Communication with Jorge was great from start to finish, we were told when things were going to be done and they were. Very impressed with the crew that worked on my home. The were very professional and respectful. With the way my roof replacement went, I would highly recommend Salazer.

I can’t get on top of that roof to show you what it looks like, but I can guarantee you. It looks damn good. My sales person was Nate, He was excellent to work with, everyone they sent to my home for repair and replacement has been professional and just great to work with. The whole process was easy for me because Salazar took care of the rest. It was important for me to choose a minority owned company And they’ve met all of my expectations.

Nate was great from start to finish! He was very patient and helped me through the whole process, from dealing with my insurance company until I finally received the checks needed to pay Salazar. My first contact with Salazar Roofing was with Eric Salazar. He actually came out to Clinton, from Yukon at least 3 different times to show my wife and I different options for roof replacement and to meet with the insurance adjuster. The last two times he had Jorge with him and between the two of them meeting with us and the adjuster our decision to use Salazar roofing was an easy one, they handled all the details for us and we felt like we were in excellent hands. Eric and Jorge sent an excellent crew out and they completed our entire roof in one day and when they left it was like they were never there and yet we had a brand new roof on our home. They even sent their quality control out several days later just to ensure that everything was buttoned up and, it was.
Bottom line is this, I will definitely recommend Salazar Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. My experience has been nothing but good. Their attention to detail is top notch and it shows!

Salazar installed my last roof about 10 years ago, so when my parents roof started leaking they were the first company I called. I got estimates from other companies but they were substantially lower with their bid. Eric and Jorge helped me with the estimate, getting things scheduled, providing pictures and keeping me updated till the job was complete. When I need my next roof they are who I will call. The whole company is professional, friendly, and show attention to detail. The finished process is excellent, I highly recommend them.

When the wind storm came through in March
I reached out to a friend and they recommended Salazar. I placed a call to Eric, he and Jorge came out the next day to look at my roof, take pictures, and they even gave me a quote that same day. They work with me and my insurance company to be able to get the job done. I had a total roof replacement. Wow! Is all I can say. The quick and efficient work their crew performed was amazing. I called Jorge and explained that we had a leak from our chimney and we were expecting more rain and could he work us in? The very next day he sent a roofer and in a few hours had the leak fixed. That night we got a downpour and there was no more leak. Jorge was so helpful and kind. Salarzar Roofing is a very professional, and very good at their job! I highly recommend them!

This company not only has great service but they CARE about their clients! I submitted a request online needing their services as there is a leak in my roof and they were the only company to get back to me. They messaged me day of and are coming in the next day to patch up the roof. Your time and work is much appreciated!!

My inspector, Jorge, called me the morning of my inspection, which was planned for 2 pm, and stated that he was available at 10ish am. I didn’t answer as I was in a meeting at work. I tried to call him back but was immediately sent to voicemail. Then Jorge no showed and I have had no communication from the company since then. Thanks for nothing, just the usual Oklahoma attitude.

We needed some repairs on our roof due to the recent high winds. Eric was easy to deal with and accommodating with schedule. He and Jorge came by on a Saturday morning and were equally professional in person. They were able to schedule and get the repairs done that afternoon. Thanks for your efficiency and timeliness.

When the wind storms came through the last couple of weeks I reached out to Salazar to come look at it. Immediately they called back and I had an appointment for the next day. Jorge and Eric came by, took pictures and sent a quote. I hired them and they came by the next day to do the first repair. A week later 3/19/25 the next wind storm came through and did more damage to the roof. Eric came back by, took more pictures and it was fixed by 3/21/25. This was my first run in with a high wind event that caused roof damage and Eric and Jorge with Salazar roofing went above and beyond to get my roof back in order. If you are looking to do roof repairs or replacement I 100% recommend them. They have earned my work from this day on. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time I have used Salazar roofing and it has been a great experience each time!
I worked with Jorge and Eric this time, from start to finish I was walked through the entire process, meeting with Jorge to get my expectations, given continuous updates, constant open communication, he stopped by daily to check on progress and even helped me work through some challenging insurance issues. The work was completed on schedule as promised, the guys staid late each night to ensure the area was cleaned up, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product!

Salazar has been nothing but fantastic to work with. We had an issue with defective shingles, they did everything they could to make it right and finally worked with the manufacturer to replace the whole roof again. I've worked with many local roofing companies in residential and commercial applications, Salazar has always been the most reliable.

This is the second time we have used Salazar Roofing in 10 years, each time we have worked with Michael Salazar and the customer service has always been fantastic. Their roofing team showed up on time and cleaned everything up when they were done. They communicated with us at each step and once the roof was done, a manager came out to follow up with us. They are a local company and Michael always responded within 10 minutes of my reaching out, he explained the different Class 4 shingles and attic vents and helped us in choosing the right shingle that met our HOA requirements. We will only use Salazar Roofing for our future roofing needs and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
