped the leak, and gathered all the necessary information to provide an estimate. Larry and his team helped me understand the cause of the gutter problems I had identified. He provided me with multiple options that I could use to remediate. After landing on what I wanted (full house replacement - 3 stories), he was able to quickly get to work. Within one very long day, he and his team removed and fully disposed of my old gutters, and the crafted and hung the new ones using the color scheme that worked best with my house. Everyone involved was very nice and did what I believe was a very good job. I was happy with the price, the work quality and the timeline in which the work was done. Later, I identified something that worried me. I reached out, and he made time to come out on the same day. As it turned out, there was no problem, but was I ever happy to know that he was available, after the job was done, to make sure that I’m a happy customer. Larry is great. He shows up when he says he will, communicates every step of the way, charges a fair price, and gets the job done right.

We were having problems with a gutter that had been installed wrong and was leaking water behind our siding and causing massive damage inside the wall. Larry showed up the day after we called him, removed the siding and the damaged insulation, plywood and studs, and replaced everything. It was a big job, but he barely even took a break — he wanted to make sure everything got sealed up quickly. I can’t recommend Larry highly enough.

After getting quotes from multiple companies, we decided to go with Larry and his team at ProTrends to have our gutters and soffits replaced/upgraded. When meeting with Larry, he was very informative and the knowledge of his work was evident. He was straight forward, honest, and did not try and upsell unnecessary work.
The time table to complete the work was accurate. The team showed up on time and put in a full day of work; having completed the entire job over the course of 3 days. After completion each day, the team properly cleaned up the entire job site.

I HIGHLY recommend Pro Trends Construction. Larry arrived within 24 hours of my call to triage the source of rain water seeping into our family home. Turned out flooding in our basement was the result of a poor job performed by another contractor who “replaced” our roof several years ago. Within a week Larry and his team of professionals arrived on site and uncovered the damage previously hidden by the roofing contractor, which was sitting under replaced shingles. Larry and team remedied the problem same day and within a few hours.

Before reaching out to Pro Trends, we had several contractors assess our issue, each reaching the conclusion that the flooding was a result of rain seeping through the foundation, and an exorbitant amount of money would be necessary for the repair. They were wrong. Pro Trends charged a tenth of the lowest quote received.

It is quite difficult to find honest, professional and thorough contractors who don’t leave you feeling helpless and at their mercy when it comes to pricing. I am grateful to have found Pro Trends and look forward to having Larry and his great team replace our gutters soon. Thank you Pro Trends!

My roof was damaged from a storm. I needed a roof contractor ASAP because rain was expected within couple of days. I've reached out to many roof contractors. Either they gave me vague estimated times or it would be too far out in the week for me to schedule. Thats when I came across Pro Trends Construction and Larry came and inspected my roof within 30 minutes after I made the call. He gave me a clear break down on the condition of my roof. He showed me pictures and pointed out whats happening on certain spots and why it was happening. Wowww! I must say that Larry went above and beyond to fix our leaky and rotting roof. This is an addition to the house and the job that was originally done was very sloppy with many missing parts. He examined and found the problem. Larry explained everything to us in detail. He added new plywood, underlayment and he also added flashing which was never installed from the original construction. He is a very simple, honest and professional person. After numerous quotes and estimates I highly recommend Larry for any roofing and gutter job. He will be the only roofer I use.

ProTrends arrived ready to work! Larry came within 24 hours of my 1st call. He performed a thorough diagnostic of my problem. He was on the roof, in the basement, essentially no stone left unturned. We had a substantial amount of rain immediately following his repair work and not surprisingly we’ve had no issues which is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Water dripping inside ur house is super frightening. Larry spent about 3 hours analyzing and repairing in total. He re-pitched and cleaned our gutters, caulked our window plus more.
