Safari SoftWash

Safari SoftWash did an excellent job recently on my home, roof, driveway, and sidewalks. I have been using the same service for more than 20 years but the service I use does not have the ability to manage the issue with the roof and I was referred to Safari from a friend who had used them previously. After speaking with Lesia and meeting Nathan, I knew that this was the right contractor for the job and agreed to the service. Nathan was here at the appointment time and worked diligently with one helper washing the house, roof and then hardscapes completing all work in 3 hours. Nathan also washed the shed while on site and worked to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I can say without a doubt that I am completely satisfied and will use Safari going forward. One additional note is that Nathan offered a cash discount when providing the quote, so there is an option to save on the service if paying cash. If you are looking for great service and fantastic results, I highly recommend Safari for your washing needs.

Safari Softwash is an outstanding quality & professional company. Just had our home soft washed this morning. I am always impressed by the carefulness that Nathan and his technicians take with our home while ensuring the quality of their cleaning. Our home backs to a wooded area where mold is an issue on our siding and trim. However, using their quality degradable products Nathan and team always seem to bring back that new & refreshed look after a clean. It is truly unique when you find a specialized expert whose performance exceeds expectations. I find it easy, friendly and enjoyable when doing business with Leasia & Nathan- I highly recommend this company.

Nathan and his helper were on time and careful when they cleaned my roof. He promised to follow up to make sure it came clean, and in fact returned to retreat some spots. He and Lesia kept in touch and gave great service.

Got a quote and scheduled our service from Safari SoftWash a month ago. They communicated before the scheduled date, and showed up right on time. The crew was extremely friendly and did an amazing job. Our aggregate driveway looks brand new again, and the house looks fresh and clean (and we had a TON of cobwebs and all kinds of gunk build up since our lot backs up to a wooded area!)

We'll definitely use Safari SoftWash again in the future when the need arises!

Safari SoftWash is the best! They recently provided roof, house and window washing to my home which was In desperate need. My gray shingles were black. Wow was I impressed! My roof looks brand new along with the beautifully clean siding and windows. To top it off their customer service was excellent! So friendly and dependable and I would highly recommend them.

We had our roof washed a few years ago and the team (which included the owner) did a fantastic job. After the roof was washed and looking brand new, the team washed all of our windows. Very happy with their services. So, this Fall, we called Safari SoftWash to clear the debris on our roof. We live in an area that is heavily forested with lots of deciduous trees!! Again, another job perfectly performed by Safari SoftWash!

I selected Safari Wash to soft wash our roof and I couldn't be more pleased. Nathan showed up with his team to wash my roof and they took great care to make sure it was clean and presentable. They also took great care to cleanup after themselves. They even came back to clean up some overspray, the windows and give the roof an additional treatment. Our home looks like a different home! It is most important to hire a contractor that's properly "Licensed", "Bonded", "Insured", and "TRUSTWORTHY". People who cares what they do, how they do it, what they will do for you, and people with mindset & attitude of "How Can I Serve You." Safari SoftWash is ALL those and much more. There are just TOO many bad contractors everywhere priced cheap who don't care anything about your "Investment". Your property is a great investment and "RETURN". People that I pay to clean my property must have that in their mind and attitude because I'm paying to, not only to give me the service, but also to give me a great investment return by helping me to maintain in better condition for best return investment.

You can tell a lot by looking at the SAFARI SOFTWASH - a well-invested company with complete truck wrapped with company design, unique and special branding, equipments, biodegradable products they use, everyone dressed in expensive branding uniform, well groomed, well southern manner, and company owner and operators with knowledge and experience that they bring to service your properties that I have not seen any contractors around here. WOW ... and Safari SoftWash will WARRANTY the roof cleaning service with 5 years limited warranty. What other contractors can or do this?

You WILL get what you pay for when you hire some rinky-dinky companis with a dirty truck or vehicle, temporary magnet company sign on the door or sticker sign .... these are a simple Yellow warning light that can tell you that they are not likely will be around when things go wrong or they are ready to run if they get caught by the government agencies for violations. You would have wasted & loss your investment, or even worst when you hire untrustworthy contractors. So ... How do you value your life and investment?

These guys were fantastic. I spoke with 3 outfits in determining who to use to wash our house. These were the only one of three interviewed who used a more eco-friendly cleaning solution than bleach (sodium hypochlorite). A number of us in the neighborhood signed them up for a group house wash. They showed up when they said they would , went right to work, and did a great job cleaning all our houses. We're all satisfied and will use them again.
