The crew arrived on time on the scheduled day. They were professional, but friendly. They listened and asked questions of what I was expecting so that my extremely overgrown shrubs came out as I wanted. They were careful to not damage the surrounding plants and then cleaned up so that you never knew they were there, except it looked so much better. Thank you.
My husband and I highly recommend SavATree. A special shoutout to the crew Josh, John and Richie that did alot of pruning on our pine trees. They were extremely professional and friendly. They double checked everything and cleaned up everything on our property. We are a very satisfied customer! Thank you for making our yard amazing.
Came promptly when called to diagnose the problem with our evergreens. Arrived the next 2 days to treat the trees.
Although they did a fine job with the actual tree removal, they left the stump grindings in huge piles in the yard--when I called to ask why that was, they told us there was an extra charge for mulch removal, which I was never informed of nor was given that option, so now I have huge piles of mulch in my yard to depose of myself. They ought to give the customer the price for ALL removal of EVERYTHING.
This crew was amazing to watch and work with! We have two enormous trees, one of which is tightly situated towering between two houses and the other tree had limbs reaching into wires. Both had many widow makers! Both exceeded 80 feet in height! The care and safety measures in which they operated were impressive. They completely and carefully cleaned up leaving the property looking spectacular! I will only use them in the future.
The service men who did the job was courteous and professional. I needed limbs removed from two trees that did not have easy access. They took the time to ensure that the job was done properly and safely. They made sure that I was happy with the job and did a great job cleaning up when they were done.
Michael was knowledgeable, explanatory , and extremely professional!! Even followed up with an email of all the things I asked during our consult! Can’t say enough positive things about this experience!
The most conscientious, well-informed, and "real" group of professionals I have come across in a very long time. Our arborist taught me so much about the species of trees on our property during the consult, I was afraid I was taking advantage. He was so generous with his time and knowledge. I felt like I got a short course on our trees and shrubs and not only came away with a plan to "SaveATree" in my backyard and a labeled map of the whole property, but also had gotten the opportunity to vet a few landscaping pipe dreams I had swimming in my head. It was an awesome experience.
The estimate was realistic and only included what was necessary to support healthy trees and ecosystem. You have no idea how much all that means to me. The dread I had been feeling about the cost of the work that needed to be done dissolved as I got to know the people at the company. Save-a-Tree was booked out a few months, so I had time to save a bit. They actually ended up having a last minute opening and called me. I missed the call, but they came anyway. I panicked about my payments, but Sam,the Business Manager, reassured me I could start payment on the originally anticipated date. She remembered details from our conversation a few months before, as if I had made an impression.
I will not even consider another arborist. This company is downright neighborly, and their work is outstanding. The tree and yard look amazing.
What I like most about Save-a-Tree is their strong knowledge base, passion for urban forestry, and the fact that the company seems to make a point of hiring people who can keep it real and build authetic relationships with their clients. Companies like that seem few and far between these days. Guys, you really made an impression on me!
Highly recommended.
SavATree did an amazing job!! I was impressed from the first evaluation/ consultation through the final product.
The arborist was knowledgeable of all the tree and plant species on my property. Once a plan was set, and the appt. made, they showed up on time, set up their equipment and began what looked like a synchronized dance in my yard. I have just a bit less than an acre of land, some flat, some hillside, lots of trees and an area I refer to as the lower forty - they never stopped moving. Everything I requested was done, plus a number of extras that they included to make my yard absolutely beautiful! There didn't seem to be a wasted moment. Because of the heavy rainfalls a few days earlier, I was concerned that their equipment might damage the flat lawn in my backyard, because that part of the yard was soaked. (In the past, other landscapers almost destroyed the lawn with their machines). SavATree laid out plywood and other plastic/rubber platforms to protect the lawn from any damage. My lawn still looks great b/c of their precautions.
Hiring SavATree was the best choice I've made in recent years. I was looking for an arborist to evaluate my property and determine what needed to be done - trees and shrubbery trimmed, cut, planted. Land assessed and cleared or pruned back as necessary. The entire crew exceeded my hopes and vision for my yard! Their knowledge, expertise and execution of this project went beyond my expectations!
I would wholeheartedly recommend SavATree to anyone looking for expert care of their property at an incredibly reasonable price!
I can't wait for Spring to watch the new growth and vistas!!
We worked with Arborist Karl to remove a tree near power lines and do some general trimming and maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choices for our property. The crew were all professional and well skilled. Nice work, we’ll use them again!
Work was done exactly as described in proposal. We had checked with other companies and SavATree's proposal was lower than other companies. The work was well supervised and the supervisor checked in with me to make sure the results were to my satisfaction.
I had a couple decent size piles of brush in my backyard from trimming a giant oak on my property. I called in and spoke with a very polite woman about having a crew come chip the brush piles. She informed that the crews were very busy and that they are book a couple week out but about 20 minutes later Michael the company's Arborist called me back and we set a time to meet. I wasn't expecting for them to fit me in today because it was last minute and it had been raining hard the whole day. Couple hours later Hiram, Ritchie, and Jeremy show up in the pouring rain. Even in the pouring rain these guys were smiling and laughing. In 30 minutes they chipped the piles, blew off my driveway, and were on their way. Tree work is very hard work and mother nature doesn't make it any easier but that didn't stop this crew from killing it
We were impressed with the work we had done by SavATree. The crew was cheerful and friendly, checked in to make sure they were doing exactly what we wanted and did a great job. Mike the arborist was knowledgable, available and responsive to additional questions we had. We would definitely hire them again!
Arborist Michael, and crew with Hiram, John, Jeremy and others were great. They seemed to care to do a good job and make sure I was satisfied.
You can probably find cheaper than SavAtree, but you might want to pay for a first-class job.
The service was excellent and the technician was friendly and answered any questions we had. We definitely recommend this service.
I highly recommend SavAtree-- we have had their help with two separate tree removal projects and both were very positive experiences. The crews were timely, efficient, professional, and personable. They took care to clean up and were attentive to our needs as homeowners. The most positive aspect of the project was working with the arborist, Michael Loesch-Fries, who is extremely knowledgable, took our concerns seriously, and helped us to achieve the outcome we hoped for. We unfortunately had to remove three large tree while moving our septic system, and Michael was the one who made it possible for us to keep the best logs to be milled into lumber. His predictions and advice on which trees were already having inner rot issues at the stump were all spot on, and I am convinced his input has saved us future headaches and/or significant damage to our home if we had left those particular trees in the ground after construction. We will be working with SavAtree again in the future because of these good experiences with his project management.
I worked here as an intern over the summer and greatly enjoyed it. I mostly worked in Plant Health Care and got to learn about many tree and ornamental plant diseases and how to treat them, and got the chance to take the exam for my pesticide applicator liscence. I also got to see the work the general tree care team and arborists do. Overall it was a very valuable learning experience.
We had a visit from arborist Michael who advised us on the proper path forward to take care of an ailing birch as well as to manage a few other trees that would possibly create problems in the future. Casey and Hiram were the actual cutters and both did an excellent job in the treework (used a bucket) and also the clean up. They took the time to chat with me and share their knowledge as well. Much appreciated effort all around.
We have two plum trees that were stricken with Black Knot disease and we wanted an opinion on what our options were to try to save our trees. We requested a free consultation and Arborist Michael Loesch-Fries came out to our home. Michael was on time and very knowledgeable and honest in his assessment of our trees. He provided suggestions on a treatment plan, as well as offering us suggestions of several types of resistant plum tree varieties if we opted to replace the trees. We found out the Black Know is incurable once a tree has it. We received an emailed estimate shortly after his visit to our home. We would definitely call SavATree again for any of our tree needs. Reliable and great customer service!
Karl at savatree is knowledgeable and highly professional. Savatree responded quickly to our request! We will continue to work with them for our tree care needs.
I had a great experience dealing with SavATree. They were polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Mike diagnosed the problem and offered a solution to see if the tree would respond as he knew how much I wanted to save my tree. I was impressed with Karl's expertise and understanding of my concerns. Hopefully this spraying will save my tree. Time will tell. I would definitely recommend SavATree to anyone.
I had them take down a dead tree in my front yard. The guys were friendly and were able to remove the tree safely. It felt so good not to have it looming over my house!
If you’re looking for a crew that’s professional, timely, communicative and does a great job, this is your team. From initial assessment to clean up, absolutely top shelf. I also really appreciated the time Nate took to explain the project and the why behind the recommendations.
Completed a winter tree trimming and dead tree removal. Mike and his partner did an excellent job. I am enjoying the new view from my windows. I have received compliments. The cleanup was perfect. They made sure I was pleased with the work. I would use Savatree again.
These guys were amazing!
Nate, Mike, Gabby and Jovan!
They were on time, organized, and cleaned up the yard/street before leaving. Also, they were the best estimate out of 4. Great job SavATree!!!! Highly recommended
Filled out an inquiry in the morning to get a quote done on some treework, got a response within 15 minutes and a guy to come out before noon the SAME DAY. Quote was reasonable and in my price range - these were not saplings I could have done myself safely. Angel and his crew came by on a Thursday to take down 2 HUGE pines, both over 70 feet tall. They were professional and knowledgeable about coming up with a gameplan to deal with the challenges at hand on my property (sloped hill, power lines, house within 20ft). In and out in one day even with the steady drizzling rain. I don't typically do online reviews but I have zero regrets about going with this company vs. other tree services in the area. TIMBER!!!
Hello, I had yard work done recently by Hiram, Angel, Gabby and Jake. Nate is the arborist who was so knowledgeable and helpful. Great job by all! They did trimming very well and cleaned up afterward. Jake came and did tree care and left a nice note afterward. Many thanks! Great job by all and will call them again, Marilyn O'Connor
Nate, Michael, Javon, & Gabriel did an awesome job. I called for an estimate on Fri for a tree that fell across my driveway & blocked it. I spoke to Sam in the office & she called Nate to see if he could come by my house since he was already in the area. (Thank you for doing that) He showed up about 15 minutes after I called. He moved some other stuff around to schedule my tree removal for the following Mon. They were very professional & again great job! I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal or any the services they offer.
Absolutely amazing crew from SavATree arrived today to remove a down tree and debris from my back yard. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable crew that did an outstanding job in a timely manner. Thank you so much! Will be contacting them again for additional tree care supports .
Had a great experience with SavATree they were reasonably priced and they performed the pruning job quickly and cleaned up well
Nate & his team of Angel, Jovan, Mike, and Gabriel quickly and efficiently removed a large maple tree from one of our properties in just a matter of hours, including hauling away all wood and cleaning up leaving no mess behind. Nate went above and beyond working with the next-door neighbors to coordinate the use of their driveway for their Bucket Truck, and their communication during the process was excellent. We will certainly be using them again for any tree removal purposes.
Casey and his crew arrived at my home to prune and cable a beautiful but unruly River Birch. The entire team was friendly and ultra professional. They worked efficiently and neatly. They cleared every bit of debris. My tree is no longer reaching over my house and into wires. It is stunningly beautiful thanks to Casey and his crew.
Contacted Lyndon/SavATree by filling out the online form on a weekend. On Monday they were already in touch. By Wednesday, Nate was meeting with us to advise on my mother's yard! Within a few weeks they were on-site working on a large oak tree and trimming all the overgrown shrubbery. The team consisted of Miquel, Jason, Jay, Dave, and Eli. Extremely happy with all of the work and look forward to hiring them again. Team was professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job. The yard looks much neater and not a single stick was left behind for us to pick up. An extremely positive experience. A++!
I recently had Lyndon/ Sav-a-tree come and do some much needed trimming on an old dogwood and hedgerow of yews. The initial consult with Nate was super easy and informative and he gave me lots of info on some other trees and hedges in our yard.
The day of the job, Jay and Eli did the work and were great! They kept me informed on what decisions were made and what they recommended. The job site was cleaned perfectly of debris and I also appreciate them asking about and removing a few volunteer saplings growing through our fence.
I appreciate the work and will call again for any future tree care!
Paid $ 11,000.00 to have 2 trees cut down that were in the woods.
and a couple more limbed, then had someone come over and spray one bush, and they charged $ 230.00. They had a crane show up that they never used, and drove over my neighbors lawn when they left…Way over priced for what they did.
This week's visit by the Lyndon team was our third over several years. Because the work was carefully planned in advance, the crew was able to get right to work, fulfilling and even going beyond what we had agreed to. The trees that they worked on (all but one by climbing) look great, and the yard will get more sun as a result. I had asked that the larger limbs be left for firewood, and they cut them up into manageable lengths and stacked them neatly. They also cleaned up the yard beautifully; I could barely find any sawdust! Tree work is not inexpensive, but when completed by a business like Lyndon, it is definitely worth it.
LASTING IMPRESSION! My family recently hired Lyndon Tree Services for some long overdue work on property that goes back many generations. It was a combination of labor with some simpler tasks but mostly, a good portion of difficult and more technical work requiring professional expertise and attention. Many helpful and capable friends offered to help get the work done but the hired labor was actually preferred and Lyndon was the clear choice. The combination of skilled workers, the experience they share, their expertise, proper equipment and tools, protective measures, and the necessary insurance coverages that serve as a safety net, proved Lyndon Tree Services to be the right decision. While the work done was clean, efficient, and safe, my father and aunt were most impressed by the professionalism of all the workers. My aunt couldn’t stop talking about how nice they all were and what a good job they did. The cleanup was meticulous with all concerns addressed and progressively, as the job went on throughout the day, details and explanation were provided that allowed my family to understand the work being done. Not necessarily required but it certainly didn’t hurt. That verbal communication is what allowed my father to explain the work done to others, and that’s where word of mouth will ultimately leave me, and those others I imagine too, choosing Lyndon Tree Services!
Lyndon Tree Care did a great job. Everyone has been very friendly, helpful and professional. I am very happy with the service.
The whole experience was professional and timely. The tree was 60 ft tall and was cut down and removed in less than 4 hours clean up was excellent. I would recommend them for all of your tree needs.
The two men who trimmed and cut the trees did a fabulous job. They were courteous and friendly. They worked very hard. We were very pleased with the work they did. The man who came to pick up the tree trunks was also very professional. The only problem was that the work left ridges in my lawn and I will now have to buy soil and grass seen to repair that.
Please thank the workers.
We had a very challenging situation with removal of 4 large ash trees and a 120’ pine tree all diseased and dying and close to our house, as well as within a vernal pool buffer zone. Another large well respected tree company told us they could not remove the 2 large ash trees in the backyard without coming through our neighbors yard as their crane could not reach them over the house from our driveway. We did not want to impact our neighbors property and this company was not responding to requests to get the work scheduled so we called Lyndon Tree.
Patrick came out and determined that their crane could reach all 5 trees from our driveway, even though it would be tricky, given the size of the trees and close proximity of other healthy trees we didn’t want impacted.
It took only 5 weeks from Patrick’s site visit to tree removal. They even contacted the conservation commission and helped us secure their approval very quickly and efficiently. I think Lyndon’s reputation and experience with the town truly helped that come together seamlessly, for which we are very grateful.
The crew was incredibly skilled and professional and did an amazing job removing the trees and cleaning up the debris. It was stressful thinking about very large dying, brittle trees being lifted over our house, but the knowledge, confidence and assurance of the crew quickly put us at ease. The crane operator’s precision was unbelievable, as he had very limited space to work with and no room for error, placing the trees to be chipped and moving the logs out of the way to make room for the next tree. We are very pleased and impressed with this company and their crew and would not hesitate to use them again. We also feel their price was reasonably, given we had our previous quote to compare to.
Friendly, hard-working, fair price, on time, extremely knowledgeable, great communications and follow up, I highly recommend Lyndon for tree work. The crew took down three gigantic ash trees on our property and carefully avoided the lilacs and other plantings and structures in the vicinity. We will hire them again for future work!
We called Lyndon after a tree fell on our property and Cory was quick to come out to assess the work as well as some other trees that we were considering for removal. The crew was out about a week later to deal with the fallen tree and then it took about 5 weeks for them to return for the remaining work. We were pretty consistent with calling the office about when we would get on the schedule but the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Watching the removal of two very large trees (with a crane) as well as the pruning work by the crew was very impressive. They are clearly very skilled at what they do and we very much appreciated their thorough clean-up at the end. Thanks, Lyndon!
Wow these guys are awesome,!very professional and respectful did an exceptional job taking down trees . Cleanup was great very detailed. Highly recommended. Thanks Lyndon tree!
I had Corey come out to my property to consult with me about putting a fence in my yard and concerns regarding roots. The consultation was very informative and he provided me with a vast amount of information about different species of trees and plants in my yard. I highly recommend his services if you have any questions about your trees. It's worth every penny. I also hired his team to take down 8 spruce trees, a Catalpa, and grind the stumps. The front desk staff were really responsive and quickly got back to me with any questions. They were able to kindly accommodate my schedule to coordinate with the fence company on a days notice - very thankful for that! His crew was professional, and his equipment is topnotch. I highly recommend this company!
I want to update my review to reflect the attention and professionalism that Lyndon Tree took to rectify what's described below. I decided to leave the review below to share what the company did to right wrongs. In short, Lyndon took my criticisms seriously and non-defensively and then got to work to make things better. Lyndon earned back my trust and business and I am grateful for the care they took to finish out this project in the way they did. The new office manager and Patrick, the very knowledgeable sales rep, apologized, took responsibility for the errors, made sure to reach out when promised, visited to reconfirm the work, scheduled the work for the next business day, and made sure there was clear communication all along to avoid the mishaps that took place under the prior office manager. The trimmers came out today and did a spectacular job with trimming, communication, and clean up. We had a rough start, but based on how they moved quickly to improve scheduling and communication (the primary issues), I had a fantastic experience post drama and I am happy to recommend them and to use them again.
PRIOR REVIEW
I felt so confident about this company based on its positive reviews that I did not get any other bids. Unfortunately, my experience has been awful and I cannot recommend them. The office and scheduling is completely disorganized. I specifically emailed telling them not to come until they heard from me because the trees on the property I was buying needed to close first. They sent someone out without notifying me or seeing if the house had closed because "they were already on the street" and proceeded to cut the trees. This was unbelievable to me and could have threatened the entire purchase. Luckily the house had closed two days prior but they did not know that and nevertheless sent people to cut the trees. That they did not finish the job. I have no idea why. They were sent again (it's always last minute notification when you are notified) and they didn't have the right gear or the full scope of the job on their sheet so they left. I asked to reschedule for 2 weeks later. I was told that week that would come in the morning the next day. I ad to call to get this information because I hadn't hear from them. Three hours after the scheduled time they had not come so I called. I was told I would be called back in two minutes with an updated arrival time. No one called back so I called again 45 minutes later only to be told they did not have the gear they needed and they wouldn't be coming. No one bothered to call and tell me this. I had specifically asked for this week at the first rescheduling and sat waiting for four hours for them to come. The job remains half done six weeks later. I have no idea if they do good work because I can't even get them out. I never leave negative reviews but this was so unprofessional. I have no interest in continuing to use them but like I said, the job is half done.
What a fantastic job the Lyndon Tree team did in removing a very large tree that was a danger to my property. The removal required a crane lifting the cut pieces OVER my house onto my driveway! The skill required to do this was extraordinary. I would never let any other company attempt this. Lyndon is the best!!
Everyone from Patrick who first came and gave expert advice and options, to Kim in the office, to the big crew who did the work, was so professional, thorough, and friendly to deal with. The work was done with real care by a team that really looked like a team, with all the operations and safety maneuvers having clearly been practiced and performed many times before. Also happened to be the best price by far out of the three companies I met with. Highly recommended!!
Definitely recommend. This is the third year Lyndon has worked on our property. They are on-time, very professional, and knowledgeable. We appreciate their concern about our lawn & are very careful not to cause damage; the clean-up work is very thorough.
Update ** someone called me to say we want to make it right. I appreciate that. Now as far as your response goes, I have all the texts from Steve which does not line up with your provided timeline. Happy to send you screenshots as needed. There is only one thing I had asked, give the cost estimate on time and stick to the timeline. It’s not too hard to do that. If you can’t, be upfront and let me know you are too busy. But don’t waste 3 months of someone’s time and the say sorry I’m too busy I have too many projects.
People are not bad. But after 4 months of constantly asking for an estimate even after the first property walkthrough was not delivered. After estimate, another 3 months waiting. So what was the point of approaching was early so things don’t get delayed. Poor communication, no commitment to timeline. Again, I have no objection on the people. They are nice. But for a project of $30k, I don’t think they are capable of making a commitment to their customers
Lyndon Tree was very professional, on time, and courteous. I would use them again, and can recommend them.
I had 4 large standing-dead trees, right next to my house. My house was in jeopardy of being hit by a tree if it fell. The trees were in a tricky location, with no access for trucks to get under them.
Lyndon arrived promptly to quote the work, and I received the quote via email that same day while they were still on site. I provided the 50% deposit that same day, so that my job could get on the schedule.
I was given an approximate timeframe for the work to occur (in about 2 weeks). Their crews arrived about 18 days later.
They needed to use a giant crane, extended over my house to the backyard, to grab each section of tree as it was cut. The cut section was then hoisted past the house, over another tree and power cables, to where it was gently lowered to an area near the street. Once at street level, another machine grabbed the tree section, and fed it into the chipper. The crew swept the staging area after each tree section was chipped, keeping everything cleared of debris.
I was very pleased with Lyndon's work, and highly recommend them.
My tree work occurred in the summer, during a time when we have had no major storms or weather events. (I imagine in the middle of big weather events you may need to wait longer for crews to become available.)
Why did I have standing-dead trees looming over my house? Because when the trees died, I had contacted *other* tree companies over the past 2 years, who promptly quoted the work, promised they would come -- and never showed. So, don't even bother with those *other* companies...call Lyndon's instead, and the work will get done!
They did an amazing job not only with the multiple trees removed but also how great a job they did cleaning everything up. I have a septic system and they took extreme care to protect that area. I completely recommend this company. They are a top notch organization!!
I am not tech savvy (hence this is under my daughters name for some reason) However I did want to take the time to write a review (something I never do) Why this time then. After doing all my own land clearing and cutting for the past 30+ years I would have thought that no one out there would ever do as good a job as myself or at least not as neat. The crew that showed up to take down some trees from a tight spot proved me wrong, they were first, very personable then they were very professional , organized, neat , detailed orientated and acomidating. A simple thing as one crew member telling the other to take that dead branch that not many would have even noticed and was not part of the job but would have bothered me after i'm sure showed me that they take the time to do the job right. Like I said detailed orientated, from cutting that one extra dead limb to raking the lawn this crew was very impressive. Thank you
Bob
From the time I called for an estimate to the completion of the job everyone at London's were very accommodating and great to deal with. The crew that came to the house did everything that was quoted in the bid and they left my property all cleaned up nice and neat.
Exceptionally good service every step of the way from returning my first call promptly, arriving on time for their site visit, emailing me a quote promptly, scheduling the work and actually doing the work. Their crew was polite, very careful in their work and did a nice job cleaning up with their work. There were also two additional crews, one for stump grinding and one for putting down soil and grass. These crews were the same: polite, responsive and neat. I would definitely hired them again.
Very professional and really quick to schedule both the removal of 2 trees as well as stump grinding. They really know what they're doing and are both fast and safe while completing the work requested.
I spent 10k on tree work with Lyndon and after my initial positive meeting with Cory it all went downhill in every possible direction and ended up being a nightmare for me. I wish I had spent an extra 6k for another company and saved myself the intense aggravation. No one is in charge of operations, no one person managed my days-long project that started 3 months later than originally estimated by Cory and still was stop/start. Cory didn't show up for the project, and neither did any other certified arborist. I do not recommend this company for residential work.
What a crew this company has.! They did a great job. Quick, efficient, detail oriented. Cleaned up nice. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better job well done. We thank you.
We scheduled to have a pine tree removed that represents a danger to our property on Oct. 18th and placed a 50% deposit. After waiting a period of time that felt reasonable, I called multiple times to ask when we' were on the schedule. The first call (Nov. 22nd) I wasn't given a date, but that they would call back. They never called back. I called two more times during their working hours (Dec. 7th and 9th) and was sent to voicemail both times where I left messages. Still didn't receive a call back. With no other alternative, I left a very poor Google review and finally got a call back the next day.
The crew was scheduled and came out to remove the tree on December 16th (nearly 2 months after the initial deposit was placed). Final removal of the tree and branch debris didn't happen until December 30th.
Overall, the poor communication and timing have been the most frustrating parts with this company. Aside from some ruts in our yard and a nearby tree that got hacked up a bit during the removal of the big pine, the crew did a good job on what I know was a tricky situation with the power lines so I've raised the rating on this review. It's doubtful though that I'll go with this company again for future projects considering my experience.
Our work was scheduled for sometime in September, a two day tree removal and stump removal job. It was started on October 25th and they scheduled the second day for November 18th. Long story short no call no show on the 18th with a death in someone’s family after I called. We rescheduled for December 9th and now they have a problem with one of the trucks and won’t be able to make it. They weren’t able to give us a date yet and will have a call back to re-reschedule. I’m not gonna stress this cause our professions are in the medical field & funeral business and what we have seen in the last year has been so sad that this is not that important. Unless one of the pines falls on our house and then we will be using our own service
They were great, very professional..I had a 110ft pine and 10 other trees taken down...they padded the lawn to prevent excess damage by their vehicles etc. from the men working the ground. to the bucket truck operator, to the crane operator, they made the job look easy. They cleaned up and worked carefully in tight situations...quick and friendly...I recommended them to my son who also hired them, and will do so to others, thank you Corey, and to the rest of Lyndon crew, answering service, and secretarys..job well done
.
Highly recommend. They took down 13 very, very tall pine trees in about 8 hours on a property with a huge slope that required a crane for some of the trees. Awesome job! From Cory’s initial visit to quote the job to the removal of all the brush, they were professional, courteous, mindful of all safety needs and extremely efficient. Two neighbors who had some trees trimmed and others removed by Lyndon are also very pleased with their service.
The crew that showed up on my property was awesome! They were professional, quick, efficient, courteous and neat! They arrived and went to work right away dismantling my fence and attacked the trees that they needed to remove. They were so fast I couldn't believe they were done as soon as they were. Start to finish was only 45 minutes and when they left my fence was intact and the entire area was clean and clear. I would highly recommend Lyndon Tree Care to anyone in need of tree removal services!!!
I was impressed by the professionalism and depth of knowledge and care Lyndon Tree Care provides for their client's. It was a positive experience doing work with them and I would without hesitation use their services again.
Thank you for your service and very grateful you are around.
If you want to be completely ignored, and spend time day after day trying to get legitimate questions answered (like, why does the quote say a 25% deposit is required, but then they demand 60% up front instead, which I'm pretty sure is illegal) then this is the place for you. Unbelievable.
We highly recommend this company. After storm damage from a week ago, they were able to help us and were extremely professional and mindful of what we were going through with the damage to our property and home. They were just AWESOME! thank you Corey! customer for life!
I was impressed with their process for assessing, and reassessing the initial project that I contacted them for. Plans changed in scope, and even with slight disconnects in communication, the crew was promptly accommodating when clarified. A well oiled machine when onsite.
Staff is extremely nice, responds to voicemails fast...extremely nice woman I talked to was very knowledgeable of the service they provide ...refreshing to hear
I made an appointment for Friday, July 10th earlier in the week to meet with Corey to go over two trees that came down in last week's micro burst. And I have third tree leaning precariously. The appointment was set for 3:30 and I waited until 4:00. I called their office and spoke with Jean. She said she couldn't get a hold of Corey but he should be on his way. She would call me back. When she called me back she said she didn't know where Corey was but that I could reschedule for July 27th. The 27th? That's like 2 1/2 weeks away. I"m hoping to have these trees out of here by then. I realize that tree services are busy during the summer. And to be fair Jean did call back to apologize for the misunderstanding. And I did cancel the appointment because I had another company come in the day before and remove the trees. Then the first week of August I get a call from, I think, Jean. She asked me if I had seen the estimate they sent. I told her I had cancelled the appointment because the work had already been done. She was nice enough but it seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. SMH
We were very happy with the service they provided. They showed up on time, were very professional and were very reasonable. We were very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Lyndon Tree Care to anyone with tree or yard waste removal needs. They did an outstanding job and the crew was professional and friendly. We had two tree stumps ground and years of yard waste removed. They worked diligently and also did an excellent job of preserving our yard from getting damaged by their equipment. If I ever have a need in the future I would not hesitate to use them again!
I am very happy with the service I received from Lyndon Tree Care and Landscaping. I had 4 estimates. This company was not the least expensive of the four, but Cory answered many, many questions about all the plants in my yard, and he provided me with detailed landscaping instructions. I was impressed after meeting him. The crew that cut down 2 large trees arrived on time and were thoroughly professional. They worked non stop the entire time and cleaned up every single piece of debris. They were responsive when I had questions or requests, just as the office staff consistently were whenever I called. I was disappointed that one of the stumps could not be removed because of where it was located, however, the guys took their time and turned it into a thing of beauty. I am considering varnishing it and can't wait to decorate it. I would highly recommend Lyndon Tree Care and Landscaping.
