Jeep broke down on a Sunday traveling 95.
Walmart found the problem however we decide to go to Jeep but they were closed. The dealer had no key drop.
So we had to leave Jeep at street and find lodging.
Found out Monday they can’t get a part for a few 3 weeks but called NAPA and they had the part in stock but Santee refused to get the part and get me back in the road. They can’t use non Jeep parts. Are you kidding me? I ended up having to ask Ken at Walker Tire to pick up Jeep and it was repaired in an hour!!!!!
Walmart tried to help.The folks were helpful. However, Sante Jeep was useless! and Ken at Walker Tire delivered on Customer Service!!!! No reason to go to Sante Jeep.

The service department called me to say they were ahead of schedule and I could come in earlier for the oil-change on my Kia. When I arrived, I was greeted politely. The process was explained clearly, I enjoyed the clean waiting room (with snacks!), and the car's service was completed quickly. Great job, Santee!

Took my Chrysler in today for oil change. Time to do oil change was reasonable. I had a Chrysler contract for oil change. I already knew this dealership charges a ten dollar fee to honor the contract, which is a rip off. The other closest dealer doesn't do full synthetic oil so it was cheaper to pay the fee then to drive a longer distance for service. When the service was complete today and I paid for the extra quart of oil that my car needed and the ten dollar fee they charge, I knew it seemed a little higher than before but I thought the price of oil had increased. I didn't look close at the paperwork until I went to my car. The increase in price was due to a $1.99 doc fee that was added to my bill. I went back in and talked to the service advisor and he said it was a new fee added to cover the cost of preparing the paperwork for my service. That is insane. I will not go back there for any service and I would never consider buying a new car from that dealership.The dealership should have made me aware of this fee before servicing my car. There is not any signs posted concerning this fee. Just a big RIPOFF.

I came to Santee desperate to get home. I was on vacation and driving back home. Hundreds of miles from home, my Jeep died on the side of 95. After 11 hours and two tow trucks later, I arrived at Santee Jeep at 6:30 in the morning to closed gates. I waited there until they opened at 8AM. While they had a full docket of repairs to do that day, they did everything they could to diagnose and fix my jeep to get me, my family and my dog back on the road to get home. They accommodated me and allowed me to wait in the building with my large dog for the entire service. After finally figuring out what the issue was, they called in a favor to another Jeep dealership to get the part I needed that they did not have on site. After the repair, Randy my mechanic, tested the truck to ensure that it would not happen again on my ride home. Lynsey and Mallory were fantastic in the office and Larry took care of me and kept me in the loop throughout the day. I cannot say how appreciative I am of their kindness and how much they went out of their way to get me home. Thank you!

I would recommend all my friends and business partners if they needed a car this would be the best place to go and not only do they have the best quality cars they also know how to deal with customers and if a problem you could best assure they will handle the problem nomatter what it is.

Very good place. Quality work, on time and quickly done. Only issue is sometimes the phone isn’t answered but I over look this due to I know it is for they are working. Leave a message and they will get back to you.

I took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport there to get my front brakes repaired. They ended up repairing both the brakes not just the right side that had gone bad. They charged me less than what the quoted me which was nice. I highly recommend getting the extended warranty. Everyone who assisted me was kind and helpful.

I take my wife's car to get oil changes here always. The service department has been very helpful and professional as long as I've been there

I have nothing but positive words and praise for this car dealer and their service department. I purchased a pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500 in mid-December and my salesman was 'Scooter'. He was extremely helpful, always available, and ready to answer any question I had. I also had a vehicle to trade and got a very fair trade value on the purchase transaction! My husband just bought a RAM truck with the Tecstar package from this dealership. They are awesome, honest, and straight up friendly. It was a pleasure to work with them from sales, to finance, to service! Every department at this dealership is professional and wonderful to deal with.

Worse place I 'be ever done business with they do bad business tell you a price an adds an extra bout 7 thousand to my financing then what they told me then add 5 thousand dollars worth of there warranty and gap without asking an letting me know the prices a bunch of crooks Be careful if you go there

Having a problem now. Took my Dodge Journey in 2 weeks ago for a throttle problem. They had it for 2 weeks waiting for parts. I picked it up yesterday and today it is doing exactly the same thing I took it in for 2 weeks ago so it is back at the dealership and we are again without a car. Thinking again of going car shopping somewhere else.
