Sam is an amazing contractor! This is the second project that we used him on, and his attention to detail is truly "bar none". He spent a great deal of time researching and helping us implement extra "touches" in our kitchen that we would not have known about. When there was an issue or a question with any of the subs, he was always super fast at taking care of any issue, question or problem that arose. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and how awesome Sam was to work with!

Sam is fabulous, his work ethic and ability to run a smooth construction project is undeniably perfect. He was able to create a wonderful living space for me in my new condo. A wall was taken down and an open view was created to make a fantastic scene from the front door through to the dining and kitchen area..... exceptional design. Sam built an oversized shower that is just what i wanted....very relaxing, spa like.
