Brandon was awesome to work with. His guys got the roof on quick and they did a great job. The price was very reasonable and most importantly, they were honest.

These guys were wonderful (and I sure don’t say that about everybody ). First, the bid was reasonable to start with, and we needed some extra things and they worked with me and got the job in my price range. Then they showed up exactly on time with a full crew and went right to work, and worked hard all day. There was a small hiccup and they handled it; no problem. They had my garage done and the place all cleaned up in one day- that’s what can happen when you get a full crew that knows what they are doing.
I could not be happier. Nice people, considerate, and all hard workers - no standing around smoking and drinking coffee - these guys came to get the job done !

Melvin and his crew stripped my roof down to the wood and installed new shingles in a day. They used high quality materials and everything looks great. I got my roof completely replaced in a day and it looks amazing now much better than my old roof. What a great experience we had with Salazar Construction! They put our roof on in three days, showed up when they said would and cleaned up our yard after each day. We were extremely pleased with the end result and with the reasonableness of the final bill. Several of our neighbors were so impressed that they will probably seek this company out for their roofing projects.

So we needed a new roof in order for our solar panels to be added to the house. Salazar construction was used and everything seemed to be going smoothly. The owner was great for the one and only time we conversed with him..... entire job he was absent. His crew was small and from the impression I got all related or close friends to the family....I am purely speculating about this however. They worked daily untill it was done. The last few days however were where my questions started and anger was felt. Second day till the end of the job I opened my garage door and caught the older Hispanic man they called an uncle was bent over between our pickup and the tear off trailer of theirs backed in our driveway, he quickly stood up and booted something under our truck next to their trailer. I shrugged it off until the day after they took their trailer, I found the drivers side mirror from the truck broken under the truck!! He broke it with his butt and seeing the garage door opening he decided to quickly hide the evidence.....a little funny I admit but geeze man.......say something to us or relay the message somehow. Fast forward a year to currently...12/12/2023 ...... Roof is now starting to leak decently through the nail holes and or cap of garage and I have not been able to reach the business owner..... still even in business or not? If anyone sees them please let me know!! So you can take my experience as you will but I'm p"&sed!!

We were very impressed with Salazar Construction! They did an amazing job, used quality products and were extremely efficient! They were also there when they said they would be there to get the job done, which we have found is not common with all subs during a home build. We would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you!

Found Salazar Construction while they were replacing a neighbors roof, Melvin stopped by and within 2 days had a detailed quote for a new roof. He then made a visit so I could choose the product from samples he had. His crew showed when he said they would and worked relentlessly on my roof until it was done. The crew was courteous and respectful of my home. The experience the crew had was obvious from watching them work. They guys added a some extra touches to make sure my roof stood out. Had a great experience with Salazar Roofing. We got damage from the August 22 hail storm and we had our insurance company come inspect first to validate damages then contacted our sales rep Brandon who was fantastic to work with. He handled the communication with our Insurance company and the work was professional and done efficiently and effectively. I would refer them to anyone looking for roofing assistance

We were very pleased with the quality of work performed, the customer service was great outstanding and very pleased in smooth the process start to finish .

I called to make an appointment. The guy initially showed up a day late then I was told. After that I never heard from from the company again. I followed up twice and was told I would receive a call back with my quote and I never did. I would never recommend them if you are actually trying to have things get done. Very disappointing.

I needed a total new roof. It had to be be removed and replaced with new GAF Weatherwood shingles. They brought in 7 men and worked diligently being careful of the plants and bushes. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They enjoyed working together and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier.

Eddie at Salazar construction was excellent to work with. They did my roof in June 2021 when the temperatures where over 100 degrees unusually high in our area. They never complained about the heat and did a superb job. I would recommend them to anybody looking to to roof there home.

Salazar was on my list of contractors to call for estimates on roof repair from the storm we had about a month or so ago. I was very happy with their response, being on time and their professionalism. They were very pleasant to work with, and they cleaned up everything and even more than expected after doing the job. Even though the weather was beginning to be very touch and go, they managed to fit me in and get the job completed as quickly as they could. I highly recommend this company.

Jason and his crew did an awesome job! Highly recommended for anyone needing a roof repair. They came out did a temporary repair till they could come back to complete. Had multiple companies come out, one of them including Dabella... and Salazar was the most genuine cut to the chase company we chose and they did not disappoint. Finding a quality roofer that was not a salesman in disguise was hard. We had some roofing companies come out and it turned into a 3-4 hour sales pitch (Dabella will not leave until u say "Yes" or gtfo) . Eddie was absolutely genuinely nice and wanted you to get the roof at the lowest cost with highest possible quality, that's all we wanted and he left in less than an hour. Before we even decided on hiring them Eddie had them cover the holes on our roof from the storm damage no one else offered to do that and actually do it (Dabella mentioned it but didnt do it probably because we said we weren't interested in the end lol). The price range is also about what lowest price you would expect if you google the other reviews, and still came in half of what Dabella quoted us for a similar looking roof. Eddie was thorough overseeing the project and would drop by to check on his crew of like 3-4 every day they were here, as well. Dealing with insurance was relatively painless thanks to them and basically Eddie tries to keep you informed of what's going on and makes sure you do almost nothing but sit back and worry about your own life. I was actually kind of sad to see the crew finish because they were super nice always prompt and always smiled. I wish they did other projects than just roofs because they are awesome hard workers. They had the best bid, they were able to get to the project within three weeks, the roofers were on time, polite and cordial. Eddie was great fixing the small hitch we had, he always kept me informed. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Our neighbor was getting a new roof by Salazar Construction, and we liked what we were seeing.

We met with Jason who was overseeing the neighbor’s job. He came over to our house,
got up on our roof and took pictures of the roof damage so we could see the roof’s condition.
Later that day, Jason paper tarped a small section of the roof where shingles were missing.

Jason is patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions, and returned
phone calls, and text messages quickly.

He gave us an estimate, walked us through the roofing process, and showed us how plants
around the house would be protected from falling debris. Before we signed the contract, Jason
reviewed each section with us. Jason also helped us understand the homeowner’s insurance
process, and he worked with our claim’s adjuster.

Jason is an exceptional young man and a great representative for the company. He takes his work
seriously, has a strong work ethic, and his attention to details is excellent .

Their crew(s) are incredible too! They worked very well together, they didn’t waste time and they
were hard working. While tearing off multiple layers of shingles, we didn’t hear the work stop
-- until they took a late lunch break many hours later! Their energy is tireless! Each day they arrived at
7 a.m., worked all day on the roof, and before leaving for the day at 7 p.m. or 8 p.m. would clean
up the debris around the yard!

The shingles went on quickly with the same attention to detail, tireless energy, working well
together. Salazar’s crews are very impressive!

Near the end of our roofing job, we found out that who we thought was a supervisor was actually the owner!
He is a businessman who is building a superior business, and wants a long-term relationship with the Spokane
area. He and Jason are very quality aware and conscientious about the job completion as well as follow
through.

Also, we chose the Dual Brown color, and it is a superior color for our home’s appearance! We are
very happy with the entire roofing experience and with Salazar Construction, LLC.

Extremely pleased with the service from beginning to end. Very responsive, great communication and their roof work was impeccable. They made sure to walk me around the house before and after highlighting areas that I either needed to take care of or would need to in the future. Brandon was patient and went over every option and answered all my questions before moving forward. I had one of their previous customers refer them to me for similar roofing issues. They were out quick and worked well with my insurance. Only took 2 days tear off 3 layers, re-deck, and install new roof. Cleanup was great, found very minimal after they left. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them

These guys were outstanding; they completely replaced my roof on a 2 story house with garage & back porch with large cover in 1.5 days! Ed and Brandon both were very helpful with working through the insurance claim process. The crew completed the work in one day and did a great job of clean up. would recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Salazar did a good job on our roof. I would recommend them. After doing a lot of research about roofing materials and the roofing process I felt confident in their materials and they followed through with a good quality tear-off and re-do. It was done in one day. They did a good job of cleaning up at the end of the day and managed to pretty much avoid any damage to our garden and flower beds. They did it to code plus they fastened each shingle with 6 nails instead of the required 4 in order to give it a higher wind rating. The new roof looks great. We now have durable architectural shingles instead of our old 3-tab shingles that had wind damage. They installed ice/water shield, synthetic underlayment, and metal drip edge all the way around. They let me go up on the roof a couple times during the job so I could check the condition of our OSB plywood sheathing. Brandon was very professional, friendly, and quick to respond to emails/texts. The crew were all professional and courteous. Also, we were able to file a claim through our homeowners insurance due to wind damage, so we only had to pay our deductible.

From the day I first met the Salazar "front team", Eddie and Mark, I was hooked, they were so sincere and knowledgeable re: all things roofing including the insurance world. They finished in the time projected, i.e. two days, they worked from sunrise to sunset...what a team. Clean-up was near perfect....finding all the debris.
