Great experience overall. Our insurance company was a bit of a pain and dragged the process out but SBG handled it all. Besides filing the claim, we really didn't have to do much. We especially loved how clean they kept the yard. A few of our other neighbors have had their roof done recently and other companies use far less tarps and don't go around cleaning up trash like SBG. I would and have recommended them.

I recently had SBG replace my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They offered a great price. They worked with my insurance after a storm to get the whole roof done for just over $1000 out of pocket. I don't think I would have gotten a price that good without their help. Their communication was excellent; if I had any questions before or during the work, I usually received responses within 30 minutes. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the final result looks fantastic. I highly recommend SBG for their professionalism, quality, and affordability.

A friend recommended SBG to us after we noticed a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Despite it being around the holidays they had someone come out very quickly to inspect the bathroom and our roof. Diego was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the process to us. After determining that our roof was the cause of the leak and confirming everything with our insurance, SBG had a team out to replace the roof and fix the issues in our bathroom. Our contact, Jordan, was in constant communication us every step of the way and made sure we had nothing to worry about during the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions and did all the behind the scenes work with our insurance so we didn't have to. All we had to do was start the claim with our insurance and they handled the rest! Reached out to SBG regarding my roof after finding shingles in my yard. They came out and inspected quickly a found a lot of damage which was caused by a bad windstorm. They walked me through the process to file my claim with the insurance company and the roof was repaired less than two weeks later. The work was completed in one day, it looks beautiful, and there was NO mess left behind. Special shout out to Mr. Saleem for coordinating the quick activities and being there for the insurance inspection when I could not be due to having to be away for a death in the family.

SBG is first rate. The salesman, Lindale, came and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I had the home and garage roofs replaced. The work crew had all needed materials and worked start to finish. This is a really fantastic company. They are customer friendly. Rates a dynamite.

If you got any type of work to do to the outside of your home I would not recommend anybody but SBG home exteriors. They were so patient and I felt like I was in the know every step of the way. Seriously just give them a call I promise you’ll feel like you’re taken care of

SBG did an amazing job with my roof. I had wind damage to my existing shingles and didn't know it. SBG walked me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance and providing evidence of the wind damaged shingles to the adjuster. The claim was a total replacement vice repair, I know that the amazing professionals at SBG are to thank for staying on the adjuster when all the insurance wanted to do was take the easy way out and do a repair. SBGs crews are prompt, fast, and professional.  I also had siding and gutter work done and the crews did an amazing job of matching the color of my existing siding and gutters. I would definitely use SBG again!

I had a very positive experience with this company. I was in the midst of trying to fix a very minor roof issue that was reported to my HOA, causing a violation on my end that needed to be fixed.

I was quoted over 1k at another company to fix this minor issue, but SBG took the time to go over the inspection, and in the end saved me that money. My roof was fine and they were able to draft up the documentation/proof to get me out of the violation. I really appreciated their time and effort to help save me time and money.
