Rapid Roofing & Remodeling showed outstanding service and craftsmanship.
They communicated with me from the beginning to the end of the project. The work done in a very timely manner. The demolition and build back was done without leaving any debris. The quality of the finish work is superb. I would definitely use them in any future projects.

My townhouse roof was recently replaced by Rapid Roofing. The experience from the initial estimate, consultation and start of project was done with integrity and concern for me as a customer. The work was completed in record time and photos provided of the progress and finish. Without reservation, I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. It was a pleasure to work with Richard, who took my calls and answered my questions each time.

This review is long overdue. Rapid Roofing replaced my roof in August of last year and it looks amazing! Rico was friendly and professional. I liked how he presented his products without hassle or pressure. The workers were fast and efficient. I also received pictures at every stage of the replacement process. Additionally, Rapid Roofing’s pricing was better than other quotes I received in the DMV area. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement.

Richard and his team did an excellent job putting a new roof on my home. Very professional team. They were very efficient in getting the job done. Everything was removed and cleaned up after the completion of the roof replacement. JOB WELL DONE

Without a doubt, hands down, the best roofing company in the DMV! Mr. Richard Hawkins was a Godsend. Immediately showed up when another company tried to run a scam! He came over and gave an honest overview of the repairs, explained (not MansPLAINED) everything and work started immediately. The workers were punctual and professional. Thank you so much. Hopefully, I will not need a new roof or siding anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call!!!

Update: Never received my refund as discussed with Rapid Roofing. So reduced to one star for the dishonesty.

I am deeply disappointed in the customer service I received from this business. At first, they were truthful and seemed to want to build a rapport with me as a customer. I felt that the company was trustworthy. I had a total of three jobs with this company. The first job went very well. This was a roof tune up. The second job was was for gutters, but the only issue that I had was the failure to properly clean up. Rapid Roofing did not clean up some metal scrapings and nails after the work was completed. However, they did a good with the installation so I let that go.

I thought it would be a good idea to have the gutters replaced on another property, which belongs to my mother, but this is where things went left. The issue, in this case, was that the team who did the install did not notify us of any fascia board issues, prior to installing the gutters and compiled the gutter installation. After the gutters was installed, we had torrential rain and saw that the gutters were leaking water from behind and fully saturated the entire front porch.

I called rapid roofing to address the issue. The gutters were not flushed with the fascia boards. During an initial check, a disagreement between this company and my mother occurred. I was told no harm no foul by the owner of the company and a refund will be sent in the mail. After waiting a few weeks no check was received.

Overall, I am unsatisfied with the work completed on the third job. I did have two other vendors look at the gutters and was told how this was a missed opportunity to resolve the issue. Had rapid roofing done the right thing, and done a proper assessment, I would have happily paid the extra amount for the replacement and considered them for future jobs. I am not leaving a 1 star since 2/3 of the jobs were completed with minimal issues.

I highly recommend Rapid Roofing. They provided fast and friendly service. Competitive price. Had wood damage and gutters replaced. Crew did an exceptional job with repairs and clean up.

First i used rapid roofing for a roof repair and then i call them back to remodel my kitchen i am very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone for the professional team that they have thanks again for a great job.

Rapid Roofing installed our new roof. Mr Richard saved us money, provided a quality roof and mid-way the roof installation, we told him we wanted new gutters for our home and my Son’s home. He and his crew did it all. I highly recommend Mr Richard and his company Rapid Roofing and Remodeling.

I waited a few months to write this review just to make sure I wasn't just enamored with how beautiful our house looks. Months after the work has been completed my wife and I are still happy and pleased with the quality of work and how easy the process was thanks to Richard (project manager) and Rapid Roofing. There was no pressure from them to write this review.

We had a new roof (shingles) and some pieces of new plywood installed on our house due to a leak in our foyer and hail damage to the entire roof. The wind used to make our roof creak and squeak before the roof was replaced. RR made the process fast and easy. We also had siding and gutters installed. Richard and Alex (who is their siding expert) made suggestions that we had not thought of to make the finished look of the house pop. The attention to detail really mattered to them. They painted our rusty chimney upon request and suggested 6 inch gutters that make a big difference in appearance and function. We had them replace our original skylight that was an eyesore. Now it has a new quality look. RR have great prices (and financing) that beat another company and we are glad we got them to do the work to our house. Their warranty is impressive and Richards and his teams work ethic leave us trusting that if there is an issue that it will be taken care of. In closing, our 35 year old house looks brand new and better than any house in our neighborhood thanks to Rapid Roofing.

You have to call them before you get a new roof or siding in Clinton and Prince George’s County MD area.

The company was professional, on time and very communicative regarding the process. They patched and painted my kitchen ceiling. I will definitely use them again for my other painting projects and home improvement needs.

Mr. Hawkins and the whole team were amazing. From the very beginning when I called for a quote for roof replacement of all the way through installation day and the day after everyone was so professional and informative. Due to storm Ida the rain damaged my roof the installation in the attic causing my ceiling over my refrigerator to cave down into my kitchen space. Was unable to cook for 2 weeks. Notified Rapid Roofing after two other companies came to give me an estimate and the home owners insurance useless. Rapid came in conducted the assessment of the kitchen ceiling, went into the attic assess that damage went on top of roof took photos of everything. Best of all the price was reasonable and the work was to my satisfaction. Thank you Rapid you did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company as I have already did my next door neighbor and sister and more clients to come

Excellent service from this company. Richard from the company was a great communicator on possible issues concerning possible water leak from my roof at my home. He gave me multiple scenarios for the issue and we came to an agreement on fixing the problem. Out of all the contractors that came to my home, this company was the best. I received excellent service for the roof installation at my mom's house. Richard, and his staff were very professional. The work was done expeditiously along with the cleanup. I needed to replace my roof and googled local roofing companies in my area. When Rapid showed up and I saw all 5 star reviews I gave them a call not knowing if they were legit because they are a small business. From scheduling an estimate, to meeting Richard, to having the job done…everything was perfect! The administrative person was nice. Richard was knowledgeable about roofs, very professional and I most appreciated his willingness to go above to accommodate my tight schedule in a short timeframe dealing with an insurance claim. Project manager came through to see if everything was going well. The workers were punctual, efficient and cleaned up behind themselves. Everything Rapid promised was delivered. Mr. Richard Hawkins, the Operations Manager/Project Manager provided exceptional customer service. Mr. Hawkins’ commitment to details is impeccable. The knowledge, experience, product quality, performance of work, cleanliness of all discarded material, thoroughness of satisfaction are highly commendable. Mr. Hawkins’ effort to “go the extra” in getting the specific color shingle desired was awesome. Mr. Hawkins’ met with us before the job, during the job and again once the job was completed to ensure our satisfaction. Highly recommended for roofing repairs and roofing replacements.

I researched several other roofing companies for a complete roofing replacement, before I was about to sign a contract, I stumbled upon Rapid Roofing. I met with Richard who was very pleasant and sincere, honest and above all very professional. After our consultation I knew Rapid Roofing was the company I wanted to install my roof. The quote was around the other roofing companies, but it was something about the presentation that made me feel comfortable, no selling of the brand just sincere honest and trustworthiness of what I was being sold. When it came to the install they were on time and the job was done to perfection. Because my roof was so large, they had a crew of about 12 men working and when I say I was impressed, I was in awe . The project manager was on site to answer any questions I had. If you are in the market for a new roof, PLEASE give Rapid Roofing a call you will not be disappointed. If the rating is five add another five for a perfect 10.
