no words can describe my bad feeling for the behaviour of this guy. i delivered their shipment over night about 600miles away. got there when is still dark. waited till the shipping office opened. sure enough 6am sharp he opened it. being driving all night and in need of relief, i asked the receiver if i could use their restroom facility. he denied. i couldn't beleive it... he said you can use anywhere around the lake!!! and thisiz the company's policy. i obviously left their premises and would never go there again. unbelievable for a human in a warehouse to send away someone in need of such natural and understandable condition.....

2nd time I’ve opened what I bought and it’s incorrect! And now they aren’t open until Monday. Last time the guy did drive the correct item out here, which was nice, but it would be nice if they got it right the 1st time. Now I have a weekend to work on the project, and the wrong materials! And their voicemail is full.
