I had new siding and gutters installed and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish the process was seamless. Phil, Grant, Chris and crew exceeded my expectations. Phil took quite a bit of time with me to explain every aspect of the project and keep everything cost effective. He was honest and did not try to up-sell me things that I really didn't need.
Grant went out of his way to meet with another contractor that I was using to install a sunroom, so they could coordinate the projects and get the absolute best result.
Chris and his crew were meticulous in their work and the attention to detail blew me away, they kept me informed at every step and were so easy to talk to, when they were finished with everything the clean up was spotless! I will definitely be calling them in the future when I have other projects that need to be done!!!

We used their company twice already. Everything from sales, James Neal, to Project Manager, Grant Payter, to the Roof Crew was a great experience. The Job and clean up was very professional.

We called 5 Star Exterior to get quotes for outside work on our home James arrived and was direct, knowledgeable and willing to get to details and gave us a quote. No pressure. Upon deciding the quote was detailed and do able. Grant came out the following week and we reviewed and made some final changes. Both James and Grant were extremely helpful. Work begins soon!!!

From start to finish 5 Star Exteriors was professional and easy to deal with. The estimate for the work was accurate. They arrived on schedule and completed the work on schedule. Had a roof, gutters, and insulation installed. Project was completed in two days. Very efficient and the cleanup was spotless. Phil & Grant were outstanding to work with.

Very satisfied with my new bathroom roof exhaust fan vent. I don’t believe anymore rain water will be seeping into and onto my bathroom fan. New vent is the low sleek one.

Just getting in deposits to get our two bathroom project on the wait list for remodel. Dealt with Amanda in scheduling, she has been on top of things and very professional. Looking forward to the upcoming construction projects.

Highly recommend, I give 5 stars to 5Star. They went above and beyond and it took a long time to get to process resolved due to our insurance disputing a lot of the work. But in the end we couldn't have asked for a better team, we got roofing, siding and gutters replaced and we love the outcome. Phillip and Grant were the best and the work crew did the work fast and efficiently I will definitely hire them again.

Positive experience from start to finish. Incredibly easy to work with. I called 6 different companies to get quotes for new gutters, and 5 Star is the only one to respond, and I am glad they did. Within days I had my inspection and quotes. Everything went smooth as silk. I would hire them again.

Just wanted to give a shout out to 5 stars for doing the job right and following their core values. They recently installed gutter guards at my house and after the first rain storm, they were not working right. They came out, inspected the job and discovered that changes needed to be made. They made these changes free of charge and within 3 days of discovery and things are working perfectly. Their owner, Philip is a man of his word. I highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom remodel by 5 Star Interiors. They took our old bathtub/shower and turned it into a luxurious walk in shower. They were excellent to work with and kept us apprised of everything that was happening. I can 100% recommend them for your remodel needs.

We are only in beginning stages of our project, but so far everyone is courteous and knowledgeable. Let’s hope the installation project is what we’re anticipating and then some.

Went above and beyond to make sure our install was done in a timely manor knowing rain was coming. One of the days they were here before 9 am and worked until after 8pm. Very friendly, easy to talk to and they listen to what you want and help accommodate the best they can. They keep you on the loop of every part of the process and walk you through each step. Pricing is very competitive and the quality and human part are top tier! Would high recommend them to anyone!

We worked with a total of 4 representatives on our project of new roof/gutters/downspouts; each was very knowledgeable. 5 Star was available to work with our insurance company to make this project smoother than we had ever imagined. I had a very good experience with 5 Star Exteriors. James did a good job providing me with a overview of the work that would be performed. He went over the different options I had available in detail. Later, when I spoke with Grant he went into further detail of the work that was to be done from start to finish. Their clean up was excellent. Other them seeing the new roof, there was no sign of them being there.

I want to thank 5 Star Exteriors for their work on our flat roof. From our first phone conversation to meeting with James, Grant, Nick and the rest of the crew this was a pleasurable experience. They were all professional and did their portion of the work in a timely manner, they cleaned up, and left the site as it was when they arrived.

It was nice to reminisce with Nick as he is a former student of mine. Nick explained to me every step of the way the process for installing flat roofing. Doug was excellent with his siding work and Bob installed the gutter guards in a timely fashion. Grant was exceptional in his coordinating of the work and helping me install the two sided deadbolt lock (well he actually did all the work). I could not have asked for a better crew.

My husband & I couldn't be happier with choosing 5 Star Exteriors, by referral. Philip Gere & his crew were in constant communication in regards to the start date. This Contractor is 2nd to none in being vigilant informing customers of choices and dealing with the insurance claim adjuster. That alone for people who have little to no knowledge on what to do next.. he takes care of those things with open communication with the insurance company. We found them all hard workers. When the job was done, they cleaned up around the house, nothing was left for us to pick up.. We would absolutely refer anyone who needs a good Contractor to 5 Star Exteriors. Their Excellent!!

Across the board 5 star exteriors gave us an excellent experience on replacing our roof! From start to finish we felt like a valued customer. The staff has been extremely responsive. Every time a called for updates individuals were professional and provided me the information needed. Quick response on text messages.

We have used 5 Star three different times and have been extremely happy each time. They refinished our basement, installed all new interior doors and most recently they replaced our roof. Each time their crews were perfectionists, the quality was excellent, their prices are very competitive and they left our home spotless when work was complete. We contracted 5 Star Exteriors to do a 48 square roof. We had some roof damage from storms and some leaks I’ve been fixing for a while. They came out and inspected the roof and gave me a more than fair price for the replacement. From start to finish they were great to work with. The communication was top notch not to mention the quality workmanship. The employees were all professional and even went above and beyond what I was expecting. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with 5 Star and will use them again.

We called them after the ice storm we had in 2023. Phil came out and gave us a quote for our insurance company. He helped us along every step of the way with insurance claim process. I would highly recommend them hands down for insurance claim work. Phil kept us in the loop the entire time. As a first time home owner and having to make an insurance claim this big for the first time Phil’s professionalism and his willingness to deal with the insurance company to help me get the best out of my claim I would recommend him to any homeowner making an insurance claim.

Have used 5 star on multiple occasions and will use them again. They are on time, work straight through until the job is complete. I'd give them 10 if it was an option!!! We bought a fixer upper and had the gutters, facia, and soffits installed. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!! Highly recommend. Second time I've used them, first roof and now windows. Very efficient. Windows make a big difference We have gone from 85 degrees to 35 degrees and I close the windows and temperature stays the same inside. On time. Well done and cleaned up afterward. The man that came out for the estimate was great, Grant. Courteous and very informative. Again highly recommended.

They did the job very quickly and efficiently, I had the house and garage roof redone and it only took them a day and a half. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up.

Terence explained all the leaf gutter packages- pros and cons of them. He helped me pick out best package for the house. He helped with the financing.

When product was in, company called with install date. On that date, crew arrived promptly and were very friendly. Installed in less than 8 hours. Exceptional work. I received a call from company next day- were there any problems? Was I happy with the project?

While I am not a direct customer, I reached out to PG Contracting for assistance for electrical damage done to my home in August. They provided me two leads that have both given me the time of day. PG Contracting was very responsive in helping us. My wife and I are considering building a home from scratch and because of their responsiveness, professionalism, and friendliness, PG Contracting will be the first company we contact. I hope to work with them again soon.

Very fast and efficient! I hired them the day they came to give me a quote. They came out the following week on a Monday to assess the roofing project and came Friday of that same week to put it on. They were there first thing in the morning and done by dark and worked in extremely hot weather. The cost and warranty were reasonable. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I always try to support local business' and would definitely use them on future projects; and recommend them as well.

I needed a full shingle tear off done on our 1880's historical home. We got a quote from James and received a quick education on shingle quality and roof venting for the 21st century. The installers did find a few issues with my roof. I then inspected it myself - spoke with Grant and completely agreed with their repair recommendations. Final price was exactly what we had agreed upon.

Salesman came out and sat and covered all the package's they offer. No force to choose a specific one. A couple weeks later the manager showed up and went over all steps in the job. Told me when they would be starting. They ended up showing up early. The weather (freak snowstorm) slowed them down a little bit, but finished the job quickly. Keep the yard cleaned (walked and cleaned the yard daily). Would recommend them to anyone.
