Maury and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They removed my old roof and replaced it with Malarkey Legacy roofing.They also replaced the roof on my tool shed. They left the site clean and completed the job expediently was very happy with their work, I would highly recommend them.

Seattle Pros did a great job repairing and installing a new roof on our quirky house. We had been experiencing persistent leaks in various places, mainly due to the old roof being installed improperly 13 years ago.

They found some creative solutions to dealing with a large number of odd intersections, nooks and crannies and a large nearly flat section of roof which was likely the main culprit for most of our internal leaks.

The roof looks great. All the flashing looks like looks like it's installed properly and will last a good long time.

They also repaired 10 ft of problematic gutter. And removed an old leaking brick chimney.

It was a bit challenging being cooped up indoors during covid and hearing all the noise from the installation and removal of the old roof and chimney.

Everything peers dry inside now. The only issue is a very small piece of old flashing which has come loose on the back edge. Overall, I would definitely recommend Seattle Pros, Maury and his crew.

Seattle Pros Maury Gonzales and his crew were hired to repair a hole in our roof. Maury was very professional in inspecting, taking pictures of the damaged areas of the roof and providing an estimate. They arrived this morning and did an excellent job with the repairs! Happy to have Seattle Pros to installed my roofing, Maury leading a very professional crew and did a great job for me. I don't have enough confidence before to hire a company which I never know, but it was a big surprised, they're really good!!

They fixed the flashing around my chimney and on my roof. On time, professional and as advertised. This is the second time I've used this team and will use them again if the need arises.

My roof has had a leakage for months. I was looking for contractor who can fix that. By chance I asked a quote using home advisor and Seattle Pros LLC contacted me. I was not able to answer the call since I was in a meeting, then they left a voicemail, text and email so that I can easily contact to them.
When I texted, Keaira responded very quickly, she scheduled the estimator’s visit right away.
The estimator arrived on time, he quickly figured out the problem and climbed up on the roof, looked very professional.

Then what happened? He explained that our roof is in a good condition, he did a patch on the area he suspected and asked us to keep an eye on it, contact him if there’s leakage again.

The next day, I got a text from Keaira again, explaining what the estimator did. I asked about the cost of patch and invoice, guess what?
They said since it’s a small patch, they did it for free!!
The estimator visited us on time, climbed up on the roof and did the patch but how come they do that with no charge!

I’m definitely happy with this company since some places sent me the invoice first. Also usually they recommend to replace shingles.
The estimator looked very professional. Also they are very responsive.

If I have any problem with my roof again later, I will definitely call this company.

Working with SeattlePros was a great experience! They replaced our asphalt roof with a metal one and installed a skylight. Maury and Keiara were very communicative and easy to work with, and the team they had out to our house were always very considerate, clean, and the work they did is just beautiful! The roof looks great, the skylight is wonderful, and they fixed some ventilation issues we were having.

It's been a couple of months since working with Seattle Pros, and I'm still in stunned disbelief. I've had a lot of experience hiring contractors for my condo and our association, and this is the first time I had a wholly positive experience.

Seattle Pros is the real deal, staffed by actual human beings who know what they're doing and sincerely care about honorably doing the job right.

After emailing dozens of contractors and having SEVEN site visits to get bids to satisfy our insurance company's requirements of leveling a sunken walkway and replacing an open stair rail, Maury at Seattle Pros was LITERALLY the only person who wondered why the walkway sank and performed a general inspection of how things were draining to insure the walkway wouldn't sink again. Maury also pointed out potential future problems with our retaining wall that a layperson would not have noticed...and that none of the other contractors did, either.

I can't emphasize how spectacularly rare and awesome Maury is - not even the ultra premium "luxury" contractor (who bid three times as much Seattle Pros) noticed any of the issues Maury pointed out to me. Maury was totally transparent about what his company could and couldn't do, and how urgent several of the other issues were, and what I should watch out for.

And of course, the project itself went smoothly. The work crew kept me updated on what was going on, cleaned up every day, were respectful of the space, and did great work.

I advise that if you're looking for outdoor contracting services, talk to Seattle Pros first.

The experrience was very good. From the time they came to give the quote, to when they completed the job. Very professional, prompt . They cleened the area, explained what needed to be done. I would use them again.

The experience with Seattle Pros, Maury, Joel and the rest of the crew was very positive. Maury is very responsive, not pushy, knowledgable and open to learn new ways to accomplish the job and to work with new materials. Within 3 weeks from the time I saw his crew working in the neighborhood they started the work on my landscaping project, which was quite challenging. They paid attention to details and came up with great ideas. They put a whole irrigation system, gravel paths, echo friendly patio, followed complicated pattern of pavers layout and called me whenever they encountered a challenge or a need to change the plan, to make sure I am on board. They left the garden and area around tidy and clean every day, as well as on completion. Very pleasant experience and fair cost.

Seattle Pros LLC did a good job of replacing my old torch down roof with new TPO material. Though, color if roof I misunderstood, apparently they did a good job on install. They had given me best price for sure. I was skeptical because of low price but the job was very professional.

We originally hired Maury's team just for roof repairs but it went really well so we started using them for other projects including new fence construction, in-ground sprinkler updates, repairs to our outdoor pond and pump, and installation of a new brick patio. It was a long punch list and we are so happy they were able to help us. They are highly skilled and extremely hard working, they are a impressive crew. Maury is also a great communicator, responsive and accessible. I will definitely use them again, highly recommend.
