i can't say enough good things about my recent experience with this roofing crew. first off, malik is honest and just a really good person. we were in the middle of a big renovation and found a leak coming from the chimney when the ceiling was opened up. i called malik and he came out right away to check the chimney and walked across the whole roof. malik found wind damage in other spots, took pictures, and clearly explained everything to me. he gave me a couple of repair options, made up an estimate, and sent it to me online. after i accepted the quote online, his team came out and got all the work done in just a few hours. i really appreciate the professionalism and respect malik and his crew showed us during our stressful renovation. i will definitely call them again if i need roof work and will recommend them to anyone needing a roofer!

fantastic work from start to finish. my house roof and two sheds were completed by a team of four in just eight hours, and the gutters were done in a day and a half by one hard-working roofer (i'm still curious how he handled those two long seamless gutters by himself!). both crews did an amazing job and the clean up was thorough—just a few stray roof nails here and there, but nothing left that pets could get into. would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to others and my insurance clients.

Even though it was almost dark, he climbed up our steep roof to check things out. He noticed that we had more than just some shingle problems—the skylight frames and gutter system were also damaged. malik was very easy to talk to and did more than we expected. For example, we had a small tree right by our garage that needed to be removed before we got a new driveway. Without us even asking, malik stayed late after dark to dig out as much of the tree and roots as he could. The company handled all the insurance paperwork for us, which was a big relief. We just had to make one short trip to sign some forms, which wasn’t a problem. Since it was late in the season, they scheduled the roofing work for the spring so everything could be ready to go. When the job started, malik stopped by a few times to check on things and answer any questions. From what i saw, the company uses really good materials. For example, malik showed me the underlayment they were putting under the shingles—it was a strong synthetic membrane, not the old roofing felt that can rip easily. Everything went great and the roof looks perfect. After the work was finished, there was a pallet and some extra materials left at the end of our driveway. malik came out and hauled it all away, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience.

My husband used to be an employee there, first time he loved it, second time he did not get along with the lead guy and we were trying to get out of the struggle we were in. He no longer works there but they won’t fill out our form for DHS so now our children are being cut off medical insurance and food assistance! I’ve emailed them daily looks like I’ll be calling daily!
