Overall, we were very pleased with Sage. They worked with us to make sure the job was done the way we wanted it and we are very happy with the finished product. We had our kitchen completely gutted and refinished with a wall removed. The job took longer than expected and there were some mistakes (to be expected with any contractor) but everyone was always friendly, courteous, professional and responsive. In the end we are completely happy with the kitchen and would definitely recommend Sage and use them again.

SAGE built a detached two story shop and rec room in my backyard. The process went smoothly and professionally. All documentation was clear and concise. Personnel were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were also flexible and able to quickly and easily accommodate change requests and requests for information. Special shout out to project manager Jason Forrest, who communicated with me often and in as much detail as I asked for. He made the project go smoothly and I very much enjoyed working with him. I also enjoyed interacting with all of the subs, and found them professional, competent, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have recommended SAGE to friends and would not hesitate to call them again for another project.

They never showed up for their appt Tues at 230. No call either. Very disappointing. Updated: received a call from Sage office manager upset about the review I left stating no appt was made with me. I asked her specific questions as to how they conduct business and she agreed I was right. So she said she not saying I didn't call, just that they didn't make an appt with me because they don't install one cabinet and five floating shelves. (3 5' and 2 8 ft) She said someone should have called me back to tell me that and refer a handyman. Again, received no call.

Shawn is the most dedicated and passionate person I know! Every job whether big or small is always done top notch! You can't go wrong with Sage!

Sage Custom Contracting fixed metal work that had been damaged in the wind on our house a while back. Very professional, and the metal looked perfect with the rest of our house. Blended in seamlessly. You won't be disappointed!

I used Sage to repair a leak under my master shower. Their main project manager was quick to respond to me, he was at my house every day overseeing the people doing the work, workers were on time and respectful, and the owner was available if I needed him. Even when the work was about to be finished, the project manager looked at it and decided it wasn't good enough, so he started it over at no cost to me. He showed real integrity and made sure what we got was absolute quality. I was so impressed, I've referred them to multiple friends and I'm about to have Sage redo my walkways and driveway next month. I highly recommend them!!!

I have known Pete Johnson for over 15 years was very pleased with the quality of the build-out he did when we moved into our commercial space. This year we asked Pete to cut a wall to install a door into an adjacent space in our business. The floor in the other space was not level with our space but the crew fashioned a custom threshold that works well. We're really impressed with the finished product.

Requested a quote from Sage on repairing subfloor and installing Luxury Vinyl in my large kitchen. Jason came out and I had a quote within a couple of days. I was explained in detail what work was going to be accomplished and how they plan to fix my very squeaky floors.
I had a lot of questions and the fine folks at Sage and they answered every one of them in detail. I was very pleased by this. I wanted a contracting company in the event that if more problems were uncovered they could tackle the job.
Jason, Josh, and Austin accomplished all the work on my floors. I was very impressed by the team from Sage. They were hardworking and very detailed oriented guys that really cared about the outcome of my kitchen floors. I wanted it done right and Sage delivered. So glad that I went with this company. Am I pleased with their work? Very! I can say this with confidence. I no longer have to search for a company for all of my home improvement projects.
I would like to give a shout out to Jason, Josh, and Austin for the hard work they put in. Their attention to detail was impressive. I couldn't have asked for a better team.

In an effort to support and use a local business I requested an estimate for porch repairs from this company. Felicia that answers the phone was the exception to this bad experience. She was polite and helpful. The person that came out and met my husband to give an estimate was Shawn and I was told that he would follow up with a written estimate by email within 10 - 14 days. Three weeks after receiving nothing I called and Felicia was going to look into it. Another week later I still had not received anything so I called back. She said she would check. I am assuming that my business is not needed or wanted. She was told to call me back with 2 numbers and then we would go from there. One price for the work was double any other company estimate I had received. I guess we were not worth the time or effort to provide a legitimate written estimate. We will find another company that appreciates new business and knows the meaning of professionalism.

Sage is the best in the business! Shawn and Pete are brilliant! I use, refer, and work along side Sage on at minimum on a monthly basis and I am always amazed at the quality of their work. Call Sage, you will not regret it

Sage did a great job adding a second, wider entry into a bedroom so that we were able to move our Father-in-Law in with us for stroke recovery. Very professional, quality work and completed ahead of schedule.

Working with Sage contractors was very easy & the care provided ensured we were confident that the work was done to our complete satisfaction. We will go to Sage for all our future repair & renovation needs.

Shawn and his entire team were fantastic from the start of our kitchen remodel! His office team is responsive and remained in close contact with us during the entire process. We were never left wondering “what’s next” or what time work would start and what would be done that day/week. Brian, Big B and J.R. were awesome! They arrived to the house on time daily and ready to work! The quality of their work is superior and they provided guidance and options when decisions had to be made. I would recommend Shawn and his team for any remodel, addition or home project!

Sage did an excellent job of repairing the subflooring in our kitchen and installing the hardwood flooring so it matched flawlessly with the rest of the kitchen floor. They did a bathroom remodel and were wonderful. Five star service from the beginning. Office staff, Shawn and the tile guys were so professional. I will definitely use SAGE again and again. Any remodel is stressful for the homeowner but this was stress free. I felt like my home and money were in good hands. Use SAGE for any project, remodel or build. My husband and I were so happy with the process and the final product!

I had a laundry list of things that I needed done once I purchased my new home this past November. Sage saved the day and made all my wishes come true!! They are the best re modeler in the area. I can't wait to have them come back for my kitchen remodel.

Our repair project was a small one compared to the other very large projects that Sage executes, yet we were given the same performance as the high dollar jobs, which was beyond reproach. These high standards of performance and customer satisfaction have to come from the top down and were evident in all phases of the project.
Pete Johnson was the first person with whom we had contact. Low key, knowledgeable, professional and amicable. We knew right away that we wanted Sage to do the job but believed that we should get some more estimates. The estimates only confirmed that our first instinct was right. Pete came to our house several times and was NEVER late or a no show. And he always responded to our texts within hours..
Jason Forrest was the job foreman and a one-man band. Talented to say the least, professional, respectful and delightful to converse with. He gave us referrals that were spot on. He NEVER failed to let us know what he planned to do the next day and at what times. He even called us when his plans changed. Landscaping is our hobby and not one plant was damaged.
Finally, there were a couple of issues that arose and were satisfactorily settled in less than a day. Thank you, Sage.

In March of this year we called on these fine folks AGAIN to resolve a very complicated and serious problem, the hot water supply to our kitchen, an under-the-slab leak in the hot water supply pipe.
With remarkable planning and creative thinking they successfully resolved the situation in a single day! THESE GUYS AND GALS ARE REALLY GOOD!!! EXCEPTIONAL WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE!!! AGAIN!!! They never cease to amaze, and we are forever grateful.

I had an issue with a leaking roof and SAGE came out and took care of the same day I called. Very professional and timely and did a GREAT job. I would certainly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call them again.
