Mike was a great salesman who patiently answered my questions and helped me pick out shingles that look great on my house. I'm a new homeowner without any experience with home repairs but I felt totally comfortable working with Peak. They gave me a great price and did excellent work. Matt was awesome on the day of installation. The crew did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up before they left. Matt showed me the key features of my new roof and made sure I understood the work that they did. I am very glad I chose Peak. They are honest and fair and did a fantastic job.

I have used Peak Roofing twice in the last four years. I only have great things to say about them. They are quick to come and assess the problem, quick to schedule the time to repair the problem (and then get it repaired), and very reasonable with their pricing. I contacted Peak Roofing to remove an old Direct TV dish and repair the small area where it was installed. They provided a timely and reasonable estimate and kept me informed of the time frame to do the job. The crew that did the work was professional and did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any roofing work.

My roof developed a leak after a crazy storm. Peak was able to give me an estimate with just a few photos and details in a day. They scheduled a day and sent people out. Everything went well without any hiccups, they were in and out within a few hours with minimal disruption. I got photos of the before/after and during the repairs with proper documentation. They even fixed some loose flashing on my roof. Mike M, their service manager is very knowledgeable, I got some good advice and pointers from him too.

Peak Roofing Contractors put new siding on our home in June. I was nervous about getting this done as I tend to be a procrastinator. Ryan came out to show us the colors available. Ryan took his time with me in choosing the color. There was never any pressure from him. The start date came and the foreman arrived to get things started. She walked around our house asking if we had any questions and told me I could contact her anytime with questions. A couple weeks before they started, I called the office asking if they could take 2 satellite dishes down for me. The staff I talked to said “absolutely”. They repaired one roof on the house where the dish was. The other one on my barn was removed but I had the bracket stay on the roof. The shingles needed for the house where the dish was matched perfectly. All in all my husband and I are very happy with our new look and so glad we took the plunge to get this done. Peak Roofing replaced our siding. From the estimation process until the conclusion of the work, they were professional and easy to work with. The finished product is exactly as promised and when they were done, they left the worksite clean and tidy. A few minor mishaps, i. e., screen punctures, were acknowledged and corrected on the spot. We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with our experience with Peak! We got quotes from three companies, but Peak stood out from the beginning. Their quote was detailed and professional, and they were the only company to follow up with a note afterward — a small touch that really made a difference.

As first-time roof owners, we had lots of questions and concerns, but Bruce was fantastic. He was responsive, patient, and helped ease all our worries.

The day before the install, all materials were delivered without any issues. Then, roof day started right on time — by 6:45 AM, trucks were showing up. That’s when we met Donald, who ran the crew, and he was incredible. The amount of prep work they did was impressive — tarps all around the house, and within two hours the old roof was completely off. We had 6-8 plywood boards that needed replacing, but thanks to Bruce’s earlier explanation, it wasn’t a surprise.

The crew worked efficiently and had people cleaning as they went. Since we have dogs, my wife was especially worried about stray nails — but before we could even bring it up, there was Donald with the magnet tool, going over the yard. Honestly, the yard looked better after they finished than it had in months!

By around 6 PM, the crew was completely done. Start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and exceeded expectations. Huge thanks to Bruce, Donald, and the entire Peak team. Highly recommend!

I hired Peak to replace the roof on my mother's house and have received many compliments from her neighbors on Peak's work. I live outside of my mother's area and wasn't able to directly monitor the work, and Peak was great at keeping me informed with texts, calls and pictures during the 2-day roof installation. The new roof looks great and will be an asset for us in selling my mother's house soon. Contract thoroughly covered contingencies and prices were competitive. Peak was professional and I recommend them to anyone doing roofing work in Frederick County.

Peak replaced my aging roof and front gutters with incredible professionalism. We had a great experience with Peak! They were very attentive to our needs as our roof was over 100 years old with a unique gutter system. Our sales rep was accessible whenever we had questions and they kept us up to date on any changes to schedule as soon as they were aware of changes.

Wokring with Peek has been a very frustrating experience for us. Refusing to work within our schedule. Tracking mud all throughout our home, leaving dirty footprints all over our new white carpet in our sun room and the stairs. The muddy foot prints facing towards the toilet were particularly offensive. After waiting for months for them to finally replace 3 windows the workers forced open our side door into the house, braking the bottom piece that held the storm door open, instead of taking two seconds to open it the correct way. The only reason they have good reviews is because Warrenton is small and there no other options.

Peak Roofing did a fantastic job from start to finish on my roof replacement project. After a large snow storm exacerbated a leak in our very old roof, Hunter from Peak Roofing came out to do an inspection. Hunter was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He even came back a second time with large sized samples to give us an idea of how the shingle color would actually look on our roof. His attention to detail and explanation of things in layman’s terms made me feel confident they were the company we would move forward with. After signing the contract, Tina from the office was communicative and helped to ensure a speedy acquisition of the necessary county permits given the scope of our project. The crew onsite led by foreman Luisa was prompt, efficient, and cleaned up quickly when the job was done. Luisa took plenty of photos during the process so we could see all of the work step by step and note any items we may want to consider for future projects. She gave us a thorough walk through at the completion of the project, pointed out important items they noticed during the replacement, and even took a call from me late at night when I had some questions after reviewing her (80+!!) photos of the job.

I cannot recommend Peak Roofing enough. They were prompt, professional, competitive in price, but most importantly, easy to do business with. They completed an entire roof deck and shingle replacement for my home and small shed in one day, and I am extremely happy with the results.

Peak Roofing did a great job with replacing a large 1934 era single paned window with a modern double pained window that matches the original woodwork on the inside and white paint and trim on the outside. And the two panes can even be dropped down to clean!

We had A roof put on our house yesterday by Peak Roofing and the experience was extremely professional with terrific communication at all levels.. Adam was our sales representative who did a fantastic job describing the job and giving us advice. The estimate was very competitive and we did look at several firms. Tina was outstanding from the office and called to explain a hiccup in delivery of the material because of the weather, but that was solved because over the weekend, they loaded a trailer and brought the material at the beginning of the job instead of the day prior as planned. On the day of the job, Donald was the foreman and also was very communicative and helpful. At the end of the job too very minor issues involving one shingle and some plastic under another shingle were quickly resolved and we inspected the entire job. Obviously a fantastic and professional organization, which, if we need exterior repairs in the future will be a go to company for us.

Over the past 8 weeks I have had my roof replaced as well as all the windows replaced. I can not say enough positive things about this company. The staff are wonderful about keeping you informed during the process and the on-site crews were thorough and efficient. The pricing was very reasonable.

License plate number peak 34 drives like he’s the only person on the road. He was tailgating, shining high beams for no reason, and to top it off he swerved at my car while he has a trailer on the back nearly driving me in to a ditch and if I hadn’t slammed the brakes he would have caused a massive accident. I’m not sure I can trust in a business that has these types of people working for them. I hope Peak roofing will fire him and he can learn for this experience.

It proved to be very fortunate that we chose Peak Roofing to install our new roof. Of the three companies from whom we sought estimates, Peak gave us not only a reasonable price, but Peak was also able to give us a timely work date. We had our 20 year old roof replaced recently by Peak, mainly because their price was way below our other 2 estimates, but also because of their no-nonsense selling process. They didn't waste time explaining why we should hire them, or tempt us with some " limited time " offer. They looked at the roof, we made some small talk, and they said they'd email the quote. The installation went very smooth, the foreperson was professional and knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. A good product sells itself. As for satellite dish removal take note that they possess no special skills or equipment and don't guarantee a signal once it's reinstalled. You may want to do it yourself. My signal is about 80%. Overall we're very happy with Peak.
