*BAD CONTRACTOR ALERT*
My aunt hired Genaro to replace the roof and siding for our Redford house.
1. The owner said he can and agreed to pull the permit, but later keeps foolish us around, and never really get it pulled. (Doesn't look like he has the capability to pull it.)
2. The works took more than half year (Yes, Half Year!), but never get done. The owner just keeps lying and lying to my aunt. They pulled parts of the roof off and left it fully exposed just wood! (No shingles!)
3. His workers even bent/damaged the roof overhangs. (Most of the time, the owner is not on site to supervise his workers.) Both of the overhangs are bent really hard and sagging. I communicated this with Genaro, he just blocked me out!
4. And poor quality works by his workers. We now have to spent around another $8,000 to hire another roof team to get all these corrected.
5. And all roof work warranties he gave turn out to be a joke, since he can simply block you and walk away. His warranty does not mean anything.
Excellent, job at my home. Thank you Genaro, looking forward to you doing work inside of our home. My roof work looks good. More than pleased with the work.
