My first contact with Salazar Roofing was with Eric Salazar. He actually came out to Clinton, from Yukon at least 3 different times to show my wife and I different options for roof replacement and to meet with the insurance adjuster. The last two times he had Jorge with him and between the two of them meeting with us and the adjuster our decision to use Salazar roofing was an easy one, they handled all the details for us and we felt like we were in excellent hands. Eric and Jorge sent an excellent crew out and they completed our entire roof in one day and when they left it was like they were never there and yet we had a brand new roof on our home. They even sent their quality control out several days later just to ensure that everything was buttoned up and, it was.

Salazar installed my last roof about 10 years ago, so when my parents roof started leaking they were the first company I called. I got estimates from other companies but they were substantially lower with their bid. Eric and Jorge helped me with the estimate, getting things scheduled, providing pictures and keeping me updated till the job was complete. When I need my next roof they are who I will call. The whole company is professional, friendly, and show attention to detail. The finished process is excellent, I highly recommend them.

When the wind storm came through in March
I reached out to a friend and they recommended Salazar. I placed a call to Eric, he and Jorge came out the next day to look at my roof, take pictures, and they even gave me a quote that same day. They work with me and my insurance company to be able to get the job done. I had a total roof replacement. Wow! Is all I can say. The quick and efficient work their crew performed was amazing. I called Jorge and explained that we had a leak from our chimney and we were expecting more rain and could he work us in? The very next day he sent a roofer and in a few hours had the leak fixed. That night we got a downpour and there was no more leak. Jorge was so helpful and kind. Salarzar Roofing is a very professional, and very good at their job! I highly recommend them!

My inspector, Jorge, called me the morning of my inspection, which was planned for 2 pm, and stated that he was available at 10ish am. I didn’t answer as I was in a meeting at work. I tried to call him back but was immediately sent to voicemail. Then Jorge no showed and I have had no communication from the company since then. Thanks for nothing, just the usual Oklahoma attitude.

We needed some repairs on our roof due to the recent high winds. Eric was easy to deal with and accommodating with schedule. He and Jorge came by on a Saturday morning and were equally professional in person. They were able to schedule and get the repairs done that afternoon. Thanks for your efficiency and timeliness.

When the wind storms came through the last couple of weeks I reached out to Salazar to come look at it. Immediately they called back and I had an appointment for the next day. Jorge and Eric came by, took pictures and sent a quote. I hired them and they came by the next day to do the first repair. A week later 3/19/25 the next wind storm came through and did more damage to the roof. Eric came back by, took more pictures and it was fixed by 3/21/25. This was my first run in with a high wind event that caused roof damage and Eric and Jorge with Salazar roofing went above and beyond to get my roof back in order. If you are looking to do roof repairs or replacement I 100% recommend them. They have earned my work from this day on. Thank you!

Salazar has been nothing but fantastic to work with. We had an issue with defective shingles, they did everything they could to make it right and finally worked with the manufacturer to replace the whole roof again. I've worked with many local roofing companies in residential and commercial applications, Salazar has always been the most reliable.

This is the second time we have used Salazar Roofing in 10 years, each time we have worked with Michael Salazar and the customer service has always been fantastic. Their roofing team showed up on time and cleaned everything up when they were done. They communicated with us at each step and once the roof was done, a manager came out to follow up with us. They are a local company and Michael always responded within 10 minutes of my reaching out, he explained the different Class 4 shingles and attic vents and helped us in choosing the right shingle that met our HOA requirements. We will only use Salazar Roofing for our future roofing needs and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Angel arranged a time convenient for us to come look at our roof needs and requests (complete roof replacement), provided answers to all our questions, provided within hours estimates, etc. No pressure place upon us. Special accommodation was provided for our use of our garage driveway because of a special needs person—at inconvenience, I’m sure, to the workers. I would not recommend Salazar. I called them to look at my roof and their rep Ed came out. He was nice but he would never call me back until I reached out to him several times. One he would call/ text me back then he would say he was going to check on something and get back with me. After 2 weeks of trying to get a response he finally texted back and said there was nothing they could do to help with my roof and recommended I go somewhere else. Did still leaking and no help in site!

UPDATE: There was apparently a major misunderstanding. Once Eric and Jorge became aware there was a problem, they stepped up, called me back and explained what had happened. They were both Great and I actually decided to get my whole roof replaced, rather than repaired. They are both very professional and knowlegable and were very concerned we had a problem. They are a Great company and team. I won't ever use anyone else. You can't find better people, or get a better roof. So, If you have an issue, don't forget, mistakes happen. They came out, and we signed a contract for repairs. They haven't come back and and won't even return my phone calls...

Eric, Jorge and their team were great to work with from start to finish. Our project had several challenges and they dealt with them professionally and efficiently. They kept us informed as to the progress, answered any and all questions and worked around our schedule as needed. I have used Salazar Roofing to replace my roof 2 times in the last 15 years. I only have praise for the company. I just had my roof replaced for the second time and had issues with the insurance company. The insurance company only wanted to replace 1/2 of my roof and repair the rest. After 9 months and the help of an attorney the insurance company paid for complete replacement. Jorge and Eric went above and beyond to help me with information, pictures and multiple trips to my home. They got estimates and pictures to prove my case for my attorney to confront the insurance company and ultimately prevail. I see the Christian sign on multiple businesses and cringe because I feel that is such a high bar to reach. I really feel that Salazar Roofing represents Christ well in the way they treat people and conduct their business.

I was referred to Salazar by a friend that was aware of our roof damage and I contacted Eric by phone to have him come by and assess our damage. He came by the next day and I was so impressed with his knowledge and courtesy that I told him to contact my adjuster and get started. That was one of the wisest decisions I’ve ever made. He scheduled me and I received a call the day before the repair crew arrived. The next morning I was greeted by 16 of the most amazing professional people I’ve ever seen. Each one knowing and performing his specific duty, the roof was removed in a couple of hours and new deck and shingles were installed completely by early afternoon. Eric and Jorge led this group of men in the most efficient and complete way removing all materials and leaving a very clean and beautiful premises. What an enjoyable experience.

Eric and his company were great to work with. They worked with us and our insurance company to replace the whole roof due to hail damage. They were very responsive with any questions we had. For a followup issue, they dealt with it quickly. I will use this company again for any roofing needs.

Our roof, windows, gutters, pergola and shed were damaged by hail in 2023. We contacted Salazar and several other companies for quotes. Salazar was the best quote we got so we chose them to complete the work. We are happy with the quality of work but what really stood out was the customer service. Eric and Jorge coordinated everything and were excellent at communicating with myself and my wife. They were there to answer questions and explain the process every step of the way. They also made sure the work was completed to our standards. 100 percent will do business with Salazar again and I would recommend them to others.

From start to finish Eric made the process of getting a new roof so easy for us! He was helpful, did all the leg work with our insurance company, and made it go very smooth. Salazar roofing was fast to responding to my urgent call of my roof needing to be repaired. I had a lot of wind damage that blow away a lot my singles off. I called and they immediately came the next day to look and give me a quote following day I had my roof brand new again. They were fast and very professional everything was cleaned up! I used the BBB to contact a few different A+ rated contractors and Salazar Roofing was one of them. David Valdez responded soon after and scheduled a time the following morning. He arrived on time and used a drone to inspect the roof so I got to see what he was looking at, and he explained to me everything he was viewing. He inspected all the vent pipe flashing and pipe gaskets. The great thing however is that he told me it's not quite ready for a full replacement and suggested I wait.
