I reached out to Sani in hopes that he could help me with a problem that was developing on the small roof top section over the entrance to my house. We had a collection of debris that was collecting at the bottom of a gutter leading to the roof area I was concerned about.

Sani took the time to review our problem, discuss options and explain each option in detail.

Once we agreed on an approach, Sani and his team quickly went to work leaving behind a beautiful looking roof top, with a better alternative for the debris problem we were experiencing.

Sani and his team took the extra effort to clear out all my gutters, as well.

And, during setup for work and tear down when complete, it was very obvious that Sani and team took great care for the surroundings around where they worked. Making sure no trash, debris or work items (nails and such) were left behind...leaving a picture worthy finish.

Sani and the crew were fast working! Most importantly they did quality work by addressing issues other roofing companies downplayed. With a failing roof that was improperly vented the past few years have been rough on the plywood under the shingles. I expected to replace most but every roofing company was pressuring me to keep them to save time and costs. These were sagging and potentially dangerous sheets that could injure someone. After Sani's crew cleared all the old shingles he pointed out that my fears were correct and advised a complete redo of the sheeting on majority of the roof.

I thought I share my experience if you are thinking of a new roof. Sani was recommended to us by a person who painted our house.
Sani put our mind at ease by explaining the difference between roofing materials and recommended the best option for us. As far as the "pricing" I can tell you that Sani will work with you according to your budget. His crew were courteous and very efficient finishing our roof in 3 days.
