We worked with Satterfield Builders, specifically with Steven as our project manager and Blair as our general contractor. Both Steven and Blair have been outstanding. Steven has helped us from the very beginning to figure out a floor plan that would work for us and that met our 'wants' list, and was extremely transparent with pricing. He also helped us to figure out what things would look nice at a reasonable price. We were extremely impressed with him and his professionalism, thoughtfulness, and his follow through. Everyone who has come to our house has raved about the work. My dad is a tough critic and he thought the craftsmanship was excellent and that Steven was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend using Satterfield Builders, and while I can't speak to anyone else, I know you will not go wrong using Steven as your guide!!

We purchased our home with Satterfield Builders and couldn't be happier! We selected our lot and floor plan and they walked us through every step of the whole project. My wife and I had a wonderful experience building a home with Satterfield Builders. Both Ryan and Steve have gone beyond what we expected. They were very helpful in helping us sell our old home and answered all the concerns we had in building our new home; regardless, of how insignificant some of our questions may have been to them. They always took time to answer our questions and were quick to respond. Steve really helped calm our nerves and gave honest feedback when we asked his opinion of things.

The weather didn't cooperate with us early on in the build, but with the Satterfield teams encouragement things worked out despite some setbacks with scheduling and rescheduling due to a wet rainy spring that happened during our build.

The General Contractor, Josh Hansen and his men, are a great asset to the Satterfield Builders Team. Josh is very knowledge and goes beyond to give the customer what he/she desires. His talent is awesome and he is a hands on contractor. He rocked our fireplace himself when we asked him to do it because we knew he would do an awesome job. He did not disappoint. It is fabulous. Additionally, his finish work is first rate and would rate above the best of the best in his expertise.

Furthermore, we found Ryan to be exceptional to work with. He is honest, works for his customer, has integrity, and is very trustworthy. His talent for design ranks him at the top in his field. He amazed us. If you want something specific he can make it happen. We would build again with his company. He is always on top of his game!

Satterfield Builders make our home building process very enjoyable. They have it down to a science and the process was fast and smooth.

We had an excellent experience building with Satterfield RD. I had several friends tell me about issues with building and it made me nervous. But Satterfield did a great job of calming my concerns and the building process went very smoothly. Ryan is amazingly prompt in answering questions and addressing concerns. He was great to work with. My general contractor Josh Hansen was also excellent and very approachable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to build with them again!
