Customers are fully satisfied

In early May, we had our roof replaced by THOMAS ROOFING. I wanted to wait for some good rainfalls to come through before writing a review. NO LEAKS. They did a phenomenal job. I had three companies quote the job, they came in with the best price. All of the workers I spoke with were very friendly. Very pleased with the finished product, and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

They came out to diagnose a leak. Shawn was very professional, pointed out the source of leak and went over every detail of what was needed to happen for the repair. Gave me a written estimate and the work was performed a week later. The shingles were removed along with some siding, repairs were made and siding and shingles put back in place. Very efficient and very clean. Would definitely use Thomas Roofing again.

We recently had a leak and thought it might be coming from our roof. Shawn came by the house incredibly quickly, climbed up to inspect the roof, and took the time to thoroughly look into the issue. He was so kind and approachable, making it easy to discuss our concerns.
It turned out the roof wasn’t the problem, but the experience left such a positive impression that we won’t hesitate to reach out to them in the future, whether it’s for a repair or when it’s time to replace the roof. Shawn is a reflection and a true credit to the company. If you’re looking for roofing services, we can’t recommend Thomas Roofing enough.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
