Our house had a leak in our foyer. Mark came out twice. He navigated the obstacle course of our attic and found no possible leaks. While in the attic he noticed some loose screws on the duct work. He re-tighten the screws. Mark was very prompt and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Mark and Schram Roofing if you are having any roofing issues.

I've had Schram come to our home for two unrelated issues. In both instances, they were able to come to the house within a reasonable amount of time, inspected the roof and discussed the issues with me, and recommended the best path forward. No sales pitch for work that is not needed! Definitely my first call for any roofing issues.
