Jay Reeves Roofing was quick to respond when we had roof damage from the recent wind storm. His crew got right on the job and completed it quickly and at a fair price. A day after the repair we had another major wind storm which did a little damage. He sent out another crew and did the repair at no additional charge. Great and very timely service! I will use them again if the need arises.

I was in need of some roof repair and had contacted Mr. Reeves to come conduct an assessment. He told me exactly what he thought would be needed and provided me with a quote the same day. When we were ready to get the work completed, he got us scheduled quickly for the repair. The day of the repair...both he and his team had shown up to review what needed to be done. They did a fantastic job of getting the repairs completed and were very efficient! That damage was to replace roof and carport, south-side vinyl siding, window screens and two exterior doors also rain gutters and replaced my shed. He worked directly with my insurance. I only had a couple of small repairs: a couple of missing shingles, a minor leak. I was pleased that Jay was willing to take on my small job. I also asked him to look at some other potential problems. He found that the builder missed sealing the water heater vent! Indeed I did have some leakage in the water heater closet that I hadn't noticed. He also replaced a builder grade plastic panel with an aluminum sheet--as it should have been done originally. Jay is pleasant, informative, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I did not seek other estimates so I cannot speak to his price as compared to others but it seemed reasonable, and I am quite pleased with what I received in return. I definitely recommend Jay Reeves Roofing.

Jay did an awesome job replacing the shingles on my house. He worked with me to design & build a better roof for my patio that fit my budget.
He also got us the color we wanted After they were finished I was very satisfied with their work, but Jay wasn't. He came back and put a finishing touch on the patio. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him highly to all my friends & family.

I called Jay after a hail storm a few weeks ago. He quickly inspected my roof and told me it needed to be replaced. He was present when the insurance adjuster was there and when the adjuster missed the damage to a section of my gutters, he called my insurance company, sent pictures, etc. His company did a great job replacing my roof.

I called Jay about multiple leaks. He promptly responded and set up an on-site inspection. He advised me of the recommended repairs and scheduled the work to be completed promptly. They showed up on time and completed the work in a day. I had three skylights resealed and an exhaust vent replaced. There has only been one rain since the repair and none of the locations showed signs of leaking. I will definitely use them again if I have any further issues

Had a leak in my roof coming from my stove hood vent and Jay Reeves was the only roofing company that would come out to give a estimates the day that I called! They were out the next day or two and took care of the leak and showed me the progress along the way. I will definitely use them again if I encounter any more problems!

Jay is a solid, reliable, and responsive contractor. He has done three jobs for us in the recent past. Reeves just recently completed a total roof tear-off and replacement on our home, using GAF's Class 4 impact resistant roofing system, which will qualify us for a significant insurance discount. He also upgraded the underlayment, installed extra ice dam protection on all perimeters, and replaced all the gutters and downspouts. All this was completed in two days with very little disruption to our daily routine, and when they finished, the final cleanup was excellent. I can and do heartily recommend his roofing company for all types of roof work from leak repairs to complete roof replacement.

Had a leak couldn't seem to fix. Called Jay Reeves and they came out for an estimate, and hired them a week or two later. Job was done in two days, when it rained, they were prompt to put up a protective tarp and still finished it. Solid work, cleaned up after themselves, would recommend.

We called Jay when we discovered some water spots on the ceiling. He came by promptly after we called him (on a Saturday!) and diagnosed the problem - tree damage to some shingles. He temporarily sealed the area, gave us a reasonable estimate, and performed the work just a few days later. He was even able to match the previous shingles almost perfectly. We are happy with the repair and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

Had an emergency roof repair at 3:30am on a Saturday morning during a HUGE rain storm. Jimmy was extremely professional, answered the phone right away and was at our facility within an hour, despite the massive storm. He made all necessary repairs and was an excellent communicator as well. Will NEVER use anyone else for our roofing needs. Very, very impressed and happy all around!

Jay came to my house the same day as I called him. He did a quick repair because of pending rain storms. He came back the next day and did a complete repair. He is polite and competent, and certainly a person I can recommend for not only roof repair but for a completely new roof installation.

When my roof developed a leak, I contacted 3 roofing companies for estimates. Jay Roofing stopped by the same afternoon I called, evaluated the problem, explained what needed to be done to repair it, what it would cost, and said it could be completed in a few hours the same week. The other roofers tried to sell me on roof replacement, which would have been a very expensive fix. I'm happy with the results, didn't pay to much, and am thrilled that under normal conditions, I should get at least another 10-20 years on my roof!

Jay was very responsive and professional. He squeezed in a small roof leak repair on a Saturday morning so that the repair could be completed before a predicted rain storm. He also secured some sagging gutters and straightened out a section that had been damaged by a broken limb. The repairs haven’t been tested in a storm yet, but Jay provides a 1 year warranty on his work.

Very poor communication. I am moving to Japan for the military and selling my house. The skylight on my house was totally destroyed so I needed a replacement quick. I decided to go with this company. I had to call them back three times to see if they could come take measurements at my house. When they did come. I had to call them back twice to see if they could replace it. They quoted me $900 for a lens replacement. After doing research I found out that the price they quoted me was almost as much as a full skylight replacement and install. When I questioned them about the price, they canceled my appointment without explanation. Poor business model.

Called him on a Tuesday. He picked right up and came out to estimate on that day. He scheduled repair for 2 days later (pretty damn good with all the hail the last couple of weeks)

He fixed it up nice and at a good price, all Thursday afternoon. Quick, reliable, professional. I'll be recommending to anyone that needs roof work.

Jay Reeves has handled all of our roofing needs for the last 13 years. Our first call to him was an emergency due to a massive leak in a valley of the roof that no one seemed to be able to repair, and he took care of it. Since then he's handled storm damage, put on a full roof and no matter how large or small the job he has taken care of us. He's prompt and professional. We wouldn't think of using any other roofer.

I had a flat roof start leaking several months ago, called out a larger roofing company, and they charged me $500 to patch the roof. But the next rain proved they didn't fix the actual problem. Called Jay, who came out to inspect the next day. After inspecting, Jay said he saw the hole causing the problem (aka what the previous company missed) and he could fix it with just a little sealant for $200 and a 5-star review. I don't just give out 5-star reviews because people ask, but I will gladly give them when deserved. Jay deserves it. He was back out the next day with sealant, was done in about 30min, and we have had two strong rains since then, neither of which showed any leaking. Jay was quick, courteous, effective, and less than half the price for a better job than a reputable large company. Without question, if you have a roof that needs attention, CALL JAY!
