Ryezon Construction - Garage Builder

Had 3 buildings re-roofed by Ryezon at our property and are very happy with the results. We had a small window of available time to have these roofs done without any interruptions to our wedding venue business. We replaced the roofs with steel and Ryezon did a fabulous job!

I am a new homeowner, so building a garage was my first big project. When I called Joel, he came over and surveyed the space we had to work with. He then asked me what features I wanted in a garage without pressuring me into putting more into the project than what I needed.

His suggestion of building a deeper garage is one I never would have considered, but now having an additional four feet of depth than I originally thought I wanted, it was the best choice I could have made.

Joel will be the only person I recommend to build garages to friends and family. The team at Ryezon is thorough, respectful, great at communication, and they provide a high-quality end product. Now I need to make my house look as good as the garage looks!

Joel and his workers were of the highest quality people. They were accurate in their work, cleaned up well, and had the best demeanor. There was a lot about our house that the drawings left to imagination and they never complained, they made it work, and (oddly enough) never asked for change orders when they probably had the right. If you need the type of work Ryezon does, they are competitive, and do excellent work.

Built a garage for us a few years back. It was finished on time. For the most part, the workmanship was good. It is a tight structure overall. I did catch some mistakes that needed to be corrected or things that were missed along the way. He wasn't very on point. The concrete sub made a major mistake. The form collapsed and wasn't square, so the structure hangs off the concrete on one side, and one side of the foundation buldged out. I've also had constant siding issues. He did come out to fix part of it, but I'm still always having to go out and slide siding back in place, usually in the winter. There aren't a lot of garage and shed builders in the area, but I'd pass if I had to do it again.

Joel is very very professional. Very easy to work with. Construction was expedient and completed within the quote price and timeframe. My building looks great!

Reyzon demolished our old garage and built a new 1.5 stall detached garage for us.They were professional, and did a great job. They were here when they said they would be and cleaned up when they finished. They checked in with us every step of the way, asked for clarification when needed, and were very friendly with our two year old. The garage is exactly what we wanted. Seriously, we couldn’t be happier!

Ryezon Construction are true professionals. They built a 12x20 shed with concrete floor and steel siding to match our house. They did it on time and for the exact price they told me it would be. Joel at RYEZON was fantastic to work with. He built a 30' x 40' heated shop for us in Argusville, ND. He had our project done before our deadlines and went over our expectations with us on the front end. What I liked about Joel the most is he came across honest and forthright. He was. During the project our shop garage door that came from the supplier had a small dent in it. I didn't notice it until after it was up. Joel took the garage door back down and had another section ordered and relaced it free of charge for us. Several months later we had experienced a problem with our walk-in door ont seating correctly. Joel came back out and ordered a new casing for the door and replaced it and didn't charge us anything. Most contractors would have never came back to help make us statisfied but Joel did. He cares about the customer being happy more than just the $$$ going into his pocket. If you are considering a project - I highly recommend RYEZON for any construction project (house/shop/addition). We called them because we saw a sign they had posted in our development where we had lived. Before that we had never met him.

I had a great experience with Ryezon Construction. Joel built a 28x36 garage for me with a bonus room above. I am very pleased with the end result. He does good work, is reliable, and most importantly, just seems like a good dude. He stuck to and met his deadlines. Showed up when he said he was going to. He even worked in -30 degree weather and a blizzard. He also did a good job cleaning up when the work was done. He was available after the work was completed (and he had received payment) to answer any questions I had. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I hired Ryezon Construction to build a garage. I asked them to build this garage, with some unique requests on building, as this was a garage for a double wide home, I wanted it to look attached to the home, but because of the double wide, needed to keep the structures separate in the event of either structure shifting. They were very professional in all aspects of this project, from allowing me to call them and get information on ordering the building kit, to on the job modifications to meet my goals of the project, to the quality of the construction, to the clean up at the site, and the follow up after the project was complete. I am very satisfied with Ryezon Construction and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional contractor at a competitive price.
