Mr. Roof of Wheeling, IL recently replaced our 15 years old roof with quality Malarkey Legacy AR architectural shingles. The outstanding crew under the leadership of Gonzalo performed immaculate installation. They first covered all the shrubs and windows including deck with the tarps to protect from falling debris and shingles. They also replaced a few plywood boards that were damaged. Also installed three new attic fans as well as all necessary vents including bathroom vents to our expectations. After completion of the job the crew did a fantastic work to clean the entire property and made sure that everything was cleaned. We are extremely pleased with the outstanding quality job that was done. Greg, the owner of the company worked with us from start to finish with remarkable cooperation. He is very dedicated owner when it comes to perfection. He takes pride in his work and team to deliver a flawless job. This is our second project with Mr Roof. They did an amazing job installing replacement windows, siding, soffit and fascia in our Montello Wisconsin home. I was told by my insurance inspector that I needed a new roof. My neighbor had told me he had his roof replaced last year and he was satisfied. My insurance company gave me 3 weeks to replace. I called Mr. ROOF AND REMODELING COMPANY. Within 1 day, they called me to make an appointment for someone to come out. He came out within 3 days and gave me all the work details that I could understand. Within 1 week they were out there removing the old roof and starting the new. They arrived on time at 7:30 am and they finished by 5:00 pm with the work and did a great job on cleanup. The job was even done before my deadline for my insurance company. I was very pleased with their customer service and work done on my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof done that is done professionally and a crew that cleaned up efficiently. Thanks for being there on a pinch of time.

Excellent company to work with. They handled all the permits and correspondence thru our HOA. I had them install four oversized patio doors for our home. The crew was amazing and worked diligently. One of the doors came in and had some issues. They corrected the problem and had manufacturer send new door panels which they reinstalled.Their pricing was good compared to other quotes that I received. After replacing the doors, they also replaced the trim on the inside and also outside bottom threshold underneath doors. Very pleased with all work performed and would definitely hire them again. I advised our HOA that they should add them to our recommendations list as they are a quality company that stands behind their products and work. I will call them again for any needed work.

The siding on my house was heavily damaged in a windstorm. Mr Roof came out the next day to do a temporary repair. They came out again to make my house weatherproof when heavy rain was forecast. Mr Roof took the time to find matching replacement siding so I only needed to re-do one side of my house. Mr Roof did the job as promised and my house looks better than before.

Greg is great! Honest, non-alarmist, and thorough assessment. We have an older home, and had water coming into our living room and he very quickly identified the problem and remedied it for us.

I am very pleased with the work Mr. Roof did replacing my roof. It was in bad shape, so it was something of an emergency.! They came out at first light and stayed until after dark to complete the job. Everyone was conscientious, organized, hard-working and pleasant. They even trimmed the tree branches that had grown over the roof! They came early the next morning to complete the clean up and did a great job. All this, and the price was very competitive. I would highly recommend them!

Mr Roof is such a phenomenal company! As a real estate agent, I have been recommending Mr Roof to my clients for some time. They have helped my clients with replacing existing roofs, doing roof repairs, giving estimates for a new roof, etc. I recently had the pleasure of using Mr Roof on my own home with great success! They recommended an excellent roof shingle with a very long warranty. My new roof looks beautiful too! I can't recommend Greg and his team enough. From the start he was a very clear communicator, straightforward, and honest. He helped us understand the work that was needed on our roof and explained how everything was going to be done, and why. His team did excellent work.

Along the way he communicated frequently and clearly about what was next and when they could get to that next step—often a major source of frustration when working with contractors. I'd hire Mr. Roof again without question and in fact when our other roof inevitably needs it, we will hire them.

We had new soffit, fascia, gutters, and trim work done. They did a great job explaining the work during the estimate process. The work done was performed professionally and with an eye for detail and safety. The project managers kept track of what was happening regularly.

I heard about Mr. Roof and met the owner, Greg, at the insurance office where I work. He is very kind and professional. Due to a recent storm we had a piece of our aluminum fascia blow off one side of our house. I called Greg and asked if he would be interested in the job since it was just a relatively small job that needed to be done. He was out the next day to take a look, noticed that some of our soffit pieces also looked like they were coming loose and had one of his guys out the next day to do the repairs! The fellow walked around the whole house to make sure everything was in good order. My husband and I will definitely be using Mr. Roof for future needs!! Thank you, Greg!! Greg took my call and the next day came by to give me an estimate for some roof and gutter work. The quote was fair compared to other offers. The week after his crew showed up to complete the work and it was done to our expectations… the crew left a clean site after the work was completed. I will keep Mr Roof on my list for future work!

4 windows installed within the promised timeframe. It’s only been a few days but so far so good. No issues with installation.

For the 3rd time in three years, I have used Mr Roofing for home improvement.

This company is pretty solid. I used them to upgrade our front door, to cut two new doors into two upstairs bedrooms after a balcony was installed and for a new roof & gutters.

I was satisfied every time and without a doubt, I would use them over and over again.

As a result of some nasty storms in the area a few weeks ago, based upon Google search and even my insurance company recommendation, I called and spoke with Greg (Owner). He stopped by later that afternoon and did a survey of the roof, siding and gutters and gave me an honest answer on what needed (and what didn't need) to be done. With all of the scavenger companies out there banging on the door as a result of those recent storms (claiming the entire roof needed to be replaced), I was pleasantly surprised with Greg's honesty. The work was done quickly (even coming a day earlier due to another storm coming) with clear and timely communication. I highly recommend Mr Roof and will most certainly be reaching back out to Greg when the time comes for our roof to be fully replaced!

Mr Roof did a very good job with the roof of my house in Addison. The roof was completed within a day, cleaned after it was done, and everything went well. They did all the talking with the insurance, so I didn't need to worry about it. Easy to communicate with them so I would recommend Mr Roof for any roof related problems.

My mother hired them for her garage. I have to say these are the hardest working, pleasant group i have had the pleasure of being around! They were quick, it looks beautiful, polite gentlemen allthe way around! The siding is beautiful!

Trust is the only reason I move forward with selecting a contractor/business. When I met, Greg (Owner) and Paul (On-site Project Manager), I knew they would take care of my roof repair. They responded quickly to my inquiry, educated me on the issues/solutions, followed up and followed through with the entire process. When an owner shows up to your house to ensure the customer is satisfied and the on-site manager is working tirelessly in the rain, I have a higher level of respect for that type of customer service. Greg and the crew did a very nice job fabricating and installing two chimney caps for my home. One was an unusual size which they made custom. The crew was on-time, friendly and very professional.

Had appointments set up for Saturday at 10 never showed up their excuses we overbooked booked that's not my problem because I called the day before and I confirm the time and date with them no one said nothing then so my advice is don't use these people this company is garbage and if you don't like what I said tough and keep your appointments

The men that did my window replacement were extremely professional and courteous. They came exactly at the time I was told. The entire process was explained clearly to me by the project manager. Mr roof came out and installed an exterior door and storm door, both appear to be top quality! The installation was quick too, about 1 work day being done by one gentleman. The old door and any additional trash was all taken away.

I did have to reach out a few times to get additional documents (receipt and warranty info) but once Rafal was made aware he helped and got me in touch with the proper people. He even stopped by in person just to double check which was unexpected but greatly appreciated, just shows the level of customer service that is offered.

Overall I'm satisfied with the quality of work.

I “signed a contract” with these clowns with the stipulation that I could cancel within 3 days. Well someone from the company called ME 2 days later asking when they could come to do measurements. I canceled with them during that conversation. Then someone kept calling me, asking when they could come to measure. I ignored them each time because I had already canceled. The last time I spoke to anyone from that company, I answered the phone and talked to them. I told them I canceled. They said they had NO RECORD of me canceling and told me that I would HAVE to go with their company or face legal action! Seriously? I gave them no money, so therefore I am not obligated to them! So I called my new company and the guy called them and told them to stop harassing me! Clearly my experience with them was awful!

i had gutters, soffit and fascia installed on my house. Ralph and Kevin were the two people who preformed the initial presentation, as well being the point of contact before, during and after the work was done. they did a great job informing me about my options and choices. the crew preformed the work quickly and efficiently. i would defiantly have the them do more work in the future.

Ralph was a wonderful ambassador for Mr.Roof and Kevin was great at explaining the overall project and options. Gonzalo and team were professional, efficient took care around the property and the roof looks great!

Made an appointment for a new Window Installation. They asked about my marital status because they wanted to make sure all of the 'decision makers' were home for the appointment. I stated that I am the homeowner and I wasn't going to discuss my marital status. They cancelled the appointment with a "best of luck finding a contractor for your project". Definitely a shady enterprise

Completed the tear off and replacement in one day. Great crew, very professional and clean everything before they left.

After wasting time with 9 other installers that wasted my time and tried to sell me something I didn't want, Mr Roof came in and really listened to what I wanted and didn't want and had the exact windows that I was looking for and did not try to sell me on something I didn't want. The windows are exactly what I was looking for at a price that was very fair. Once I signed the contract they said it would be about 10-+12 weeks before the install, due to the supply chain delay. To my joy they came in in about 6 weeks and were installed on my house in 2 days. I would recommend this company.

I love my new windows. I own a very old house that had horrible crank windows. I had 7 windows replaced. They arrived in a timely manner and worked quickly and professionally. When I need more windows and/or new doors, I'm calling Mr. Roof. These guys are great.

My husband and I first met Ralph and his personality and friendliness was contagious. I immediately felt comfortable with him and knew I wanted to do business with the company. Josh was the representative that came to our home. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and patient with explaining the products as well as the pros and cons. Greg, who I believe is the owner, was very communicative and an extremely pleasant person to talk to throughout the process. Last but not least, Paul was the installer of our doors. He was professional, respectful of our property, and took his time with the installation to make sure it was properly and beautifully done. Mr. Roof provide great service for siding projects at an affordable price. Ray, Greg and Ralph were great to work with.

Do not waste your time giving these people any information. They will keep calling, even a year and a half after getting it, 2 times this week in fact, after they supposedly put me on their do not call list last year when I told them to stop calling. They seem very unprofessional and desperate for work to keep calling back so many times.

Wanted to come out again to give me a second estimate- but needed my wife to be there for some reason. No thanks.

They do the same tied old used car salesman business tactics. Prepare to wait while they get the manager on the phone for a better deal.

Thoroughly impressed with the Mr. Roof team! Their sales people are very knowledgeable, friendly, and able to answer any questions or concerns. You don't feel like you're being "sold", you feel confident in the product and service you are purchasing. The materials used are the best with reasonable pricing. The crew was prompt, courteous, and very professional. My husband and I especially appreciated the courtesy visit from their Quality Manager, who stopped by during the installation and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. We are extremely pleased with Mr. Roof and we will definitely be using them for our future projects! Highly recommended!

Very good services are provided by the Mr Roof and Remodeling Company. These people are best for the installation and repair of doors. You are my first and last choice!

Be warned, their sales approach borders on harassment. I used the GAF website to get a relative estimate to compare to other roofers I've already contacted. To get GAF's estimate you have to agree to be having your contact information submitted to roofers in the area. Since doing so I've been contacted by Mr. Roof on nearly an hourly basis. I did not take the first call as I did not recognize the phone number. The person calling did not leave a voice mail stating reason for calling. At that point I chose to ignore the calls. This morning, I finally answered their 10th call in a 26 hour period I told them don't call me back as I don't appreciate their business approach.

Standard business practice would be to leave a voice-mail with the reason you are calling if you're not able to make direct contact with the person you're trying to reach. Then, allow that person to make the decision if they want to follow-up to the voice-mail. Maybe, if you have not heard back from them in a couple days then make a return call. Not call every hour of the business day.

I'm not sure if they're hard up for business or just don't have people with good customer service skills handling their call outs to potential customers but this approach has made it so I will never consider this company for any type of work done on my house.

I also question GAF's website and how they go about identifying which companies to provide your information to. Of the three companies they provided my information to that are supposed "in the area" two of them are 20 miles away and Mr. Roof is the farthest at 30 miles away. I know for certain that there are closer roofing companies in the area as we've already had several of them provide quotes. This leads me to believe the roofing companies are paying GAF for the referrals.

Reasonably priced and I couldn't believe how quickly they were done! It looks very nice and all staff were very friendly.

Ralph was great. He gave us a detailed estimate that was the best priced. Did a great job on our roof and Highly recommend.

Did a wonderful job sidings back of my house and removing the over hang can’t even tell there was a over hang theses guys are very professional and good at what they do i will be back again for another project when I need one. I have used them 2 times and they are awesome.

From the first day I reached out to Mr. Roof to inquire regarding a new roof for my home, the completion of my new roof with deck replacement was approximately two weeks. Their responsiveness and attention to my needs was excellent.

We have a mansard roof on the house with dormered windows and the quality of their work is commendable. They spent time to show me how the venting works in the mansard style roofing and how they would be reinstalling to insure correct ventilation. They stripped all old flashing off each window and insured each window was re-flashed and sealed correctly. All roof vents were replaced and a new powered vent installed on our detached 3-car garage as well.

Could keep on typing but suffice to say, we are beyond pleased and would highly recommend Mr. Roof for your project.
