I really appreciate the roof services from this company. Especially, Terry Chancey took care of my case with great patience and professional advices because there were some troubles related to the insurance claim and check issues. He is very responsive from the initial call to job completion. The quality of the repair work and the customer service were impressive.

If I ever need anything else from a roofing company, I will use Lakeside Roofing! Excellent service! Our roof was completed in one day! Terry Chancey is awesome to work with and very helpful when it comes to dealing with the insurance company! He was also very patient when it came down to waiting for the insurance check! Thank you, Terry, and Lakeside Roofing! A great experience!

We had our roof replaced in record time. Great crew they got all the scraps and swept for nail at least 5 times in each area. The sales rep Terry was honest and straight forward. No high pressure sales just honest talk.

I am very pleased with the service and project completed by Lakeside roofing. Terry Chancey has been helpful and was great at communication both on the phone and via text.
He even met with the insurance appraisal to get the best review due to his knowledge and experience.
They did a roof replacement and upgraded the shingles and Terry sent pictures and updates at every step. This was helpful as I am not in the area he truly went above and beyond.

I was so impressed with the services and communication that I hired them for additional work and would recommend their services.

I cannot express enough of my gratitude towards Lakeside Roofing. We had been strung along since April by another roofing company and grew tired of the excuses. Lakeside came out the same day we contacted them and by the end of 2 weeks our roof repair was complete and the new guttering looks amazing. They were great and I don’t often write reviews but I had to let you know they will take excellent care of you!

Lakeside Roofing was the right choice for my roof repair needs. Daniel was so helpful and responsive. Great prices with quality work. I for sure will be using them in the future and you should as well.

Side note will be using them this spring for my gutters

I reported them to the BBB for BAD service. It was BAD! They came and CAUSED another leak on the OTHER side of my home! I heard them walking over to that area and was asking why? Then they got mad that I just wanted my repair and not insurance and the guy got mad! Then they said I was NOT allowed to use another company. AND REFUSED to remove the sign they had

It was raining when I noticed water dripping down from the ceiling. A neighbor recommended Lakeside Roofing. I called them, they immediately came out. Nice young man named Daniel climbed on the roof and stopped the leak. We then discussed getting a new roof. Daniel help guide us through the insurance , was here when the adjuster came. Wonderful crew that put the roof on. Fast and skillful. Would definitely use them again.

I needed a small roof repair. Dawson from Lakeside called asking me what I needed for my repair. He said they would come out that afternoon. They showed up on time took look at the repair and fixed it immediately. I said what do I owe you and they not to worry this a service they offer. I was very impressed!!! . They were very professional and respectful. I would recommend their work and when I need a new roof they will be the first I call.

Lakeside roofing has been there best company i could have done business with. I bought a new house and needed to have my roof replaced. They were patient with me and helped me. They went above and beyond to assist me and also helped me with my insurance claim as well. It was a big protect but they were fast and did an excellent job. I recommend them over any other company!!

I couldn’t be happier with the excellent job from Lakeside Roofing. There are zero issues with my roof and I will never need another Roofing company they will always be my go to. Thank you Terry Chancey for seeing the job through from start to finish.

Got a new roof from Lakeside. They did a great job. Daniel took care of everything from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.

On the day the neighbors completed their new roof, a strong wind blew thousands of long, clear plastic strips into my yard. These plastic streamers, approximately three feet in length, infiltrated various areas of my property. They lodged in my air conditioning condenser, obstructing the coils and the fan motor.
I demonstrated to the foreman that approximately 360 degrees of my house required cleanup. However, only the rear portion was addressed. I contacted them the following day to request the pickup, but no one arrived. I called again and was informed that a supervisor would contact me, which never transpired. Approximately a week later, I finally spoke with Tim, who reassured me that the cleanup would be completed.
A worker did arrive and retrieved some of the streamers. I communicated with him through the doorbell camera and he assured me that all the streamers had been removed. Upon returning home, I inspected the work and discovered that this was a falsehood.
My resources revealed that the worker spent more time playing on his phone than he did picking up the debris he had neglected. Despite my explicit guidance and physical demonstration of the areas that needed attention, he failed to complete the task.
As a result, streamers remain in my trees, yard decorations, and now serve as a binding material for my mower, which had already damaged my air conditioning condenser.
I did not receive any roofing services from this company, and I would never recommend their roofing services to anyone.

Wow, where do I begin! Terry with Lakeside Roofing is the most tenacious and top-notch representative of this company. Your consistent performance in making my decision on the right company to provide me with a top quality roof made my experience amazing. He provided great information on the company and has exuded great admiration for the owners and the staff. The whole process of a total roof replacement from decking to the quality shingles went exactly as stated. This is a big Shout Out to the team at Lakeside Roofing and Construction. Thanks to Terry, this big decision on what company to go with on such a big component on a home was made with ease. Again, Great work!

They came out as soon as I called them and gave me a fair price for replacing my roof. They were very fast on getting to my job also. Dawson was exceptional. He stayed on site and kept me updated through the whole process. He made sure that everything was done right and I am so very pleased with their service and the roof.

I had a good experience! They replaced a whirlybird on my roof and made it look so much better than before. It was awkwardly tall before they made it look as it should. I wasn’t expecting them to go that far with the repair so it was a nice surprise. They also coordinated with an HVAC company to get our bathroom exhaust fans vented to code. I’d been trying to get someone to do that for months, but no takers until Lakeside helped us. Lastly, they took a busted wood burning stove pipe out of the roof and patched it up. They were very concerned that the shingles were not a perfect color match. I think they did a good job with the color match and I appreciated that concern. I understand how hard it is to match a discontinued color. We’ve done it with siding several times.

I know this was a small job and most roofers haven’t thought it worth their time. However it still needed to be done and Lakeside came through. Their crew stopped by after another job and worked until dusk. I am happy to recommend them. I’ll be keeping them in mind for any future roof replacements or repairs.

Blake Wells is absolutely amazing at his job!! I recommend him to all my family and friends!! Just love him the best hands down!!

Lakeside replaced the roof on our home in 2021. We had such a headache with our insurance company but Jimmy and his crew did a great job. He even came out personally this past fall to fix a problem with a vent pipe in my attic.

Loren, Jimmy and everyone at Lakeside Roofing did amazing work on my home. My gutters, front porch & patio have withstood the harsh Oklahoma weather so far and will for years to come. I feel comfortable going to them if I ever have any issue. I'm confident it would be handled in a timely manner and he would make it right. No problems or issues here tho!! I had some some shingle damage from high winds a few days ago. I got in contact with Lakeside and they responded to my home withing an hour. Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. The damaged was fixed within three hours with a great pricing rate. I would highly recommend Lakeside for any roofing repair.

Super quick, professional, and affordable. We discovered a hole in a roof right before a winter storm and I panicked because I wasn’t sure if anyone could come out short notice. I got a call back within minutes and Michael came out. He was professional, had a great attitude and got our roof repaired. Wonderful team of roofers! We love our new roof. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Very professional cleaned up afterwards and amazingly fast. I figured this would take a week and they did it in 2 and a half days. Simply amazing. I recommend 10 out of 10!!

Daniel SEIBERT offered great customer service and did a fantastic job with my 95 year old mother-in-law’s house.. they replaced the roof & gutters as well as some damage inside of her home. Lakeside roofing and construction is a great company located in Mustang Oklahoma. I highly recommend them. Always answered the phone ! A big plus in this day & time!!

Jimmy and the guys have done roofing at 2 of my houses. I couldn't be happier with them. They are always courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job on my roof. Problem is they are supposed to also do some siding and gutters. I guess they decided they don't do that stuff anymore, because they won't return any of our calls. Not sure what direction to go next, but I would not recommend.

We use lakeside roofing when we had hail damage and they had to completely tear down the roof on the house and the building in the back. The minute Daniel walked through the door, I could tell that he was a sincere, honest man. We chose to use the company because of him. And we did not regret it by any means. He stayed in touch with us. They came quickly put on the roof a week later. Had both roofs tore down and put back up in one day. We were very impressed. Those guys worked so hard and they left our yard in excellent condition. I will highly recommend them as I have already to a family member, Make no mistakes and go with lakeside roofing
