Extremely professional from business end to labor. Mr Moo was a pleasure to work with. The laborers were respectful, polite and cleaned everything! Our neighbors even commented on how well the workers did. We were not at home ourselves and one neighbor kept a look out for us. I give them top rating on a job well done! First time replacing a roof at our home. Scared and timid about getting this done but we knew that our roof needed to be replaced soon or later. We were seeing small water marks on the second floor bathrooms and knew that our roof was very old.
We had been referred to Ace Home Construction from a friend that had recently replaced their roof and we had a very wonderful experience with these guys.
Sales guys (CK) to the construction crew to the administration people in the office were very kind and friendly to explain all the small details about the process from start to end.
CK explained and wrote up everything needed for our insurance claim.
Construction crew came on time and finished everything on time. They even cleaned up spotless after all the construction had been completed.
I needed some paper after a month the construction had been completed and their administrative lady in the office still remembered us and helped us out ASAP.
From start to end, we had a phenomenal experience and would recommend these guys to anyone that needs a new roof!

I just got a brand new roof and gutters from AHC. They helped me with my insurance company and I really didn't have to do much at all. The amount I had to pay was discussed up front and there were no extra charges.They were good communicators via phone and text. Everything went according to schedule and all was done from the day of filing a claim to work completion in under 6 weeks. Very happy with the experience!

Mr. Sung and Mrs. Rea were always very patient, attentive, and responsive when we needed help understanding the claims process. They came to our home to show us the options for roofing and siding and were flexible in terms of the services we wanted for our house, such as gutters, garage door, or fascia.

I could call or text either of them at any time, any day. They regularly checked to see how the materials delivery, roofing, siding, and painting went and we are quite happy with the finished product.

I was a little hesitant of using a company that I didn't know but Duke was amazing. He worked with the insurance company to get the claim approved (which they had already rejected when we tried to file a claim a year ago). He was very easy to work with and met a few times before the project began to go over everything. We had our roof, siding, and gutters done and it was so quick. The quality of material is amazing. The roof went up in one day and we got to test it the next day with torrential downpours so we know it was well done. I would highly recommend using Duke.

The staff of ACE Home Constructions from start to finish was exceptional. They used quality materials for roofing and siding, along with professional work. They finished the new roof in a day and a half, and the siding around the whole house was done in a week. The workers kept the area clean during and after the construction. The turnaround time was phenomenal. We would definitely recommend ACE Home Constructions.

Had pretty bad hail and wind damage from a storm last year and DK took care of everything. I didn't have to do anything other than sign a few papers and my house is back to looking better than new! Cant thank these guys enough for making this process so easy. Highly, highly recommended.

Ace Home Construction was selected to replace our roof and we could not be happier with the decision. We had experienced storm damage resulting in water leaking and were very anxious to have Ace start their work on replacing our roof. We were very happy with their quick turnaround and their attention to detail. We are several months past the installation and no more leaks! This can be attributed to their fantastic work but also the quality material they offer with the installation.

Enough could not be said to the attentiveness of the team. Day or night, Ace staff made themselves available for answering questions and helped to eliminate all of our concerns. From beginning to the end, Ace walked us through several options and also offered access to previous work done so we can be confident in our material choices.

Ace Home Construction is a very professional and reliable company in this business. I bought my first house in my life in 2018. After 3 years our roof had been getting old and it was high time to be remodeled. In the spring of 2021, hail damage to our roof had occurred but we didn't know how it was serious.
AHC recommended us to get our roof investigated by the insurance company. With AHC's assistance, our roof got investigated by the house insurance company and got the approval to replace not only roof but also siding and gutters. After the approval on the replacement, AHC made a schedule to replace them and it was performed on time professionally as scheduled. During the work, all workers were very kind and skilled. Moreover, AHC explained us all the questioned we asked in details in a friendly spirit. The quality of material used was also excellent. AHC replaced our old small gutters into bigger new ones. We were very satisfied with all the works by AHC. If you need the service on the roofing, siding and gutter , AHC is strongly recommended. Once again, we appreciate your assistance and tremendous job!

Mr. Sung Kim and Mrs. Rea came to our house for possible hail damages done to our roof. I usually turn away door to door sales but this time my wife answered and asked me to chat with them about the roof. The moment I met them I could tell they were nice people to do a business with. They have explained me that a hail storm was in my area and would like to inspect the roof to see if my insurance would cover the replacement costs. They also explained me the whole process step by step and what to expect. They have in-house adjusters and a construction company to promise the whole process would go smooth once approved by the insurance company. Vice president from ACE construction company came out to meet our insurance company's adjuster and he must have explained the issues/damages very well to the adjuster that our insurance claim was approved within 2 hours of the inspection (2 hours!) for the full amount including whole gutters and window frames! I hear people waiting for an insurance approval for months and some get their claims rejected. I was expecting to wait but it was not the case. Mr. Kim and Rea brought actual pieces of roof samples so that we could the quality of actual roof material and colors. They were great quality with 15 years warranty. After that they have taken care of the permits and the process to arrange the actual work was smooth. Even though we had to postpone a work day due to a schedule conflict, Mr. Kim and Rea were always on the top to let us know about the delay so we did not have to worry about a thing. After completion of the roof and gutter works, we noticed that the gutters were not pitched enough for water to flow good. Mr. Kim followed up and the gutter company came out to correct the issue. We have seen companies not responding to our requests/satisfactions once they get paid but they were different. They will take care of you and we have recommended ACE to our neighbors needing roof works due to hail/storm damages because of them. I highly recommend Mr. Kim and Mrs. Rea at Ace Home Constructions if you need roofing/siding/gutter jobs done.

One day, I got a visit from Sung Su Kim and Rea. There was hail damage near my house and they recommended an estimate. I just decided to do it because of their kindness and in need of siding. After kindly explaining the whole process, I finally decided to do the roof, gutter, and siding. The color was decided, the roof was on the first day, the gutter the next, and finally the siding. The team of 3 people looked good and I appreciated how they were meticulous, quick and tidy with amazing teamwork. After all the work was done, our house was transformed like a new house. Special thanks to Sung Su Kim and Rea for being with us through the whole process.

Home Owners HAIL Insurance claim.

In Good faith, based on our experience and previous complaints noted, ACE Home Construction merits investigation. Ace is misleading customers as well as the insurance companies. There are several areas where integrity of this company is seriously in question. They go house-to-house stating that there's been hail damage done to people's roof.
They file a claim to the insurance under false pretense. Once the estimate is approved the insurance come they come to your home promise your deductible at the end will be returned to you by us as an incentive.
Once they realize the money is secure they come to you and present the numbers making it look like they're actually going to give you money at the end.
When Duke, the owner of the company, sat down with us back in August of 2020, to go over the coverages his numbers were not adding up which led us to question their integrity.
He mislead us 2 make it look like we would be getting some money back but I came to realize from the very first meeting that their numbers weren't adding up.
Due to this Integrity issue we chose not to deal with them.
Duke at NO POINT explained to us a disclosure to cancel a contract. the day we met with him he agreed to release the claim come to find he wasn't going to release it.
We hand-delivered in person the letter the insurance needed to release the claim. We chose to part ways and select someone else to do our roof.
We had the work completed September 20th 2020 paid out this other company out of our pocket and now due to Ace not wanting to release the claim are out a little over $5,000. All our homeowners insurance needs is for Ace to Simply release the claim.
After further investigating, my husband's signature was forged the public adjuster/president stated he was there to go over the contract but never was, he signed it as if he was knowing that he was not there the date of June 12th 2020 the only person that was there was a sales representative by the name of Jane.
As stated earlier they are collecting money by jeopardizing their integrity in several areas. There for misleading customers as well as insurance companies.

Ace Construction provides a quality job. They did my roof, siding, and gutters and I extremely happy with their work. I recommend them!

Nice gentleman came to our house about hail damage and he can claim roof repair on my behalf and replace roof without a penny from my pocket.. I signed contract, who wouldn't.

Problem started after signing contract. appointment to inspect roof was cancelled multiple times last minute that disrupted my summer plans and finally I got tired and called to cancel entire process. Oh boy, he was not happy and rude. While talking to them, I am thinking if this is the attitude now, how will they react if there is any issue with install or roof issue later within warranty. Decided not to do business with them.

I just had my roof replaced, and I was quite happy with the result. My insurance policyk didn’t provide what we had hoped, and the company gave me a great price.
During the roofing work, the team was quick and respectful of my new landscaping. They also cleaned up extremely well and even came back out to blow out my gutters the next day!
I plan to use them again to replace my gable fascia next season.

Ace Home Construction is a very mendacious company. 2 nice and polite people came to my mother's house, uninvited, and said that we had considerable damage to our roof due to inclement weather. During their sales pitch they also showed us a receipt for work they had done for a neighbor. Aside from questioning the legality of showing another customer's receipt, clearly stating their name and address, I wondered if this neighbor would appreciate the fact that their personal information was being disclosed in this manner. AHC began and finished the work in a timely manner, however, they didn't install any kind of screening in the gutters. My mother complained saying that it was promised in the beginning but the VP then said there would be an extra charge for this service. My mom, the homeowner, was very unhappy about this broken promise.
Now, for the real duplicity and double-dealing.
Someone from AHC, she identified herself as the office manager, called my mom and said they were coming to the house to pick up the insurance payment. My mom asked about the reimbursement that AHC had promised and the office manager claimed that she didn't know anything about it. My mother stated she would only give the payment to the VP since he was the one who was present at the contract signing and made the promises about gutter protection & reimbursement. A different AHC employee came by the house and told my wife that she had spoken to me in the morning, she didn't know I was home at the time, and claimed I had agreed to leave the insurance check for AHC. When I came downstairs she quickly changed her story and said someone else, she didn't know who, had spoken with me about the payment. I told her this was all a lie and the payment would only be given to the VP. When he came later I told him about these lies and he said he would have to talk to his employees about this deception and didn't know why they would say these things. What he really meant was: He tells all of his subordinates to say anything, even a ridiculous lie, so they can obtain the payment and "get out of Dodge" before the client has realized they have been cheated. Even a 17 year old boy can tell more intelligent, consistent lies than AHC. Given their deceitful ways I question the quality of their roof workmanship. Beware of this dishonest company and their underhanded ways of conducting business.

After a long on phone sales pitch for hail damage insurance roof repairs I thought I would see if it was a legit company by inviting them to indeed come to my house and tell me about my roof . Was I greeted by a roofer or construction expert ? No two salespeople came to my door and after a brief roof walkabout claimed I had intense hail damage and needed to file an insurance claim through them for immediate repairs . we have not had any hail storms in 11 or 12 years . I informed them of that . they insisted they could adjust the paperwork to get 90% covered through my insurance . Of course this is a dishonest approach and I recognized it as such immediately. I am well familiar with construction. yet they insisted on educating me through photos of apparent hail damage on my roof . I informed them that the damage they're pointing out was caused by a low hanging branch which was trimmed last year . I sent them on their way without providing my insurance policy deductible information that they pushed for . It was quite entertaining and quite a bit annoying . If Ace Home Construction in Wheeling is a legit construction company then I would suggest they change their sales tactics .

This lady came to my house and tried to tell my aunt that we need new siding and other repairs. She was able to determine this after glancing at my house for a second. Ok sure. My aunt tells this AHC employee woman that she isnt the homeowner and that she should come back when the homeowner returns. The AHC employee insinuated that my aunt was being dishonest about not being the homeowner. After the employee repeated "are you sure you're not the homeowner?" several times, she finally left. (After accusing a potential client of lying)

In conclusion:

This company will send a dishonest salesperson to your house in an attempt to sell unnecessary repairs (which totally doesn't seem like a scam at all...). When you tell them "no" they will accuse you of lying and keep trying. Keep up the good work AHC!
