I actually had a full roof replacement done today 2/15/23. This started 4 months ago. Scarlet Exteriors fought n fought with my insurance company until they got a full replacement approved. I was kept in the loop the whole time. They know the laws and each time my insurance company came up with a reason they wouldn't approve a full replacement, Scarlet Exteriors came back at them. Finally, after 4 months, fully approved replacement. Work day. The crew was on time, the QC guy, Sean, explained everything to me when they showed up, gave me his card and said if I had any questions or concerns to call him. He explained that he would be in n out throughout the job. The crew was very professional. When the job was over, everything was picked up and other than my fantastic new roof and a much deserved sign in my yard, you wouldn't even know I had a roof replaced. I would highly, highly recommend you let Scarlet Exteriors do your next job, you won't be disappointed.

They also did the siding on our house. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of both the gutters and siding. It changed the entire look of the house. Tommy was very professional and thorough and his crew was great to work with. Tommy followed through on every occasion. Would/will use them again.

We recently had the roof replaced on our home. We chose Scarlet Exteriors for our contractor; and Jeff Wills was our project manager. Jeff was attentive to our needs, answered all our questions, and explained the process along the way. Jeff made sure that all appropriate upgraded codes were respected and followed. Jeff worked with our insurance claims contact person, to assure our replacement costs were fairly covered. The roofing team was efficient, and cared for our home and property, both during and after the roof replacement was completed. Our new roof was completed in one day. They did a roof inspection for us after a strong storm and found wind damage. Did a great job helping walk us through the process, answering questions, and ultimately replacing our roof.

With a few exceptions, I was wholly satisfied with the outcome of my roof.

There were a few mistakes. The foreman didn't sufficiently protect my flowers and about 1/3rd were trampled. Some stucco was cracked and flaked off during shingle removal. Also, the skylight flashing was not replaced, as per the scope of work.

However, at their expense, SE repaired the stucco, and fully warranted the skylight seal for the life of the roof. The flowers unfortunately were not replaced, yet if I demanded it, I am sure that SE would remedy that with a few new flowers or a deduct.

The salesperson, Noah Pederson, was always on top of the project and fully responsive. I highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the work that Scarlet Exteriors did on my roof. I had sustained some wind damage from recent storms and they worked with my insurance company to help me file the claim, which made the process much easier for me. As soon as the first insurance check came in they scheduled the job right away, before the weather turned cold. They replaced my roof all in one day and did a great job with cleanup as well. The only issue I had was that the color they used to spray paint the chimney flash wasn't a good match for the new shingles and the brick. On the follow up visit Jeff agreed and they will be out in the spring to repaint with a different color. The new roof looks really nice and I highly recommend Scarlet Exteriors.

I recently had my 'old' 'old' roof redone by Scarlet Exteriors. Replacing it was quick and easy..there were issues that were discovered with our existing structure that were managed professionally and timely. The roof was the oldest part of the house and I wasn't sure if it was damaged or not. Sean Sprecklesen from Scarlet Exteriors offered a free inspection and I was quite surprised to note of the wind damage to the shingles all over. He worked with our insurance carrier and helped in claims settlement for the same. We were scheduled within 2 weeks after we got out first check from the insurance carrier. He was flexible in his availability and was available late weekday evenings and on a Sunday afternoon for inspection. The roof inspection got completed in like half day as ours was a simple roof without steep slopes and valleys. Overall, the experience was good except for the fact that the crew that did the roof replacement damaged some of the plants. But that was a very small glitch and we were compensated for that too.

I highly recommend Scarlet Exteriors. Sara and her team truly made the process extremely easy and seamless. She was very responsive and literally took did every task for me while getting my new roof. She handled the claims process and was there every step of the way. My parents used their services as well and were very impressed. Great local company. I am happy to be a references at any time. Scarlet Exteriors recently replaced my roof and it was a great experience from start to finish. They educated me on the whole insurance process, worked directly with insurance to manage the claim, and got to work within 2 weeks of the claim approval. The roof itself looks great and the installation went off without a hitch. I definitely recommend working with them.

We had damage to our roof from the high winds a while back. Scarlet Exteriors helped us through the process with our insurance company to get the roof replaced. Tom was very helpful along the way through the process. I had to be out of town the day they replaced the roof which worried me some, but they handled it. When I came home, everything was finished and cleaned up with a great looking new roof. I highly recommend you consider Scarlet Exteriors if you need your roof replaced.

Had a roof replaced due to wind damage in November. Scarlet Ext took care of everything from start to finish. It was an insurance claim and I have no experience with that. They walked me through every step and even helped make sure my insurance knew exactly what needed replaced and why. Super helpful.

Recently had an issue with some leakage (given the time frame and the weird freeze/thaw cycle we have had this is normal). Called after hours and talked to 2 owners and 1 manager who all called to see what needed done. No hassle no arguing. I am sure the issue will be resolved and very confident it will be done right.

I would recommend these folks to anyone who needs a new roof.

Don’t do business w these folks. They quote you a price then try and add more money after the fact. Insurance only pays so much for a claim. But since there isn’t enough “profit” in it for them then they leave you high and dry.

Then they don’t even bother to tell you they aren’t doing the work. You have to track them down as you are giving free advertisement in your front lawn over the last month before you find out.

I Understand that a business needs to make a profit. But changing your price 3 times before deciding to pass isn’t good business practice in my book. Especially when your client has to hunt you down to find out.

We had a very positive experience working with Scarlet exteriors, and specifically Robert. Robert was very professional and prompt regarding communication throughout the entire process. He assisted in navigating the insurance claim process and ensuring that the proper code upgrades, ice and water shield, drip edge, etc. we’re all covered and included in the job. There are crews were very hard-working and thorough we have a large roof that had two layers of shingles that had to be removed, the added ridge vents and didn’t excellent job cleaning up the entire property when they were finished. I would recommend Scarlet Exteriors for roofing work

Scarlet Exteriors did a great job on our roof. We just had it installed last week. The guys were not pushy for decisions or the service. They were doing our neighbor's house and stopped over during their installation to inspect our roof. We just moved into the home and was told by our internet dish providers that there appeared to be nail holes in some of our shingles. Scarlet Exteriors took a look and confirmed the damage. They worked directly with our insurance company to facilitate the process from start to finish. They accommodated all of our requests for certain products and finishes. Our roof looks great and the crew cleaned everything perfectly! I would recommend this company to others looking to re-do their roof!
