I was so impressed with the thorough cleaning KBJ Professional Services did to my 2 story house. It was very dirty and had mold on areas but all is cleaned off. Also the sidewalks and porches look new after being pressured washed. I am recommending KGB to my friends and neighbors!

KBJ Professional Services did a fantastic job on our home. The north side of our house and garage get no exposure to the sun and an excessive amount of green mold had started accumulating on the white siding. Keith eliminated all of the mold from the siding, the roof and all of our sidewalks and driveways. we are extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend him to others!

I was searching for a local power washing company and came across KBJ services. When he showed up on my scheduled day, I was a bit apprehensive due to previous companies not being able to do what they said they could. After Keith got done with my house, I was absolutely amazed! I thought the siding was somewhat clean, but I was clearly wrong. He even went above and beyond and did a few other things around the property that I didn't ask for. The house is as clean as I've ever seen it, and I couldn't be happier. There was a small piece of siding that fell off while he was power washing, and in no time had it reinstalled and looking perfect. Definitely a five-star company. 5 STARS PLUS! This guy went way above and beyond the call of duty. My house had not been power washed for 11 years. It's lakefront and so full, and I mean full of spiders. The droppings of spiders are like tar. The house was so bad that people were afraid to touch the door handles. Sometimes I would try to clean around the doors with one of those green pot scrubbers and even then I couldn't all the stuff off! He had to spray each area many times to get it cleaned. It took him 3 days to get it done to his satisfaction. He also cleaned the gutters (which were growing trees) and the cement. To top it all off, he replaced some of my cap shingles that had blown off in the storm the day before. I couldn't believe how thorough he was. He even offered to do a free touch-up for me. Keith took care and pride in his work. I thanked him for a wonderful job.

I gave KBJ 5 stars because the house cleaning and gutter service was done to perfection. He even took the time to wash the cement areas and porch soffits. Nothing was damaged and the post cleaning mess was all picked up. Only negative is failure to arrive as scheduled. One day he called 4 hours late and said he could not make it and next day he arrived 4 hours later than scheduled. A simple text/call would have been appropriate.

Absolute wonderfull company! Trustworthy, Respectful and lives up to their name...Professional! We live in Monroe and I called KBJ Professional Services initially to take a look at our second floor gutters (as we didnt have a ladder tall enough) to see if they were clogged because when it rained, water would pour down the the back of the house. I spoke directly with Keith who actually came out later that same evening just to assess the situation. He advised it wouldn't be a problem to get up there and take a look and came back that very next day and took care of it! My husband and I were very impressed with him right away and discussed other services his company performed. After a short discussion between ourselves, we hired KBJ to wash/clean the outside of our house. They did an absolute outstanding job, getting in the nooks and crannies and even underneath the eves, and our house looks remarkable! They took care around our property with our plants, furniture, and creatures! Additionally, they power washed the cement walkway in front of our house that literally removed every bit of the green/black buildup and made it look like brand new cement! Communication was great. Keith and his team did everything they said they would do. The house, garage, driveway and roof looked great when they finished. The biggest surprise was how good the roof looked. I will definitely use them again.

Hired for gutter cleaning. He was very flexible with scheduling, got us in before the weather change. Found a birds nest with eggs, and didn't want to disturb it. Offered to come back to remove once the are gone. Class act.

He did a great job, efficient and quick. Also like that the gutters are covered for a year too. Will definitely be hiring them again for a few more job's around my home.

Keith is fantastic at what he does. He came on time and ready to go, wasting no time. He provides a great warranty on algae and moss removal if it returns. His work ethic and salesman skills are great as well. I’d highly recommend KBJ to anyone. You can see from the photos themselves how much of a difference he can make on your concrete surfaces. This is only one year after a previous pressure washing. I was debating between renting equipment and doing it myself to save money, but the time it would have taken to do a job similar to Keith’s would not have been worth it at all. I called Keith on a Thursday morning to see if he could come out to get rid of my ice dams that were causing leaks in my porch. He came out the same day to get things started on what turned out to be a three day project (lots of ice.)

He was very thorough, making sure that the ice dams were completely removed and the leaks into my porch were stopped. He also provided me with excellent advice on how to prevent further ice dams. I heartily recommend him. You will be very satisfied with his work and at a reasonable cost too.
