I had a great experience buying from James Kenney at McGovern GMC of Greenfield! I had my eye on a vehicle at another McGovern location farther away and James arranged to have that vehicle brought to the Greenfield dealership so I could test drive it there. The customer service was great and the vehicle was priced right. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Thank you, James!

The service department was attentive to my needs, even when there was a delay in service. They kept checking every 15 minutes to see what else they can do to facilitate the service. I bought my car there, and the sales people were honest, caring, and listened.

Recently, I brought my newly purchased used car for it's Mass State Inspection. I settled into the waiting area, anticipating a long wait. Much to my surprise Leo the technician got it all done lickity split! He was very polite and and courteous, completing my payment and even walked me out to my car in a spot that was easily accessible.Again, another McGovern Chevrolet team member giving first class service!

Bought a truck from this location. As it was my first vehicle, I was very nervous and worried about buying a vehicle. But the team at McGovern Chevy was extremely helpful and guided me towards the beta vehicle to fit my needs. I have now had the truck for almost 2 years I can firmly say I have yet to have any issues with the truck or the company with regards to the truck. Will be going back when it’s time for another vehicle and have and will continue to refer my friends

I have always been pleased with Dave's service at McGovern and when it was Dillons. They are always prompt and very pleasant. Dave always explains the service that was done and why.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received at McGovern. My car was towed there by GM Roadside Assistance since it was the nearest Chevy dealership when my vehicle broke down. The issue with my car is covered under warranty. I did not purchase my car from this dealership, and three different people made a point of reminding me of that. When I mentioned to the General Manager that they are Chevy and GM, he firmly responded, “Absolutely not. I am an independent dealer.”
On a positive note, David in the service department was professional and thorough. I expect he will provide excellent service - if you purchased your vehicle from them.

My response to your response. Was anything I wrote factually untrue or inaccurate? No. 100% true and accurate. I can add that the General Motors Concierge told me not to pay - because the car is under warranty. I only paid because you held my car as ransom. Another update. Your team said it would take many months (up to six) to replace two sections of my battery. Quirk Chevy ordered a full battery today and will return the car to me in about one month. If you respond again, I will not. You may have the last word.

Joe McNamara made my long search for a Mazda 3 with a manuel transmission a call for celebration! He answered every question and resolved every small concern with a relaxed and helpful manner. I would work with Joe to purchase another car without any hesitation.

I bought an electric car from Mcgovern and I had a problem with the SD card. They immediately had their expert diagnose the problem and repaired it in one day.. I was thrilled.

Although I did not purchase my new car here (I found the right model elsewhere) The service department at McGovern has been great.. First I needed the tires brought up to pressure and they very sweetly and quickly did that for me. And then since I purchased it a month ago I thought there was something wrong with the heating system. They got to it even though this is a very short week and they only had one guy on who does electric vehicles. The desk person explained to me that there was nothing wrong. I admit I got a little hot under the collar and I'm still embarrassed. But the desk guy went and got the mechanic and between the two men explained and demonstrated to me exactly how to use the heating system on this car. In addition the desk person had the recall issue taken care of as long as the car was there. I am so happy that I have this dealership right in my town to take care of my brand new Equinox EV. I highly recommend them.

Customers service lacks knowledge and parts price are high. They find or make reason to deny parts warranty. The supervisor laughed at customers instead of providing assistance. My last time visiting Chevy dealers in general. Had bad experience in Tauton, Quincy, Dorchester, Norwood and greenfield MA . Keep out .

As always, my service was awesome! The mice made a nasty mess on my filters and stained my headliner. It looked like it never happened when I picked it up.

I brought my car in for another problem, which was fixed but when I went to pick it up, I realized I had forgotten to ask for an oil change. I wanted that done before I left for a road trip in a week, so Matthew looked at his schedule and said if I could leave it again, they could fit it in some time the next morning. We got the job done. I brought my 06 impala ss in for a problem with a tire monitor and was told they were able reset monitor and set all tires to proper inflation . From making appt to dropping off to pickup was spot on ,thanks Matt and McGovern Chevrolet.

I had an oil change done on my Camaro. Also had a light on saying service tire pressure sensor. When I left the dealership the light was off and I was told it was all set. It came back on later that day. I have put her away for the winter so I will deal with it in the spring

Purchased my new truck with Rashka Manning Ross and Ryan Deveney. The overall experience was just good. But only good. My sales experience was lengthy but I left the same day with the truck. I didn’t get what I wanted for my trade but settled because the truck was hard to get. I noticed the driver side door has some serious corrosion coming from under the mirror. I was assured that this was not a big deal and the damage could be claimed and fixed under the included “Corrosion warranty” the truck still supposedly had. Although not satisfied I didn’t have time to undo the deal and left with the truck. I made some time and drove back to Greenfield to follow up with the damage on the truck. I was in contact with Rashka and notified him I would be coming that day earlier in the week. He again assured me the right people would be there on that day and it would be looked over. The experience I had when I got there was extremely frustrating. The dealership was a “ghost town” and no one besides a few people in service were in the building, almost coincidentally. I left again unsatisfied and was also told the damage couldn’t be claimed as it wasn’t a “rot hole.” After another week of zero communication and no answers I received a notice in the mail to leave a review on my experience… The truck was back for two check engine lights also within the same week of purchasing.

They had the parts to fix the recall on my Chevy Suburban. The service department is very personable and friendly.

Best dealership in New England. Dead battery. Got me running and replaced battery . Made sure vehicle was ready for inspection
