I don’t know how this guy got 5 stars. He did the repair on my roof and after I paid in full I asked for receipt and he did not have it on site and told me that he will send it through email or text later that night. I call him several times and texted him as well. First couple times he would answer but now he won’t respond to my texts or answer my calls too. I don’t normally give bad reviews to anybody but this is not acceptable.

Simar and Save More Roofing were excellent; responsive, quick, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing.

I tried 3 other Surrey BC roofers prior to finding - 1 did not return my call, 1 ghosted and 1 outright said he was too busy.

Had another roof project to do 8 months after the original review.

Contacted them 3 times and did not even get a response. It was unfortunate as I had a good experience the first time in Dec 2021

On June 21 of this year he sprayed my concrete roof to get red of the moss it has been over three month’s nothing got clean. The Roof has same or more moss on it. I keeping calling him he does not come to clean the roof. Very bad service he charge me $500.00 dollars I paid cash. Please refund me the money so I can have some honest person to do the job.

Save more Roofing was recommended by my friend. when i called them this morning Mr. Simar the owner was very responsive and knowledgeable. my house is in Abbotsford and they are located in surrey. He went to Abbotsford within couple hours and diagnosed the problem. He took couple pictures and quoted me a very fair price. Simar completed the work in coupe hours. what a service, that's why i gave them 5 starts. i also called couple roofing company's in Abbotsford before calling Save More Roofing and they didn't even called me back. in future i will recommend to my friends ,families and to anyone.

Prompt Professional and very reasonable price. I had a small leak and looked on Google for roof repairs. Phoned this company mainly because his location was in my neighborhood. Response was almost immediate. Someone was here within 2 hours, problem diagnosed right away ( air vent), and replaced all in one visit. Highly recommend.

We have used Save More service on multiple homes we own. Excellent service, showed up on time, completed quality work. Simran is very friendly. We had them repair the roof on a rental after another company did incomplete work and the roof leaked. They dont cut corners.

I live in Tsawwassen and noticed this past Saturday that I had a small roof leak. I tried calling around to various roofing companies, but many did not answer on the weekend. But when I called SaveMoreRoofing he not only answered but offered to come out the next day (Sunday!) to inspect my roof. When he told me it was a relatively minor repair he also mentioned that since it was going to rain all week he could fix it right away - and so he fixed it on that very day. From the time I noticed the leak until the time I had it completely fixed was only 24 hours - and for a fair price! We had a unexpected roof leak that we needed to get addressed right away given the weather. I call Simar late on a Saturday night and he responded to my inquiry immediately. He arrived early the next day and the roof was repaired promptly. He even provided me with before and after pictures. Simar is transparent, professional, and courteous in his approach. I highly recommend him.

Simar was great. He came by on New Year’s Eve on short notice to repair a leak coming from my roof. He explained in detail why the inside of my home was leaking and was able to fix my roof on the same visit. He also found another area on my roof during his inspection that had a potential leak in the near future and discussed that issue in full detail before I gave him the ok on repairing it. In addition, he quickly fixed a clogged gutter that I mentioned on the fly while he was working on my repairs. Thanks Simar.

Water was leaking into our home and when I called two other companies they refused to come check out our roof the same day because it was raining. After speaking with Simar he came quickly to look at our roof and worked out ways to alleviate most of the leakage until we get our roof redone next year

Simar showed up the same day and quoted me a price before he got started. Service was quick and easy. Would use again and highly recommend!

He was very responsive and knowledgeable. Showed up in less than an hour and completed fixing the roof vent in 30 minutes. Price was as quoted. Also took pictures of future problems but there was no pressure to add any work to the job.

Simar was originally a referral from my cousin in Surrey over a decade ago. Since then has always been there for us whenever we have needed roofing services for our home or garage in East Van. Came out and did some repairs on my roofs and was there 15 minutes before the time he gave me.

I called them few days ago and he was supposed to come later to check my roof/skylight. No one showed up so I called back later in the afternoon. He texted saying I'll come tomorrow. Again waited and no one showed up. Very unreliable! At least have a courtesy to call and say that you can't make it.

Called Save More about some roof ventilation concerns at my house, Simar came out same day for quote, and ended up completing the job that day as well. He pointed out some other issues of concern as well.

Save More Roofing and particularly Simar went out of his way to demonstrate that my leaking roof was fixed. He did the repair promptly and waited after a very rainy day to come over and show me that there was no more seepage into my roof. Was scheduled to have tile roof replaced in October, received a call from Simar that they had a slot open up in September. They got a 5 day job done in just 4 days. All the garbage went the the bin, and it was picked up when promised. These guys do a professional and clean job. They give attention to detail, and take no short cuts. They took care of some extra things, and kept to the quoted price. If you want a job done right the first time, call these guys. No issues recommending these guys.

We had our roof done in August 2016. The job was completed as quoted and on time. They did in one day. The crew worked great, were polite and we had no issues. One of the best contractors I have ever used. I am a landlord of several properties so upkeep is important, especially the roof. I had a small leak and my usual roofer wanted me to replace the roof. I know I don't need a new roof but a small repair. I contacted several ads in Craigslist and Save More Roofing was the only one that didn't try to sell me a brand new roof. The others were pushing hard for a $12,000 roof. He was honest, professional, courteous and respectful of my money. My 10 year old roof was done improperly to begin with. Simar took pictures of the problem, came down and showed me. The problem was the vents and plumbing air stacks were not installed properly with tar. He told me that it should have been wrapped with torch on to 100% guarantee 25-30 years of life. He quoted a very reasonable price for 1 ( the leaky problem one ). There was 3 more that was fine. It was evident that the other 3 was going to be an issue in a year or two. He was so professional. He fixed all 4 with pictures after the work is done. His cost was a reasonable $350 for 3 hours of professional work. I wanted to have a heavy rainfall before I wrote a review. After 2 storms, not a single drop from the ceiling was reported by the tenants. He is on my list of favored contractors. He deserves more than the current rating of 4.9/5 he is getting. He deserves a 5. Good Job!!

We had Save more roofing re-roof our house on Heritage Mountain in Port Moody. Our roof was completed in 4 days as promised and the area around our house cleaned up at the end of each work day. When the job was completed, they showed us all the areas that had been replaced and upgraded as per the estimate. The attention workmanship and the attention to details was very much appreciated. This company was very skillfull. Polite , neat , clean and on time. The estimate was accurate and within our budget. The crew is very hard working, and finished the job in the allotted time frame. These guys are both competitive in pricing and provide great, efficient services. I am glad to have picked them to replace my roof a few years ago because their great pricing didn't come at the expense of workmanship.

The best thing about Simar is his follow-up and guarantee service. I had a continuing issue with an old skylight and he never hesitated to come back to try to resolve it for me, a couple of years later. Knowing that he is in the business for the long haul and looking after his customers is a great bonus that I'm glad I went with him.
