My real estate agent referred me to Elias when I was getting my home ready for sale. Elias provided a very fair estimate and did a great job rebuilding a balcony for me. A few days before my home was listed a few small repair problems popped up around the house and Elias stepped in quickly and saved the day!

Elias is awesome to work with. He listens to you when you describe what you want. He is affordable, does quality work and I will go to him with my next remodel job.

Elias and his partner were professional, thorough and fair priced. They did a really nice job installing this window start to finish, including demo of side of my house! They worked very well together and brought positive energy to the house, no drama. (I did the wood stain on the window sill.) Thank you! I love it.

Previous demo work by another GC removed the eaves from my home and they were left in a poor state (see photo below). Elias was quick to reply to my RFQ to install a new eave and gutter along the front of my home. The next week he was demoing the remnant of the old structure and a few days later was finished with the repair. Selection of all aesthetic materials were communicated in advance. His quote and contract were very detailed and all aspects agreed to were completed with satisfaction. I have several more projects planned and will absolutely be reaching out to Elias again.

Seattle House Remodeling did a wonderful job completely updating my very old bathroom. Elias helped me to select all the fixtures at Home Depot. Additionally, he and Rey were very skillful in all aspects of remodeling from demolition through installation of waterproof plank flooring, the Kohler shower kit, an exhaust fan, lighting, a toilet, and a vanity. They performed with excellence all the necessary assemblage, fitting and plumbing, and installation of lighting and flooring. I am very happy with the result and have received many compliments from friends and family. This improvement has really added to the value of my home.

We have had Elias and Saul do several projects on our house over the past three years including bathroom remodels, painting our deck, fixing cracked wall plaster, and most recently, replacement of a retaining wall in our yard. Elias and his Father came in and helped finish a bathroom remodel I had started, but could not find the time to finish. I had been requesting quotes and timelines for several months with no luck, either contractors were unavailable or their quotes were too high.

Once engaged Elias was very responsive and provided a fair quote and a quick timeline. They were able to finish in two weeks as I told them it was priority for a growing family of 5 to have a second bathroom. Their team even worked the weekend in order to shorten the timeline which was very much appreciated.

I have some experience with house remodels, DIY projects and really appreciated the level of interaction I received. I knew what I wanted, but wasn't 100% the best approach regarding waterproofing and tiling. Elias and his Father provided strong recommendations which showed their experience.

We couldn't be more pleased with how our upstairs bathroom turned out. It is a very small space (Only 39" wide stud to stud) but they made it work and our kids love having their own bathroom. As parents we appreciate being confident water spills upstairs won't cause issues downstairs!

I have worked with Elias and his crew many times and I’m always so happy with their work. From various repair work, to building a full fledged shop/shed building in my backyard. All A+ work. Highly recommend.

We've had this company do some remodeling in the past and had them back. We had a chimney removed and the wall filled in. Shingles and paint were matched, looks great. There was a gap between drywall and ceiling in one room, the filled that gap in with drywall and it looks great. I would recommend using this company.
