Some crews are not giving the proper safety equipment or water.

Like I said in my previous review. You’re just an employee and replaceable. I understand the job can be stressful however it does not give a supervisor the right be talk down on their workers. This company will invest in individuals and replace them without a hesitation.
Some crews are not giving the proper safety equipment or water.
