I had a disappointing experience with this company for gutter repairs. They sent only one technician to work on my three-story home, which seemed insufficient for the job. After two failed attempts to seal the corners, it was clear their work was subpar. While I eventually received a partial refund, I had to hire another company to fix the issues. The new contractor discovered large amounts of poorly applied caulking that didn’t adhere to the gutters at all. The poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail were unacceptable. This company is overpriced, and the quality of their service does not match the cost. I do not recommend them.

Jose came out to give an estimate but identified the problem and fixed it on the spot, I am very appreciative! Would recommend to others!

The guys that installed my patio roof gutters texted 15 minutes prior to arrival as I had requested. They were polite, explained what they were planning on doing, showed me the final results and cleaned up after themselves. Price was good and they did a great job on installation. They even added little pieces of flashing where the house needed it at no charge. It took a while to get an appointment but that would be expected since it’s a good deal

I have used them in the past on several other jobs they always do good honest work for an honest price . Called for an estimate they were out within a couple of days installed then within 2 weeks after that. Great job courteous people will definitely use them again.

We had a small gutter repair job and were disappointed with the quote from our roof maintenance company. Oregon Gutter responded quickly and courteously with a much lower quote. Always wary of low quotes, I was happily surprised when I didn’t have to deal with an inflated invoice after the job was completed. In fact, they further reduced the price since they were able to use my original elbow sections that were’t damaged.

After receiving a quote from Leaf Filters, I decided to try my luck with someone local. Salem Oregon Gutter Service came out two days after requesting a quote and was a significantly lowered price than other competitors. After choosing which level of service I wanted, they scheduled the service within a few days. The crew that came out, notified me in advance on when they would be arriving and how long they would work each day. The first day they removed all my old gutters, down spouts, and removed moss from my roof, cleaned up and left. On the second day, they replaced my damaged Facia, installed all new gutters, gutter guards and down spouts. On the third day, they treated my roof, did a complete overall check and cleaned up any left over messes. They provided a detailed description of the work performed and provided contact info if anything did not satisfy my liking.

Salem Gutter Service went above and beyond all our expectations! We got a quote within a couple days of calling and the installation crew started a few days later. The quote was thousands below any others we received, for more product and complete service. The installation crew was knowledgeable and friendly, worked fast, communicated well, and cleaned up thoroughly after each work day. We had all gutters and downspouts replaced, EcoPro gutter protectors added, and multiple corners of damaged fascia repaired - all the work is of the highest quality. The crew even helped us add a roof treatment while they were up on their ladders. Highly recommend!

Had to take leave from work for the second half of the day for an appointment from 12pm-3pm that they text confirmed after I called them. They then called and cancelled at 2:30pm with no offer of compensation for the work I left for their service. Do not waste your time with a company that can't even schedule quotes properly. They called to reset an appointment for 3 days later. If they actually show up there will be an edit.

I have used Oregon gutter service for many years, and they never fail to perform. The timing and the workman for my particular project turned out amazing. Will definitely call them the next project.

Even with some staff issues and rescheduling, the crew showed up with notice, day expected, and had excellent service. Aligned a gutter, removed a rain barrel, and installed guards on downspouts. Knocked it out and did a great job. Highly recommend and will use again.

I was looking to have 30 feet of Gutters to be installed on my patio cover. They had a minimum for installation, and it was not worth their time.

Called for replacement of a gutter damaged by snow and ice. It was fixed far faster than expected and the job was done very well.

I called to schedule an estimate and had one on the books for later in October. Apparently it is their practice to have someone review requests for estimates and in the process someone called to ask me some questions about my repair needs. After some discussion he said, okay I will have an estimate sent to you for your signature and then we will get you on the books for the repair as soon as it is signed. I have to be honest, they were so quick and efficient it all happened so comprehensively and with so little effort on my part, I can't even give a perfect timeline. I have NEVER had any home repair, contract work, or even an estimate go as smoothly or as quickly. I realized this morning that the original date for an estimate can be deleted from my calendar because the whole job is already done! It looks great and I am so relieved it is finally repaired and it didn't cost a fortune! Thank you Oregon Gutter Service!!

Unfortunately the crew was unable to show up the day scheduled but got a call explaining issue and rescheduled. The crew showed up and did a great professional job. I had got three estimates and this was the lowest and turned out great at a good cost.

We needed a new gutter on our barn. The gave us a quote, then revised it based on new information. They were courteous and prompt and did exactly what they said they would. We would use them again.

On July 15, Salem Oregon Gutter Service replaced an old, cheap and damaged gutter on a large shop building with a completely new, larger gutter and downspout. The three workers were knowledgeable, personable, and knew how to work together to complete the job as efficiently as possible, and explained to me what they were doing at each step. They cleaned up lots of tree debris that had collected in the old gutter that fell out when it was taken down, as well as all the old gutter pieces. The fascia board on the shop was only 1" thick, so they marked it where the rafter tails connected so they could fasten the gutters at the rafters, making for a stronger attachment. I was totally pleased with their work. Also, their price was lower than another bid, and they came out to do the work within a couple of weeks. Next time I need gutter work, I'll call them again.

SOGS removed the old gutters and replaced them with new and so far I'm very happy with them. They were prompt, professional and affordable. I'm eagerly anticipating the next rain so I can see them in action. One very minor issue is that I found 3 large nails from the old gutters laying around the house and one of the downspouts either came disconnected or they just overlooked it and forgot to reconnect it. I'm sort of handy with tools so I will reconnect it myself but I'm sure they'd send someone back out if I asked.

Great service and a job well done. I am a DIYer and an auditor, so I like to stay on budget. Having that said, if you want to install gutters yourself, you might save a few dollars (literally) and spend days of work installing them yourself. Or just have Salem Oregon Gutter Service install them, save you a lot of time, headaches, and money. The prices were extremely reasonable, they were prompted to respond to everything, provided a detailed itemized quote, and from start to finish within a few hours. Highly recommended

I had trouble with the orignial down sprout that was put in where the water to come out the bottom was completely closed. I phoned Oregon Gutter Service and they sent Jose and he was extremely professional and fixed the down sprout for no cost since it was an easy fix. He fixed it within 5 minutes and he was done. I appreciate this company and will call on them the next time I need gutters cleaned or if any other work that needs done on our gutters they will be the company I call. Thank You Oregon Gutter. I give them 5 stars and I wish I could them 10.

Customer service there is none poor installation they just slap the gutters on and have no pitch to them water wont drain down the spouts gutter just hold water length of down spouts are short and not centered to the spout that connects to the streets wont come out and fix the problem even though they say they have a lifetime warranty do but give them your business look else where for the right work

Other gutter company said no way possible to repair existing gutters. MUST get new setup for $1000. Happy to help this single unexperienced woman fix me right up.
2nd quote Salem Gutter Service. Luke, looked around, said gutters not as bad as first look. He told me he could use the perfectly good existing gutters for $185.... shout out to MY NEW gutter company! Very very pleased.

Salem Oregon Gutter service was prompt, friendly and professional from the folks I spoke to on the phone, to the estimator and the installers. They cleaned out our gutters and added some gutter guards. It couldn't have been easier and we'll be calling them again for roof/gutter debris removal and moss prevention.
