I initially called looking for quotes and to get an inspection of my 25 year old roof. The rep John came out gave a full comprehensive review of the roof along with drone photos. After checking the shingles he showed I had several loose and cracked shingles and suggested a replacement rather then spraying the roof. His quote was by far the fairest I had received and I went with their company. The job was completed in a day and a half due to rain. The workers were polite and made sure to clean up everyday after leaving. I am satisfied with the customer service and the detail I was give during what can usually be a pain full process. I would recommend for your fur.tire roofing needs rather its spraying to preserve and extend the life of your current roof or replacing and installing a new roof.

This is one of the best companies I found that is for the people. Every other company only tried to sell me a new roof instead of taking the time to see what really needs to be done. Gonano ensured us that we didn’t need to replace the roof, but use the company method because our roof only had minimal repairs needed. I will be using this Gonano for my other needs because they assist with saving money. They also will not sell something that doesn’t need to be sold

Finished very quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and we're extremely polite. Only issue I had was that I was not informed they would be there when they were, making it impossible to get my bird out beforehand to prevent unnecessary stress to her.

Very pleasant experience work was done when they said they would be there. Two days after I told them I had a bank loan they did the job. They did it in one day and cleaned up afterwards. Took a magnet around the house to get any nails that fell. Very nice people to work with.

Replacing our roof was not on the radar for us this year. We had some storm damage and leaks and it was time. We met with a lot of companies and individuals who do roofing. The range of prices was very concerning as it was obvious some were just taking advantage of this not being an insurance job. When I met with Dave from Barwood Services he was professional and honest. He answered all my questions and did not pressure me at all. I had an immediate calm from what had been a very stressful few weeks dealing with the decision. His crew was incredible excellent communication and very professional from start to finish. They cleaned up so well you would never know they were even there. I got a call afterwards to ensure I was satisfied and to ensure nothing else was needed from them. Pricing was fair and honest and I could not recommend them more. In a world where it is so hard to find honest hard workers this was a breath of fresh air for me. Fantastic!!!!

Thankful they didn't reschedule due to the pouring rain this morning. Both gentlemen were very professional and courteous. They had to do more work than originally planned and without hesitation. I did extensive research of three different company brands and the products each use, and concluded the absolute best choice was Detroit GoNano and their nano-particle products. I even considered the company with letters RfMx twice for my home in Macomb Township, but have now had Detroit GoNano service three roofs for me - my home and now two commercial buildings in Roseville. I thoroughly researched alternatives and competitors like Roof Max, but their products only made roofing materials more flexible...they do not make the roof more resistant to water.

After all my research, Detroit GoNano is now my GoTo company for all my roofing needs. Their products, services, and prices are spot on. They applied their Shingle Saver to my large Macomb Township home's roof in late October and it's performed exactly as advertised... water just beads and rolls off...no penetration.

From start to finish everyone was very nice and polite. Representative Ryan was very very nice exceptionally! The workers also were nice and polite. I appreciate people that come out and treat you like your human being. There was some issues with the contract but we got those straightened out as well. The only thing I didn't like was they were supposed to fix a small hanging gutter on the house they attached it but it wasn't fixed it. That's a small thing that I will take care of. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!

Roofer company was very much dishonest...to increase quote after starting the job stated: two layers of shingles to be removed.. But didn't realize previous owner lived next door. The employee hit my parked car with his bobcat. Pulled off until the neighbors confront him. Company owner did pay for repairs and car rental . Karma. You can't cheap people and expect to be blessed. Still waiting for my receipt or proof of purchase Update 6/5/24. You are definitely the company...john stop it . I forgiven your company.

First off, I'm terrible at leaving reviews! I had a side door replaced and they did an excellent job. My old door was very draft. They made sure that the new one was draft proof. Not only were they amazing with their install but they were very clean. They made sure not to leave a mess in or outside of the work site. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I have a second door being replaced after the new year. Also, they were very fast at getting the door I chose and installed the next day, this was a plus!!!
