The dreaded windstorm on March 14th, 2025, caused our shingles to tear from the house. It was truly a mess, shingles everywhere. The issue was way beyond my scope, and I knew we needed a professional to come to our aid. I Googled roofers near me and to my surprise, there were a few. Getting someone local is very important. Teams from other states might do a good job initially, but you can’t always get ahold of them in the future should small issues occur. I called Chazown and talked to Paul. It was late on a Friday evening, and he said that he could stop by as early as 8 the next morning. I was impressed that he would be able to stop so soon. When Paul got out of the truck, I felt like a small man. Being 6 foot 2 inches, and around 200 pounds, I wasn’t used to that feeling, but this guy looked like Reacher off the TV show. Yeah, I think I said sir a few times. He was apologetic about the time, even though I was ecstatic to have him willing to stop prior to the other work he had going on this busy storm season. He immediately put me at ease and said that his team could get the job done for what the insurance company would pay. That was a relief, because by the look of the damage to my home, it looked as if I’d be eating peanut butter sandwiches for the next few months.
Listen, I’ve had the roof replaced on this house two times since we’ve lived here (30+ years) and just know how horrible it is working with roofers. They’re inconsiderate, undependable, leave a huge mess, and just don’t respect your property. Hold on, this company restored my faith in the profession. They got all the work done in just two days and didn’t damage a single thing. In fact, Paul and his team went way beyond what was needed and addressed some other issues with my house.

Just moved in from out of state and bought a house they re-roofed about two years ago. I had a question and didn't know what to expect. To my surprise they came right on over, went up on the roof and addressed any questions I had with no cost to me. The roof is in excellent condition per inspection results. My hearing impairment is getting worse so I did not hear his crew knocking on my door to see if it was ok to put their supplies & truck in my driveway?
I went to leave for work & of course the truck was blocking my leaving. I was embarrassed when they politely explained they knocked a few times trying to get my attention. They were so nice & moved their truck right away. No rudeness whatsoever.

In a world where customer service is clearly lacking we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service we received with Chazown Roofing and Construction LLC.
Mr. Hillian came to our home the same day we called and inspected our roof. He was friendly and his quote was competitive.

(We had contacted several roofers for an inspection and quote, by the time we spoke to Mr. Hillian we were exhausted with the constant runaround or no shows.)

We were working with our mortgage company on a refinance and had several guidelines and time constraints. Mr. Hillian's team came out the same week and put our new roof on. I might add that it was near freezing and windy the morning they started. The men worked hard and completed the work the same day. They did a great job cleaning up the mess and did their best to avoid our flowers. We had a few minor issues that needed attention and they were immediately and promptly addressed. He also kindly waited for payment until the loan closed. We could not have been happier with the amazing customer service and fine job they did on the roof. In April 2023, I had damage to my house and unattached garage from a wind storm. I began calling roofers on Friday evening as rain was predicted on Sunday. I contacted Paul with Chazown Roofing. He was able to have my roof repaired Saturday afternoon before the rain. Then in May 2023, we had a hail storm. I called Paul. He inspected the roof and assisted me in working with my Insurance company on replacing the roof and gutters. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His guys put on a beautiful massive roof, in and out in two days. They even went as far as painting the vent hoods and boots to match the roof! Chaz took the turn from Classen on to NW Expressway super wide and caused me to lay on the horn and hit the curb as he came into my lane. I would expect a roofer to be more observant. The light at Classen and Expressway has two turning lanes, you can't just decide to switch lanes mid turn even with a roofers license. As Chaz continued NW on NW Expressway he changed lanes erratically without use of a turn signal. I give Chaz 1 star for his failed attempt at life and blatant disregard of traffic laws. Don't use Chaz he is a real Richard.

They picked out some beautiful multicolored architectural shingles that look amazing with the color of my brick home (the photos do not due it justice) and my new fence is sturdier than ever with metal poles rather than the wood posts I had before. I would recommend these guys to my family, friends, coworkers or anyone else needing a new roof or other construction related repairs.

Chazown roofing and construction is the best roofing company around hands down. They did a great job on my roof and they made sure to replace OSB decking that got overlooked by insurance and other roofing companies.
