Very knowledgeable and helpful. Walked us through a very difficult time when our new house flooded back in 2015. Not only helped us with remediation but also helped us with in dealing with the insurance company and other repairs.
Last year we used them for a new kitchen and bathroom and could not be more satisfied.

I highly recommend working with them! We had a lofted space converted into another room and new flooring installed on the second floor. From start to finish, they showed up on time and finished the project in a timely matter! I was in need of a new sliding glass door in my family room. I posted on Nextdoor and was contacted by Robert from All Tech. I told him what I needed and he came out the next day to give me an estimate and schedule a time. I had previously seen 2 other window and door reps and was given estimates on new windows and gutters but not on my sliding glass door. Anyhow, Robert and his crew were amazing. We hired Robert and his team to remodel our entire first floor. New kitchen, 1st Floor powder room, and they also re-stained all the floors and replaced floor boards with 6" trim. WOW!! They did an amazing job and had the job done in 4 weeks total. Not bad for gutting an entire kitchen and reconfiguring. I definitely recommend All Tech, they were quick, clean and deliver quality work!

Robert and his crew at All Tech Builders just completed an upscale bathroom renovation and a full basement renovation including adding a new bathroom and ejector pit. All Tech did a terrific job. Robert, and Rosa in the office, were always available via phone. The workers are skilled craftsmen who did a fine job. Scheduling this job was particularly challenging because I had a tenant living in the house during construction who was not always cooperative. The only negative was on a couple occasions when the crew was scheduled to work but got delayed at other jobs and didn't show up. But the work was done mostly according to schedule and some of the delays were on my part trying to decide on tile, fixtures, paint colors and shower doors.
I hope to use All Tech Builders again on my next project and would definitely recommend them!

Very fast to respond to our sump pump backup in our basement. Dried everything out, resorted drywall and insulation, painted, cleaned up, and made it look as good as new.

Had a huge leak under the kitchen sink that went unnoticed for weeks! They came the same day I called and had the job finished in about an hour. Great water mitigation service and they even got the nasty odor to disappear. Great service, will definitely be using this company again.

We contracted with All Tech Builders & Restoration to finish the basement to our home located in Northbrook, IL. After reviewing many quotes from various contractors, we settled on All Tech Builders. Robert (the owner) is the consummate professional. He was very flexible with our various requests and worked within our budget. He was on site periodically and provided us with solutions to any issues (or potential issues) along the way. During the inspection process he was on hand to address any questions or concerns from inspectors. Since he has a great working relationship with building department personnel, our inspection process went relatively smoothly. The project took a little longer than we expected this was largely because we opted to paint the basement ourselves. (Which we would NOT do again!). However, Robert was very patient with us and was available to continue the project after we completed priming and painting the basement. We're also happy with the relationship we've built with All Tech Builders. If we have any issues with our primary home or any of our investment properties, All Tech has become our go-to contractor. Robert warrants and stands behind his work and he will return to "make it right" until clients are satisfied. All in all we're very happy with the work performed by Robert and his team. I called because I had some mold in my basement that I was looking to get to the bottom of. The man on the phone, Robert walked me through a few different possibilities of my mold issue. He gave me a few simple thing I could check before having to have them out. Once I found it to be something more complex they were out to my house in just a couple days to diagnose my problem. They were easy to work with and really took their time with my concerns. When they were out for the mold repair I had them look at venting my attic as well and they were able to quote and handle all of it very quickly. I would recommend all tech for there honest and quick service.

All Tech Builders came in after another contractor flooded our house. We had significant water damage to our hardwood floors, ceilings, kitchen and carpets. All Tech responded immediately after i called them, and came in with industrial dehumidifiers and other equipment to remove the moisture to prevent any further damage. They went the extra mile to ensure there would be no health risks to my, at the time, pregnant wife. I was blown away with the level of service they provided, and also the way Robert and his crew treated us like family. 7/5 stars!

Had them out to rebuild my chimney and fix the roofing (shingles and flashing) around the chimney. They did a great job. No leaks, looks good and the price was competitive. Will be calling in the future if I have other work that needs to be done.

We recently had All Tech Builders replace our deck and front porch posts.
Robert Blangiardo, the owner of All Tech, worked with us every step of the way. If we ever had any questions, Robert was always available and responded quickly whether via phone, text, or email.

At the beginning of the projects, Robert came to our house and looked at the current deck and porch posts and worked on a plan for us based on our preferences. He then met us at the home improvement store to go over options for deck materials and customized front porch posts for us. He listened to our input and offered his own experience to help guide us, which we appreciated. He knows how important the planning stage is and made sure we were all on the same page when the work started.

When it came time for construction, All Tech’s crew showed up on time and worked hard. They were polite, professional, and always cleaned up before they left for the day. Robert was always stopping by to check in on the progress and make sure things were going as planned.

Robert and his crew rebuilt my badly damaged chimney, they did a great job and they were professional and friendly. Robert also fixed a complicated water leak on my roof. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend All Tech to do mold and asbestos work. They were very accommodating, reasonably priced, and explaining everything they were doing in detail. They did a fantastic job.

We had water damage seen in a closet and in a bathroom on the other side of the wall seen here -- this after a puddle emerged in this closet after a day of storms and rain in mid-May. It was unclear if we had seepage or sewer backup or what. We actually had a hard time getting a water/mold remediation service to come check it out. We found All Tech through a Facebook group recommendation.

Robert came out and analyzed the situation like he was a CSI investigator. In the end he gently gave us the bad news we expected, that much of the wall would have to be ripped out to diagnose the true cause, which included removing the toilet, cabinet and bathroom fixtures.

It took a little while to get on the schedule, for both the company's reason (plus the email with the quote had gotten lost) and our reasons. Suddenly on a Sunday Robert wrote and said a crew could come at probably 7:30 a.m. Monday. OK! Then the three-man crew did come right at that time, quickly assessed the scene, and went right to work. That includes covering nearby furniture and electronics with plastic and then making virtually a hazmat wall of plastic around the area. They just ... did it. Complicated work like removing those bathroom fixtures plus the washer and dryer, then digging into the wall. They soon found the culprit: a pinhole leak in a pipe. They called out a plumber out, who within a few hours welded the pipe sealed. (How do they have a plumber virtually on demand? They did.)

I couldn't believe a pinhole leak did all the damage, but they sent a camera around and within the walls and foundation and found nothing, and told me all about it. Then the crew put everything back together -- redid the drywall (they had cut about the bottom third) and baseboard, repainted, reassembled the appliances and bathroom fixtures. They just went to the nearest home store for supplies they needed, including the paint, which they matched. Asked me for nothing. In the end, you'd never know anything was wrong.

This is the second time we've had water/mold remediation, and both companies were amazing like this (sorry, can't recall the first one as it was years ago). I was very impressed with Robert and the All Tech crew, Tom (I think, not Tim), Adam and Matthew. Price in the end was a little over quoted, but the quote also didn't account for the possible cause (because we didn't know what it was). The bill is very itemized. Some items seemed costly, others not. But overall it was not unexpected, and certainly I'm happy with the work.

I have a small water damage on my basement due to a crack on the wall. Robert and his team did a good job fixing the issue and restoring the damage. They are easy to talk with and very professional with their job.

The invoice was itemized that made it easier for me to see and understand what the charges are, and I appreciate that he took the time to explain them.

We had a hallway full bath updated due to some water leaking. They were able to fit us in on short notice. Everyone was friendly and conscientious about their work. We are very happy with the bathroom and would use them again.

I had my carpets cleaned and the carpet cleaner noticed some mold in a corner of my lower level room. He pulled the carpet back and showed me a 6 foot area of rotten tack strips. I immediately call Robert at ALL TECH. Talk about immediate response. He came in and examined the area and devised a plan. The next day he had fixed the problem, got rid of the rotten wood, and remediated the mold. The next day the wall was repaired, and the next day the carpet was fixed. Ridiculously fast response and fix. I will recommend ALL TECH for the rest of my life. Thanks Robert.

We worked with Robert who loves his work; detail oriented, does a clean job and insists on superior work from himself and the subcontractors. If I had any questions which were numerous in the 3 months long project; I could always reach Robert. If there was an urgent issue no matter what time or day, Robert would make himself available. We started as early as 6 for job specific tasks and worked until 9 if it was needed.

All Tech worked with us to mitigate further damage and repair damage to our home after an ice dam on the roof caused leakage into the main floor and down through to the basement. They arrived promptly to prevent further damage from potential mold. They worked with our insurance company to obtain the maximum fair reimbursement of expenses. Repair work included drywall and painting, retiling of a floor and refinishing wood floor, among other work. We trusted them in our home, and felt they were pleasant and hardworking, and kindly put up with our dogs. We felt that we were treated fairly and promptly for problems or issues that came up during the reconstruction, and that those were resolved to our satisfaction. We would use the company again.
