Ryan's Roofing & Repair LLC

I struggled whether to publicly report my experience with Ryan's Roofing & Repair LLC, however given the fact that I paid him nearly $2,000 to only [basically] repair a chimney, but to later experience countless leaks within the home from the same chimney. AND to later be informed by another roofing company that all Ryan had done was 'slap' tar on the chimney, as opposed to properly fixing the issue correctly... I feel it is necessary.

Here is the story: Approximately 90 days post receiving the initial services from Ryan, I was forced to call him back because water was raining in the living room (where the chimney is located) during a thunderstorm. And I will admit, he did respond to my calls and came back out to the house within 72-hours of me expressing my concern, and did 'something else' to the chimney... But approximately one year later of his initial services, April 2023 to April 2024, and having received a pricey, poor-quality job, I am back at square one again... paying another company to do a job that I had paid Ryan's Roofing to properly do [just one year before].

Note, Ryan had asked me to go online and give him a good review immediately after he had completed the job (initially). AND I am so grateful I didn't do so due to time constraints. And I question whether many of the other positive reviews that are made public on this platform were 'written' from a similar request ...

So, I am warning anyone who may receive his services to at least wait a few months before you report his work on this platform as outstanding, sufficient etc., And to those who may be inquiring about the quality of his work for hire...just run!!!!

Did our roof and gutters last year. We had 3 quotes and Ryan was the most affordable and the quality of work was fantastic. My roof looks great! They did a great job. They get my highest recommendation.

The quality of of the jobs are far from professional only a couple of his tablet employees are actually skilled workers and everyone else is just laborers that don't have any clue on how to properly install singles or siding I've watched as corners where cut to save time and money and seen him get kicked off of jobs and told we couldn't finish bc he was. Allowing people to to work that wasn't right and I personally watched Ryan the owner install window that was completely wrong and still to this day isn't right his company has already been sued and is currently being sued for work not being done right I higher recommend you find a more personal and experience company to go with bc going with Ryan's roofing will be nothing but a head ache and work that is far from being done right...

We are 100% satisfied with Ryan’s Roofing and Repair. Good value. Excellent services and skills to match. Goes the extra mile. We have used them for gutter repairs and modifications. We also had them repair our roof (that needed some corrections from the original roofing contractor).

Our shingles badly needed replacement and saw a newspaper ad for Ryan’s Roofing and repair. Had not heard of them but called Ryan for an estimate, after getting a couple estimates from other roofers. Ryan’s estimate was quite a bit lower and decided to go with him. In summary, Ryan and his crew did an incredible job! A few plywood roofing sheets needed replacement and Ryan showed me photos (also sent them to my iPhone) of this and replaced them. My wife and I were amazed how his crew worked together and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. After completing the job, they did a fantastic cleanup, even using a magnetic nail pickup roller.
My wife and I were very pleased with this experience and Ryan’s Roofing and Repair gets our highest recommendation.

Needed repairs to overhang to keep critters out. The crew sealed up all access areas as well as around the chimney. They also suggested some siding work that was a challenge and really improved the front of my house. Great crew that excels in teamwork and troubleshooting, will recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Ryan about my old, leaking, metal garage roof, thinking it would have to be replaced. He recommended repairing it, which worked perfectly. I can't imagine how much money this saved me... He was professional, completed the job quickly, and was professional. His work is precise, he is customer-focused, and his demeanor is respectful. I've since used him for other repairs and upgrades, which have been completed to the same level of professionalism. I'm so happy to have found him!
