I cannot say enough good things about this company and my experience with a kitchen/bath remodel. Chris was excellent to work with, quick to respond to email and texts. Don and his crew did an AMAZING job on the demo, reinforcing an exterior wall that was badly leaning, then putting in our new cabinets, windows, and floors. The company brings in plumbers, electricians, painters, etc. to compliment the remodeling crew. They worked quickly and were considerate of the rest of our living spaces. And WOW, what a transformation! You cannot go wrong with Scott's Siding and their crew. They are great to work with.

Scott’s Siding did a fantastic job installing Certainteed vertical board on batten on our new barn. Our building is 28’ by 36’ and they completed the job in 3 days. We had six windows in need of replacement, including complicated jobs such as a large bow window and a large picture window in the basement framed by the concrete foundation. We initially got three quotes, including from Chris Scott, who was kind enough to come out the day before he left for a family vacation. Ultimately, we decided to go with Scott's, who handled everything very well. Chris, his father Gene, and his crew of Don and Jake were always punctual, communicative, and friendly. I felt they looked out for us; a small example was when the dumpster delivery driver placed the dumpster at the end of our driveway, blocking us out. When Don arrived, he called the driver back to move the dumpster closer to the garage so that we could use the driveway while the job was still ongoing. The new windows were installed very well, and were very satisfied with the final result.

I have been a homeowner for over twenty years and have had many contractors work on my home and have never felt the need to write a review until now. There was always that one thing, they were pretty good but... the one thing that made you hesitant to recommend them to friends and family. I can honestly say after working with Chris Scott from Scott's Siding I have no reservations, here is why. He showed up on time for the quote and made suggestions for the job that would ultimately improve the end product while increasing the work for himself. Example: he uses foam insulation under the siding instead of house wrap for a better R value and around the garage door he used composite wood rather than trimming with aluminum because it frequently gets hit and dented and the composite holds up better. His Price is about the same as his competitors even though he is doing this extra work. Our job was an insurance claim which requires a lot of his time working with the adjuster, he even got us more money! I added and changed things a couple times and he was very reasonable in price and schedule. What really made me write this was his crew's attention to details. Every cut was made cleanly and with purpose, at the end of each day the yard was clean and tools stored properly. I noticed things like several discarded pieces of siding that had been cut but not to their liking so they cut a new one because they weren't perfect. During the removal process a few old post lights on my deck had been damaged, before the end of the job they were replaced with new ones I never had to ask. It is all these small things that differentiate a workman from a craftsman. These truly are craftsman and take pride in their work. I can without hesitation recommend Scott's siding and remodeling Inc.

If you’re reading reviews then you are in search of a contractor for your project and if you’re like me you rely heavily on other peoples experiences and honesty when deciding. So when I needed a new roof I started asking around. Chris came highly recommended to me by neighbors who said he had done their roof and were very pleased with Chris and his crew. I can say the same….Chris kept me informed, came on time and called the next day to make sure I was happy with the job. The crew was polite, conscientious and clean up impeccable. One big little thing….Mike, who runs the crew, brought to my attention that the DIY chimney was lacking the right flashing and it might still leak. Though they did all they could do to prevent that from happening again it still leaked. I felt bad about calling Chris because the leak had nothing at all to do with the roof but the next day, which happened to be Thanksgiving morning, Mike was back on the roof. He came up with an idea for a temporary fix and came back again to fix it. It worked! If that’s not an example of going above and beyond! Let’s face it today everything costs a lot of money and you want to get what you pay for so just call Chris. You will be glad you did.

We had 13 Harvey replacement windows installed in our house. The windows that came out were also replacement windows, but about 30 years old with failing seals. Scott's quoted the job promptly and competitively. The 2- man crew installed them in a day. The installation was top notch, the crew was professional- polite, willing to answer questions, and left the work area nicely cleaned up. We used Scott's Siding for windows and a roof many years ago on another house and were happy to see they are still doing quality work.

I’ve used Scott’s twice. Once for a roof replacement and most recently for a sliding door replacement. On both occasions they were professional, pleasant, competent and did what they said they would do (i.e. they were reliable). I will hire them again in a heartbeat when I have a remodeling job and recommend them without any reservation.

We highly recommend Scott’s. They did an excellent job, workers were very neat, cleaned up everything at end of each day. We plan on using Scott’s for other projects we may need!

In regards to Scott’s Siding and Remodeling, Chris is absolutely the best! My parents had their roof & windows installed by them (father at time, Scott) and when I had to sell it, the roof and windows were like new (30+/- years later). We are delighted that we chose Scott’s Siding & Remodeling as he was on time, no delays, no screw ups in material ordered, little or no disruption to household, yard was all picked up and crew was awesome!! The carpenters, Don Robert and son Jake are master craftsmen. The windows, trim and finish work is flawless. They were friendly, personable and so professional. They were in my home installing and completing finish work on 24 windows and they did their work in such a non-intrusive manner.

The siding team was efficient and so very talented. It was clear that they took pride in every inch of the siding installed. Hard working is an understatement!

I highly recommend this company!! We have used Scott’s Siding and Remodeling for many different renovation projects over the years. They have created a massive in-law addition, renovated several different kitchens, stabilized a very tricky crumbling fieldstone foundation, and replaced multiple rotten house joists that required jacking up the house. Most recently, Chris and the guys completely renovated an awful moldy basement into an impeccable living space and replaced a rotting deck with a gorgeous new structure. We used Scotts for siding, window replacement, roof repair and general rot repair when the siding was replaced. They were very professional, fairly priced, clean, organized and experienced.

Had a new roof and new siding installed By Chris and his crew over February Vacation. Besides some weather delays, They were always on time , and always let me know the work schedule. They cleaned up nicely after every work day , and made sure any exposed house parts were weather tight until the job was completed (it snowed twice during the week they were siding. Not a single issue ). They found some rotting in the walls due to poor flashing (previous home owner) , fixed it quickly and completely , the additional charge for the repair was very fair.
Quotes were reasonable and beat 3 other siding companies , and 4 other roofing companies. Having both the siding and roof done in the same week was a real stress saver. This is my first Major home improvement job , and I couldn't be more happier with the results. I'll be using Scotts Siding and Remodeling for all future jobs!

Chris scott and his team were VERY professional. Our siding was ugly and discolored and now we love the new color and casings around windows (flagstone color) our neighbors cant stop telling us they love the color of our house. it took about a week. Only thing is my flower garden was messed up. But it will grow back. We had water and carpenter ants in 2 areas but they were great getting the carpentry guy to our house and replaced with new wood (thanks Dan for that part) BEST COMPANY TO DO HOUSE PROJECTS. I went through 4 companies and scotts was the only professional and cheapest price and didnt pressure you into anything ! Thank you chris scott for all the work!

My husband and I hired Scott's Siding & Remodeling in 2003 to do our siding. They did a fantastic job and our house still looks great. It was an easy call when we decided to have our roof done. We called Gene and the call was almost immediately returned. He came out to the house equally as fast and gave us a quote for the roof. We hired Scott Siding knowing the work would be done to perfection and guaranteed.
The crew came out when expected. They were wonderful. Profession and polite, they explained the job to me and said, "When we leave, with the exception of the new roof, you'd never know we were here". They moved my grills and made sure everything around the perimeter was covered. They worked fast but neat and methodical. I was amazed at how quickly they finished the job AND cleaned up. My house looks beautiful. Gene came by after the work was finished. We walked around the house, I asked any questions I needed. He answered them all. I honestly don't know why I even bothered to have anyone else look at the job. I wholeheartedly recommend the Scott's Siding and Remodeling crew for anything you need done to your home. In 2003 Scott's put a roof on my house. This year one of the shingles came loose and slid down the roof. Gene Scott responded to my call immediately, and within 2 days he had a crew here to replace it at no charge. Its great to work with a company that stands behind its work. Highly recommend them.

I had my roof replaced first. The crew were great, did an awesome job, and quickly too. After my roof was done, Genre's siding guys came. They were very professional and their work was excellent. I am especially pleased with the way everything from communication to finish up was handled. The guys are now going to replace my back deck. Cannot wait. Awesome team. Keep up the good work!
