Such an incredible team! I couldn't be more pleased with Iceberg. Sales, installation, and service are subject matter experts in their field. I wish I could give MORE stars!

Of course my ac broke down on the 4th of July and it was hit and muggy. Called iceberg and was lucky to get a tech out there in about 30 minutes. Thomas was polite. I knew the unit was 28 years old and was at the end. He got it up and running and scheduled me to talk with Steve about replacing my heating and cooling systems. Steve was great. Not pushy. Informative and I think we arrived at the best solution for my needs.
Next the install team came. Josh, Steve and Steve. Polite and kept me in the loop. Answered my questions and helped me set up the app on my phone.
I first had experience with Iceberg about five years ago at my mom’s house. The team from Iceberg was great working with my mom and knew I would reach out to them when my time came.

We loved the job done by Iceberg Heating and Cooling. They were very responsive -which is hard to find with companies these days. They sent a picture of the technician who would be coming and also a little information about him. There were reminders sent and the day of he connected us to let us know he was on his way. All this was appreciated.
He did a very thorough job cleaning all the cotton out of our AC unit. The cleaning and inspection included checking the unit inside too.
I highly recommend this company. We'll definitely use them again.

Never again. We've used Iceberg for years.. bought a water heater, air conditioner, had the maintenance plan. Then we had gas leaks. I can see 1, 2.. even 3 because nothing lasts forever. But 5 gas leaks, 5 separate places in about 4 months? 3 of the leaks at least were after the air conditioner install. Cost us $1900, then just had another leak. Iceberg quoted us $580. Got another company today- $83 to fix it. Never going through Iceberg again.

Called @ 8AM and Tech was out at 4:30 same day to fix my A/C. Great service and very friendly Tech.

The receptionist that I talked to you twice well three times was very rude uncooperative the the technician came to house was told to leave I guess unfortunately I got a 84 year old mother in this I just needed to fix we were here waiting for and he was told to leave but anyways it's very bad of you I've got someone else on the way they're taking care of it ASAP for us doing a very good job for us unfortunately Iceberg couldn't handle it thank you

Connor Burns is spectacular. He took the time to explain what our issue was and gave us tips on what we should be doing to maintain our system. In my 90 plus degree home he was patient and so nice and professional!! If you need heating and cooling help we can’t recommend Connor and Iceberg strongly enough! Five stars are not enough!!

Connor was an amazing help! He was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing when he did it.

Hello, I hope this review reaches a form of management. My mom called for service at her Flat Rock home. I was with my mom helping her around the house before I went off to work. They sent out this service tech today (I didn't catch his name, maybe Management could tell from the truck # or the by the license plate, he was driving) - he was very professional, updated my mom with every step that he was taking to ensure the AC Unit was working correctly. The communication between them was outstanding. As a witness, he kept my mom informed of the parts he needed to replace, having the parts readily available on his truck, extremely informative. This employee that you got, is very good at his job. I hope that management understands and admires his work ethics, everything from customer service, communication, going above and beyond.

First their customer service lady came off snarky; then they came out for an estimate and 1) charged me $89 for service inspection (cool with me). But then tried to charge me up to $1000 for a Freon recharge and then said my capacitors should be changed out (though they weren’t bad) and tried to add another $800 just for that (while the covers were already off. And capacitors don’t cost over $100 total). $1800 for Freon and capacitor switch out is INSANE. I’m an electrician, so once they gave me that price, I used another service (that charged me 25% of that price). They only get two stars for their response time & the customer service of the guy that came out, he was very cool/professional and knowledgeable.

Very courteous and knowledgeable technician. They explained things very well. They took the time to check everything. I can rest easier about the upcoming summer season.

Technician came to my home to complete my annual air conditioner inspection because I'm part of Iceberg's awesome monthly club. He was prompt, very polite, and explained each step of the inspection to me. Highly recommend Iceberg Heating & Cooling!

As a mom, no matter how grown my children are, I still worry about them—especially when it comes to their safety and well-being. While visiting my son recently, we had his furnace checked, and I was truly blown away by the level of care and attention the technician provided. He didn’t just perform an inspection; he took the time to walk my son through every detail of his furnace and humidifier, explaining everything thoroughly.

I overheard him say, "I'm not just here to look over your furnace—I'm here to teach you about it." That statement alone spoke volumes. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in educating the customer as much as they do in performing the service.

Ultimately, my son did need a new furnace, as there were signs of early cracking and potential carbon monoxide concerns. The team explained everything clearly—not just to my son, but to my husband and me as well. They also took the time to ensure we understood how carbon monoxide detectors work, and what to look out for in the future. That level of communication and care meant the world to me.

The installation team was just as impressive—professional, respectful, and entirely focused on the job. No distractions, no unprofessional behavior—just knowledgeable, kind individuals who truly care.

And when a leak developed in the humidifier after our visit, they were out the same day to take care of it—no excuses, no delays. Every technician we’ve met (five in total!), along with the sales representative, has shown the same high level of professionalism, kindness, and patience.

Coming from a customer service background myself—and now working as a realtor—I cannot emphasize enough how valuable it is to have a trustworthy HVAC company to rely on. While heating and cooling systems are never cheap (that’s universal), the peace of mind and genuine care they provide are priceless.

Outstanding professional service. Starting with Carl, who came out to thoroughly explain my options and quote me a price. Followed by the finance department that was very helpful. Had my heat go out overnight and called Iceberg Heating & Cooling in the morning and Christian came out. Our igniter went bad and Christian even showed me where it broke! I thought he was very informative , well mannered and efficient. Thank you for helping us out! Would call again for any other heating and cooling needs!

We had our maintenance check done today by Connor. He answered all our questions and also showed us things we didn’t know about our new furnace. He did a great job and was very personable! Chris came out for a Club membership preventative maintenance today and was great! Very informative and helpful. Great job from Iceberg as always.

Just had Iceberg Heating & Cooling out to my house, and I must say I was very happy with their service! Our tech, Chris, was so kind and repaired our issue so quickly and efficiently. Our AC and furnace were both running simultaneously after we changed out our thermostat. A quick rewire, and a tune-up and we were back to normal. They offer a membership plan that Chris also gave a breakdown of also, that pleasantly surprised me with the pricing and what all it included. I will definitely do business with this company again, when needed!

Extremely pleased with Iceberg and everyone with whom I have interacted. We got a new furnace installed and have had Iceberg out multiple times for routine checks. Quality work by professional folks.

Nick was very good in explaining everything both Sunday and Monday. My problem was taken can of in less than 24 hours from my call.

This was an emergency call, as my furnace stop working sometime during the late evening/night and we woke up to temp in the 50s. Tech was here for 3 hours to diagnose the problem and replace & rewire a pressure switch. He did a very thorough job and I am very pleased with the service. I will definitely call them again if I have any future problems with my system.

John was the technician that came out to my house. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of what he was doing.

Just expected better. I have a friend that works there and everything but not friends anymore. I guess never were. Just wanted to add. They also put a hole in my roof with their ladder. They did not fix. I was hoping to hear back from them, but I never did. The day they showed up I also had to get the gas turned back on which ended up being the problem I couldn’t get the pilot light lit, but nobody told me.
