I can’t say enough about John N ( head of this co.) in Indianapolis who fought hard for our claim against our insurance co. It did take awhile because Insurance insisted we were wrong. He got us a great lawyer in Indy that wins every time and 2 yrs later our ENTIRE claim of 52k was covered Vs 13k. He told us to be patient. It does take patience but the job his team and him did was outstanding! I would recommend him any day. My house looks amazing. TY John!

I am SO IMPRESSED with the professional, quick, and absolute quality work of the TEAM that came to replace my roof from Seamless Restoration, LLC! John (one of the owners), and Dougles(one of the crew managers) were here on site all day, but the crew knew exactly what they were doing each step of the way! I grew up around a huge family (mom was one of 8 and dad one of 7, and many were in construction), so seeing roofs come on and off as a child was common. However, this crew worked like a synchronized swimming team when taking off my old shingles and made it look easy! The team had all the newest equipment needed to gather the old materials directly off the roof, which made debris not have to fall onto my grass/landscaping/Sidewalks/driveway below. They even caught an error made by the adjuster, which needed to be corrected in order to ensure that my new shingles would lay correctly and a barrier would not have a way to release condensation/water into my attic, so the owner began reaching out to the adjuster immediately on sight and went ahead and purchased the needed product, did the labor, and proceeded laying the GORGEOUS shingles! They did so many “extra” things to make my roof look beautiful! They even painted my exhaust vents to match my new roof better, which they did not have to do. After a super long day (they had a 3 hour drive to get to my home before even starting and knew they had the 3 hour return drive at the end of the day), the whole crew was still happy and kind. They all worked with huge magnets to ensure there were no nails or screws left in my yard, in my landscaping, on my driveway, or on my sidewalks. I was concerned about the cost of the error and product that the owner had to reach out to insurance about, thinking I was going to get stuck with this large bill. Well, nope! He filed the necessary papers paperwork and proved to the insurance that they were required to pay for the product and the labor. The insurance mailed the check today. So, because of Seamless Restoration LLC, I have my Replacement Value Cost roof(which is the type of insurance coverage I paid for and that is VERY important! If you only have Actual Value Cost roof coverage, then you will NOT get your whole roof replaced and only pay the deductible with the help of Seamless Restoration LLC. These are very different policies, but my premium difference between the two was not that much. I’m so glad I researched the difference and choose the one I did with John’s help and guidance. Being a single mom, every dollar had to go for important matters and my dad always said “never skimp on insurance.” I’m SO thankful. This was a difference between insurance paying only $2,000 and tens of thousands above of that! I got a gorgeous roof and only paid $2,000 deductible! (I did have Seamless Restoration LLC put on new gutters, which insurance did not cover, and they are AMAZING. A separate Drew came, put them on within a few hours, and left without leaving a trace! They even added two new down spouts for me because I happened to mention that I thought the house could use two more! Honestly- I could not ask for a better company to do this work. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could!
