I recently had my roof repaired by Benjie with Acme Roofing. Benjie did a fantastic job!

From the first call, I received excellent customer service from Kyra, in the office, and from Benjie, in explaining what the roof repair entailed.

Both were very friendly, professional, and the response time was excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of working with ACME Roofing, and although I ultimately chose a different company, it was a very close decision. Jay, who conducted the in-person visit to discuss my project and provided an estimate, was exceptionally thorough and a joy to work with. My project involved a complete roof replacement prior to a solar panel installation, and Jay's attention to detail was impressive.
He took the time to explain where lomanco venting was necessary and where it wasn't, and he provided a detailed analysis of how much ice and water shield was truly needed—unlike some other contractors who simply suggested applying it everywhere. Jay also proactively communicated with my solar system installer and advised against using the original solar rack mounts they suggested, as it would require prying apart the shingles, potentially causing damage. Instead, he recommended a more suitable mounting option.
Throughout the process, Jay kept me informed every step of the way and presented a very compelling offer. Even though I didn't end up choosing ACME Roofing, I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering roofing services. Give them a try—you won't be disappointed!

Great job, Jay came and looked at old roof, pointed out problem areas and concerns; flashing around chimney need replacement, new vent covers on bathroom fans and kitchen fan, new lead coverings on bathroom vents, porch skylight was better than it ever was. The installers are the best I've seen, hard workers doing a great job with all the work that was needed. ACME staff were here a couple times a day helping along with job and asking if I had any concerns, never did it was a smooth process. I would highly recommend them to my friends and families

They came out and fixed a leak in the roof of the house I had recently bought. When it is time to do a full replacement these are the only guys I will use.

ACME roofing was able to come assess and repair my roof same day. They were thorough, went over everything with me and made sure I was happy with it before they left. Would highly recommend their service for any roof repairs!

They replaced my roof and I also referred them to someone. They got $35,000+ out of me and the person I referred them to. I was putting up holiday lights and noticed the fascia boards above my front porch were completely rotten. I asked them to come out and look at it, and the employee said it was not covered under the warranty. This is something they should’ve noticed, and now they are not willing to help even though it is a roofing issue.

We were faced with a difficult circumstance at our church recently. Our 30 year-anticipated roof installation failed at 12 years (poor install and poor product) and the original roofing company was nowhere to be seen. After obtaining several bids, ACME Roofing rose to the top with excellent education about roofing, best pricing, best timing, best products, best warranty, and best workmanship. Acme Roofing replaced our roof this month. The office staff was attentive and courteous. From Caleb walking us through the process to the crew doing the job to Benji overseeing the project and Spencer making sure any and all concerns were covered in a very timely fashion. First, let me say that this is the best roofing company I have ever had the pleasure to do business with and I used to work in the roofing industry. I had an amazing experience with ACME Roofing! The customer service was outstanding. Jay was my first contact. He went over every aspect of the roofing materials required to complete the re-roof. He also supplied us with shingle and underlayment samples and answered any question we had. The proposal he submitted to us was clear and concise. I was impressed with Tim (the field supervisor). He always took time to answer my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. Tim and Benji also stopped by several times to make sure the job was going smoothly. After the re-roof was complete, Tim did a walk-through with us and covered all aspects of the re-roof from tear-off to cleanup. The roofing crew also did a great job. They always showed up on time and never left a mess at the end of the day.

Tim at ACME roofing was very helpful and responsive after a sudden and unexpected skylight leak during an atmospheric river in Fall 2023.
He got a tarp in place and was gave us many options to repair/replace the skylight. He also was helpful with other unrelated roof issues.
We appreciated his help and would recommend him and ACME roofing.

Fabulous experience workmanship and customer service both top notch . Can’t say enough about their integrity when it came time to replace our roof making sure we had the correct material for our roof , the gutter system even the need to get a chimney guy to check out the cap.

After coming home to the sheet rock ceiling in my garage having collapsed due to another roofing contractor improperly installing shingles I called Acme roofing for a quote to fix it. They came out the next day and not only gave me a fair quote but fixed it right then. My only regret is not using Acme roofing to do the original job years ago.

Acme put a beautiful roof on our home. They have a great team of guys who kept the area clean and safe the whole time. They were efficient and responsive to all questions we had . Even ten years later the roof looks still brand new and as we had some questions after a big storm , the roof stayed strong but they still sent a team out immediately to allay my concerns and we’re wonderful in helping us!

I’ve never been one to post reviews but didn’t want to pass up the opportunity to praise Acme Roofing for a job which exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. The roof looks fantastic and we are thrilled to have found an honest company who I am proud to highly recommend.

After getting several other quotes, we went with Acme Roofing as they were honest, willing to work within our thin budget while still providing top notch product and services.

Honesty goes a long way in my book and Acme is trustworthy. Most of the other companies who came over, were not very thorough during the 'free estimate' visit. Acme was. They took their time and even spent considerable time in the attic. Because of this, there were no hidden 'surprises' with the final price.

Quite frankly, I was expecting a few days of chaos but working with them was actually like a pleasant breeze. Tim and his crew worked together like a well oiled machine. They showed up on time, were professional, communicative and so easy to work with.

We were informed up front it would be a 2 day job. When they arrived (on the dot), they got right to work. There was no dilly dallying. Each of the large crew worked like rock stars atop the roof, each taking a different section. With their own unique nailing rhythm, from inside it sounded like a wonderful drum circle of sorts and not the horrible pounding I was anticipating. Imagine our surprise when lo and behold, they finished in just one day and no corners were cut. In addition, they left the property cleaner than they found it. I was impressed, as were the neighbors.

After what I thought was a thorough clean up, Acme was so conscientious, they even came back the following day with a magnet catcher to ensure there were no missed stray nails or small debris on the ground which could possibly hurt my animals.

We are so glad to be able to support and praise a neighborhood company - one who truly cares about their customers and treats them right. Tim and his crew are simply the best!

I chose Acme to re-roof my new home in Tacoma. My roof was a mess. It's a flat roof so you can't see it from the ground. The home inspection revealed that the torch-down was alligatoring; it hadn't been given any kind of care in over 20 years. And when Acme pulled up the old roof during the install, it was revealed that there was nothing underneath: the roof had no base!

Acme took care of everything. They were super reasonable, even with the additional work that had to be done on installing plywood. They gave me a very fair price on the materials for that, and added in extra little metal bit end caps (that should have been installed on the roof originally that never were .....) I am sleeping much more soundly at night knowing that my roof is now as solid as it's possible to be. Acme was very reasonable, fairly priced the additional work, communicated well and quickly during the process, and their workmen cleaned everything up. It's a pleasure to work with competent, fair, highly skilled professionals who are trustworthy. I highly highly recommend them.

Of the three companies that we asked for estimates, ACME was the only one who gave us two options of shingles for installation. The installation team was at the house on time, they worked well with each other and they finished the job before the day was over.

We had 5 estimates for a new roof. Acme was not the cheapest or the most expensive. They were the only one's to say we needed to replace our sky light. We would highly recommend them to do your roof. Great job guy's.

Tim the roofer came out and gave an incredible estimate. It was within my budget and he fixed the problem with my gutters in less than an hour. I was so relieved. It gave me piece of mind before traveling.

We are very pleased with the professionalism and integrity of this company. They did an excellent job and the guarantee is great. Roof was torn off and installed in one day, and they cleaned up after.

5 star experience with Acme Roofing. Our roof sprung a leak and we were given the not great news that we needed a whole new roof. The bearer of the bad tiddings suggested we go with Acme and we're glad we did. Check your expectations on when they can get to you. It takes a while right now. The good news is Acme was very up front with us about this from the beginning.

In terms of pricing, they say, they are not going to be the cheapest and they are not going to be the most expensive. The bid was very fair and we moved forward.

It was 2 months from bid to completed roof. That is just how long it takes at the moment, for pretty much every quality roofing company. Once they did get to us, it was quick. Finished roof in two days. They did 3 buildings for our project. They cruised.

Highly recommend you consider including them as an option when you are shopping bids.

Benji from Acme responded in a timely manner for a leak in our roof. The roof is 21 years old and he repaired the leak quickly, took pictures of the repair and the state of the roof. The roof is very steep and we can't climb up there. Benji explained everything about the repair and pointed out the deficiencies of our roof. He was very polite and personable.

Tim at ACME Roofing answered the phone right away and got Benji out quickly to check it out. Arrived early & super friendly! Following recent heavy rains, we had a leak around a very large skylight above our kitchen hardwood floors. Benjie quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to remove concrete roof tiles in order to stop water backup caused by leaf/debris obstruction. He was knowledgeable and efficient and charged us a very fair price. I would definitely recommend ACME roofing if you want quality work at a reasonable price.

They weren't the cheapest but the bid was very competitive. They showed up when they said they would, and they got the roof done in less than a day. We had a leak in the old roof and they put a tarp up for us at no extra charge. They also did some other minor work at no extra charge. The roof looks great. It's still new but no leaks yet. They didn't use any sketchy sales tactics. The amount on the final bill was the same as the bid. I highly recommend and would use them again.

I took a lot of time and spent a lot of energy figuring out who to hire to re-roof my house. I got bids from four different companies and did a lot of online research. Not only did Acme give me the best bid but they were hands down the easiest to deal with. From the initial meeting with Jay to the final cleanup with Tim everyone was friendly, respectful, prompt, and there was great communication throughout. Also, there was no high pressure sales pitch like I got with a few other companies. A new roof is a big investment and I'm really happy I found Acme because they made me feel comfortable about the whole process.

My excellent experience with this company started with a very pleasant meeting to establish the estimate. Steve was very responsive to some of our unique needs and the estimate was very low compared to two others I received. The crew that worked on the roof were very professional, took great care to protect my property from any damage, and showed a very high degree of skill in their work. I chose them because they were both the lowest bid and had been recommended by a friend of mine who'd been in construction. The roofers themselves were thoroughly professional and functioned like a well-drilled team. After they'd finished, I examined the job and was impressed at both the overall quality of work and the little touches (such as covering all of the exposed ends of gable end boards) as well.

Before getting bids for a new roof I spoke with friends and neighbors about their experiences, and I was fortunate to have the re-roofing of the home we recently sold for reference. With a rough idea of the costs and performance I could anticipate I requested and received bids from seven companies. Two were exorbitantly expensive, three were still unacceptably high and two I felt were reasonable. Acme Roofing was the higher of the latter two. I was happy with Jay Clement’s low-pressure, straight-forward, candid attitude and his willingness to listen. He seems to me to be a person of integrity who expects excellent performance. His proposal provided us the best overall package; the new roof with quality materials and warranty, installation of five new skylights (which we furnished) and new gutters. Acme’s crew of four experienced installers did a good job of protecting our yard and gardens, demolition, roofing and cleanup, taking a little less than two days to complete the job. It looks great. We called Acme roofing for a free estimate and we were contacted by Spencer Ross the owner. He came out and looked over the project and within a few days we had a written estimate in a professional folder with a very detailed proposal. We were able to go to his showroom and pick up samples to take home to see what we would like. We had several estimates done and his was the one we chose and also was the most professional. The date was chosen to begin and his crew was here in the morning on time and the existing roof was torn off. The work included having rotten fascia trim boards replaced and new underlayment put in per local codes. Tim Hagen was here to oversee the work and he was very hands on to be sure everything went smoothly. The new roof is beautiful and they did a fantastic job. Everybody was great and the job site was kept clean at the end of each day. When they were done and had left we had a new beautiful roof and a clean yard. This the third roof we've had installed and Acme Roofing did the best job we've ever had done. If you need a roof call Spencer you'll be glad you did.

Putting a new roof on our home was a very big deal for me. It meant getting bids from 4 contractors and researching and learning about this work and the materials, which I had little or no knowledge about. I'm a professional wetland scientist and do private consulting and contracting work for my own clients, so I do know about contacts and cost estimates. Jay was the very best of the "consultants" that I interviewed for this job. He provided the best quality information and insights into what I had and what this job needed. What had passed as "consulting" from the others prior and subsequent to that time was not as good or as accurate for this job. The contract that Acme provided was clearly the best worded, most through and complete compared to any of the 3 other contractors. Furthermore, the workmanship and materials that they provided to finish the work was both superior and of adequate quality. I would highly recommend Acme to friends and colleges without qualification(s). OH, and did I mention that their's was the lowest bid by thousands of dollars!

Purchasing a new roof is a huge financial undertaking. I received estimates from 5 roofing companies. True, they did give one of the lowest bids. But, I was sold on the communication level. They showed me that they are good to their word, that they have good follow-through. So I agreed to have Acme replace my roof. Amazingly, it took just two days. And true to their word, the foreman did a couple walks through with me verifying that everything was completed to my satisfaction. And I am satisfied. I think our new roof looks elegant and solid. I also believe that if there is any problem, Acme will come through and handle it. Acme is a good company.
