Anthony and Scope Restoration are fantastic to work with. Scope was doing some work in our neighborhood after a bad hail storm, and Anthony came to our house to provide an extremely detailed and thorough review/assessment. They worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure we got as much as possible covered under our policy. Anthony is also excellent about keeping you updated with the status of the work. He was even able to find us the shingles we wanted that were low in supply! He’s an amazing person and I can’t recommend Scope enough.

Dealing with Justin from Scope was super easy. He inspected my roof, noted some hail damage, and stood by as we called my insurance company together to start a claim.

He came out just a few days later to meet with the insurance adjuster.

FF a few weeks, and with paperwork out of the way and contracts signed, stuff went fast! I came home from work one day and supplies were on my roof. It rained the following day but the next day, the crew was here exactly when they said they would be. They worked hard all day! Entire roof was done in one day. They were a super polite crew. They asked about where they should park vehicles and I appreciated that. The mess was colossal yet when they left, my yard was cleaner than when they got here.

It has been a super smooth project and I'm glad I used Scope. I highly recommend them and if needed, will use them again with zero hesitation. Thank you guys for a fast professional job. I'm highly impressed.

Justin and Craig were in the neighorhood doing roof inspections and they kindly came over and replaced my vents for my dryer.

They had a large crew out at 6:30am to replace storm damaged, aging roof on both our home and detached garage. Both jobs were completed by 2pm and you would never know they had been here other than two great looking new roofs. Very pleased with my service. Easy to work with and very helpful navigating home owners insurance. Met directly with my adjuster to go over the damage and negotiating repair costs. Definitely recommend!

Scope Restoration did a great job on my roof replacement and drywall repair. I worked with both Justin Mefford and Brian Bannon. They were both responsive to my many questions and explained the process in great detail. Even with my work being done over the holiday season, this did not hold up the process at all. The shingles were delivered in a timely manner, and the crew that did the roofing repair was phenomenal. They were on time, replaced my roof with quality service and products, and did a thorough clean up of my yard after the roof was replaced. The drywall repair was also a great experience. You cannot even see where the patch was completed! Justin came out multiple times and checked in throughout the process to ensure that I was happy with the result. I had a great experience, and will highly recommend Scope Restoration in the future!

Cam Ward was amazing to work with. He stayed on top of everything to ensure the work on our house was complete. The roofers (Freddy) did an excellent job. The painters (Alex) did an excellent job. They all cleaned up after the jobs were completed.

Excellent to interact with. My personal rep was Justin Mefford. He was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied. He made sure that we were always in touch and that I knew the next steps. The products delivered (a new roof, new gutters and siding repair) were of excellent quality and Justin came out numerous times to inspect the work and make sure I was happy with it. He also interacted with the insurance company and insurance adjuster on my behalf. Bottom line - I highly recommend - my experience was very positive.

This company is top knotch! Justin Medford was my contractor and kept me inform from day one and ensured the highest quality work. House was built in 2005 and needed some building code updates that they handled it flawlessly. Great crew, fast service and house looks AWESOME!!

I was pretty worried about my roof and Justin Medford put all of that to rest. He was patient and thorough from start to finish. The roofers showed up on time and completed the project in the quoted time. I highly recommend that you use this company and ask for Justin specifically. I would recommend this business for any roofing needs.

Worst company ever. Definitely storm chasers. The guys knocked on the door even though it is clearly posted NO SOLICITING , NO ESTIMATES. I reluctantly agreed to let them look at the roof and they were very nice and professional. They told me if they wouldn’t be able to do it themselves, they would still explain to me how I could get it done by someone else. They said they would replace the roof and find ways to “offset” the deductible by finding “collateral”. At the time, I did not realize this was not a “normal” thing to do. Being disabled and unemployed due to COVID, it was a very enticing offer. That, however, was short lived. When they ran into a road block with the insurance company not blindly agreeing to replace more siding than what was needed - which they hope would be the “collateral” - they became unresponsive. They refused to do an ITEL report to determine the correct color for the siding even though the insurance company said they would pay for it. The insurance adjuster came out and did it himself and said we could order samples of the suggested color to make sure it matched. Again, scope refused to order the samples, even though I offered to pay for them. I even told them I would find a way to come up with the deductible if that was the issue. Still very unresponsive. But finally get an email that says, “ Good morning sorry for the late response we are in the middle of many other claims as we speaking. The adjuster needs to either buy the siding samples or pay us to buy them they are not free. Them approving that elevation of siding is the only way for us to be able to do that. If they are not willing to do that there is not much we can do. We cannot afford to just pay deductibles for people if there is not extra money to work with. It is unfortunate that your insurance company is unwilling to do the right thing but they have left us with few options.” They then stopped responding all together. The bottom line is, they are trying to make money by doing something that is completely unethical and even illegal in some states. If they can’t find the “collateral” they need to make enough extra money, they go from being professional and helpful to being short, unresponsive, unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend such a dishonest company.

I am very satisfied with the roof replacement done by Scope Restoration. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who was also very satisfied with their work. They completed everything that was promised on time with excellent workmanship and cleanliness. They were very responsive to my needs and I would happily recommend them to anyone needing restoration work.

My experience with Scope was a very pleasant one. Project manager Justin Mefford was the one i dealt with through this entire process. Mr. Mefford is very polite, knowledgeable and dedicated! When a date was set the crew showed up pretty early in the morning, they protect your personal property by moving things out of the way and covering with tarps. They completed my roof from start to finish in 6hrs. I am very pleased with scope and will most definitely contact them for more work in the future if needed.

Adam knocked on my door one day and told me he noticed damage from the previous storm we had. He asked if he could do a full inspection and if there was enough damage submit a claim to my insurance. I gave him permission to do so and he followed up every step of the way. He worked with the insurance and kept me informed as to what was going on. The day of installation they showed up on time and completed the job in one day. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did and how Adam handled everything.

We used Scope Restoration for the first time a little over a year ago, to replace two roofs on our property. Quality! Quality! Quality! Pricing and performance was on point, so of course we called him to replace the fascia/soffit on the entire house...beautiful! Color matched and custom materials. The ceiling of our carport was replaced as well. It was done with better materials and skills than what was originally there. Restoration is the best description for the results you get from Scope Restoration. Brian communicates as if he isn’t busy running this seamless operation. I’m thinking of another project, so get your work scheduled before I do.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We worked with General Contractor Jimmy Underwood for a roof replacement, and he was amazing—timely, responsive, and honest. The whole process took about 5 days, from meeting Jimmy to our post-installation walk-through. He worked with our insurance provider from beginning to end, making the process more efficient and easier on us. And his crew was equally as wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Scope Restoration Inc cannot be trusted. The minimum rating is one star and the company deserves far less. I contracted with Scope Restoration Inc to have my roof replaced. The salesman promised everything and failed to produce. They subcontracted with a company in my area and never came back. The work was fast and the final product shows this, including the complete roof sections they did not replace. Look for another company as all contractors I have mentioned the name Scope Restoration to have defined them as “Storm Chasers.” Look for a reputable company that has been in business for 20+ years. My insurance company has advised they will no longer do business with Scope Restoration Inc and neither should you.

had a amazing experience with these guys! wonderful customer service, great knowledge base, punctual & professional. would recommend to work with these guys anytime ! they came out and told me that I could get a entire new roof paid for by my insurance because I had one shingle blown off my house, I never knew my shingles were discontinued. not only did I get a whole new roof they upgraded me to a premium GAF architectural shingle from my current 3-tab!!! thanks to these guys I got my new 25,000 roof for only the cost of my Deductible, Amazing. thanks again

I worked with Jimmy Underwood at Scope Restoration after discovering a leak in my roof. He was always responsive and so easy to work with, handling everything on the insurance side swiftly and professionally. The work was done well and Jimmy even came by after to make sure the yard was clear of debris knowing I have a toddler and pets. Really appreciate his genuine concern for us and definitely recommend!

Jimmy Underwood and Scope are top notch. I had a bad experience with a roofing company and Jimmy assisted me with dealing with them. I was able to get out of dealing with that fraudulent company and had Scope install my roof. No hassle - no worries - extremely non stressful all the way. Scope Restoration completed work on our new roof, which had been damaged by a hailstorm. Jimmy Underwood was the representative that worked with us and he was fantastic. He inspected our roof for free, worked with our insurance company, and was incredibly knowledgeable. Once the work began, our roof was replaced in one day. The work was professionally done with high quality shingles. It looks great! Mr. Underwood inspected everything at the completion of the job and made sure our yard was clear of any stray nails and other debris. I would recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My house had wind & hail damage and needed roof repair along with inside repair due to water damage. Scope Restoration came out immediately and inspected the damage.. They worked directly with my insurance company and took care of everything for me relieving a lot of stress. The Representative, I worked with "Tom" is very professional, personable, friendly, and is there from the start of your job until it is completed. No matter what time it was day or night, whenever I would call/text with any questions/concerns that I had, I was sure to always get an answer every time. The owner Brian comes out Personally to oversee that the job is running smoothly and is meeting his high standards.
