Over the past 5 years, Rycon has remodeled 1.5 bathrooms for us and our kitchen and will be our go-to for any repair or remodeling. Ryan is exactly the person you want to work with. He is responsive, trustworthy, and has an excellent network of subcontractors and suppliers. He always makes sure to keep us within budget (or makes sure we know how expensive something will be), communicates what is going on and what timeline to expect, does quality work, and never makes us feel like a question is too small or stupid. Additionally, his crew is respectful, always kept things clean when they left (as much as possible when your kitchen is torn out lol), and we felt comfortable having them around. RYCON has been my reliable go-to for the last six years. Although my jobs have been on the smallish side (e.g., fence replacement, siding repair, minor interior repairs) -- thanks to Ryan's professionalism, good humor and fair prices -- if/when the day comes for a larger renovation, RYCON will be #1 on my list.

Ryan & his crew were awesome! They were actually able to move up our bathroom renovation date. They were very professional, timely, & very conscientious about the work they were doing. I had them pull out the vinyl tub insert & convert to just a shower. They laid tile, put in a new fan, & contracted out a new gorgeous countertop & glass enclosure. I am sooo happy with the results & happy with the whole experience working with these guys! Also, his communication has been great! I always know what is going on, who is coming, & what time. If there were any changes, Ryan contacted me right away.

Ryan and his crew constructed a shop in our backyard and did a total remodel of 2 bathrooms. Everything came out great! All the work was high quality and they did a very good job of cleaning up everyday and working around our schedule. Ryan made the whole process from the initial meeting and estimate to selecting the finished products very easy and he came up with good ideas when we weren't sure how we wanted things.
We would definitely use RYCON again for any project.

Ryan built a carport for me, and it is both beautiful and solid! He really knew what he was doing. I appreciated his clarity in letting me know when he’d be available to come and work, and he always showed up when he said he would. The project even went on in spite of some rainy days! When I had questions and concerns, he gave thoughtful answers. He gave a fair price, and his craftsmanship was excellent. 5 Stars!

RYCON SERVICES recently completed a full home get and remodel. Ryan has great patience, excellent subcontractors, is highly skilled, and trustworthy. His wife, Tonya, was our realtor during our search for this home, and she also deserves praise.

We bought a 1970s home back in 2016. The bathroom needed a serious remodel. After getting quotes from contractors, we decided on Ryan (who was also recommended by our relator) because he listened and took the time to talk to us about what we wanted. This included creating a completely tiled walk-in shower, new vanity, taking out a wall, installing a tile floor, and putting in a soaking tub. Since this was our first big job as a family, Ryan helped guide us through the process and didn’t complain when we were, at times, indecisive or wanted to make adjustments Throughout the job, he communicated quickly gave great advice, and responded to feedback. This was our first remodel as a family and Ryan made it easy. On top of just being a great contractor to work with, he also seemed to genuinely care about what we wanted and doing a quality job. After finishing the job, he came back to finish some odds and ends, checked up on how we were liking the bathroom and made adjustments after getting feedback. We will gladly give Ryan our business on future projects for our house.

Despite dealing with lockdowns Ryan coordinated my whole kitchen remodel and managed to work his way through our rather extensive project. Our kitchen is now beautiful, spacious, and very functional. Without question I would highly recommend Rycon.

Ryan @ Rycon worked with my husband and I on a kitchen remodel. We had estimates from 4 different other contractors. We chose Ryan based on his estimate and personality. We wanted someone who would be easy to work with and did quality work at reasonable prices. Ryan did a great job! We finished and were pleased with all aspects of the remodel. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work I had done through Rycon Services, LLC. I had a bunch of small projects that added up and each one was handled with skill and in a timely manner. Ryan York is friendly but gets right down to business with the tasks at hand. He and his brother, Ross and his electrician, Lee are all skilled professionals. They were always polite, respectful and cleaned up after each job. I will definitely call on them again for future jobs.

Ryan was great to work with! He was quick to respond and actually did return my initial phone call when several other contractors didn't. I had a fairly small job and he was honest and he had to refer me to an electrician. He didn't even charge me for his time. The electrician he referred me to was great as well. I enjoyed working with him so much I ended up using him for a larger project and was really happy with his work. I will continue to use Ryan and his company for all my handyman/remodel needs and will refer him to all my clients, friends and family! It's nice to work with someone that is honest and cares more about providing good service rather than collecting a check.

We would like to share our experience with RYCON Services. They were called over to our home to evaluate a problem which had dogged us for quite a long time. Ryan very quickly located the problem and suggested a solution. He was very clear and detailed in his evaluation, and gave us an estimate for cost as well as timeline to do the job. We made arrangements for the job to be done when they had time available in their schedule. Ryan came out with a crew so the job could be done quickly. They were very professional from start to finish, and great problem solvers. They were efficient and did a quality job. I would highly recommend them. We plan on remodeling and will call them.

Rycon has done 3 jobs for me on building a stone wall at my home, replacing a roof on a carport and building a structure to hide trash cans at a duplex unit that I own. The jobs were completed quickly and done well.
