Pete is great to work with. I had some spots on my ceiling direct below a roof and suspected leakage as I recently installed solar panels and it had rained. Pete thought through different possibilities and gave me some options to try it out to identify the issue, he is an engineer at heart and doesn't just jump in and solve something.

Eventually I pushed him to come over to check and we found it was a stain from another source. He did a great job overall and shared other issues in my house as he diagnosed. Great work ethic and solid skills. Highly recommend Pete.

i tried getting a quote from this guy and it was like pulling teeth. horrible customer service/poor communication/empty promises. here’s my side of the story.
i called him friday 9/27 and he said he will come over that weekend….. he never came.
i texted him Monday mrng n he said he will be there tuesday afternoon…..he never came or called.
i texted him tuesday night…..he never answered.
i texted him wednesday, he said he will be there thursday. he finally came around 4ish.
he said he will have a quote by friday mrng.….no quote, no text
saturday mrng 10/5, I texted and he said he will call me later today. no call/text.
It’s tuesday 10/8 8am i finally texted him again and all i got were excuses.

Peter is local and knows the neighborhood very well. The team did a wonderful job on the roof and were cautious about watching the yard. I have two dogs willing to eat anything, lol. I had to have my roof redone due to a bad storm we had go thru our area. I thought it was going to be a nightmare of a process to get it done but it was quite the opposite really. The owner's name is Peter and he made the process of everything easy to understand and helped with every step from finding out what had to get replaced on the roof to talking to the insurance company. He really paid attention to details so nothing was missed in the whole process including dealing with our villages codes too. On the day of the roof getting put on he made sure his crew was on point with debris clean up so we and our neighbors didn't have any issues. Overall I couldn't be happier with how they did our roof, it looks great.

Sargon has done a lot of work on our house in the past and it has been excellent. I knew who to call when we ran into issues during a demo and found that our sider was leaking water. Peter helped us pick out an amazing patio door for a replacement. I love the handle and how heavy and solid the door feels! It also looks amazing. We also decided to replace the window that was next to it as it had broken hard wear. We went from a double hung to awning style with Peter's guidance. I would have never considered it but I LOVE the view out of that window. It looks so much bigger and we still get great airflow through it. SO HAPPY with this! It was a bummer to have to deal with but we are thrilled to have such nice replacements at a great price. Peter and his crew are amazing as always.

I had ice forming on the inside of my windows and water leaking from my bathroom ceiling vent and several ceiling light fixtures. Peter asked me a few questions over the phone and gave me some specific steps to take. We called him on short notice on chilly weather (-11 Degree) , he was so nice to visit our house and provide consultation and suggestions. I called Sargon Corp one afternoon after my roof had been leaking. He was at my home with in 30 minutes.

He came to do an assessment and was able to assemble a team the following week and got my roof repaired in the middle of December!

Pete came over to our place to diagnose what I thought was a roof/attic leak problem. Pete is technologically very savvy and using his infrared camera and drones was able to quickly pinpoint the problem which was HVAC related rather than a roofing issue. Pete also went out of his way to understand which furnace pipe was causing condensation in the attic and recommended the right course of action. He also followed up with me to ensure that his diagnosis was correct and offered to help in anyway possible. I found Pete to be very honest and reliable, and with his guidance we are in the process of resolving the actual issue with the house. I would highly recommend Pete and his services.

Great service all around! Peter made time to come out to my house on a Sunday and someone from his team fixed on Wednesday. Super nice to deal with, the work looks great. Our 20 year old sliding glass door was rotting pretty badly so reached out to Sargon for a replacement. They found a custom replacement that fit the space perfectly. The original set was very frame heavy and we were looking for a solution that would be sleek with minimum frame and maximum glass.

Pete and Sargon were great. We had some poor installation weather, so my roof and skylight installation looked to be at risk as the season ended. He and his team worked after Thanksgiving into early December to get the job done, weather permitting. They worked through cold weather and the result looks great. Pete walked through the house to make sure there was no mold and suggested new bathroom fans to improve moisture removal. Upon installing a bathroom vent on the roof, they mentioned that they saw nowhere to connect it. It turns out my bathroom fans were going directly into my attic and were being completely covered up by installation. We’re now fixing and grateful we have no mold despite this issue. Pete is honest and thorough and I cannot recommend him enough!

When my existing roof became 20 years old, I took bids on removing and replacing the roof, sky lights, gutters and downspouts. While Sargon's proposal was not the lowest in price, it was very comprehensive in not only completing the job, but offering solutions to the the issues we've experienced with run off, drainage, ice dams and ventilation.
Peter and his crew were prompt, quick, neat and courteous. That was 11 years ago. We've not experienced any issues with the materials used or the work performed and the roof still looks great!
