Swift Restoration did a beautiful job at our home. We had an ice maker line burst and flooded the kitchen, went under the vinyl, walls, and cabinets. Nate came in and told me what needed to be done and Steve and Nate came in and did a great job! If you need some restoration, this is the company!

When you have a disaster in your home it’s so upsetting. Trying to figure out what to do. My insurance had me work with Swift Restoration and I couldn’t have been any happier. Usually you have some sorta complaint somewhere. But I had zero. Every crew member was totally professional and very knowledgeable of their specialty. I love the finished kitchen. It fits my needs exactly! Very helpful with suggestions and options for cabinet placement as well as cabinet and backsplash selections. Extremely polite and friendly. Kept us informed of any delays so that we could adjust our schedules as well. Hopefully I don’t have to deal with water damage again, but I would definitely know who to call immediately! Swift became like family in the end. They were patient with everything we threw at them even adding a last minute project on. Nate and Moe were quick to respond with all communication. Steven did an excellent job on our home. He is very intelligent and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with Swift for our home renovations. Nate also made sure to communicate asking us frequently if we needed anything else. We love how our home turned out.

First off I have to mention the customer service swift provides is outstanding, Steven was very easy to understand and does a great job, great quality. Nate has amazing communication, great guy. Honestly I would have these guys work in all my houses and I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone. Give them a try you won’t feel bad.

I had an insurance repair for a fairly new granite shower that was leaking through the shower pan into my living room

I decided to use AAA’s recommended contractor Swift Restoration. The fact that this shower was just renovated, I was a bit gun shy on who to hire - but if you use AAA’s recommended contractor they warranty the work for five years

So, I decided to use Swift since AAA provides that warranty - not knowing anything else about them

Well, this was the best decision I have ever made. Swift was incredible, their contractors, tile, dry wall and paint were all phenomenal lead by Nate the project manager. Also, they were very professional, clean and courteous - just a pleasure to have in my house.

Very professional. Valentino, Abe and Luis did a phenominal job of bathroom and garage drywall repair, bathroom painting. Nate and Moe both gave right suggestions about the project while respecting our interests. They stuck to their committed schedule which was important to me. I would definitely use their service in future when necessary.

Really happy to work with Swift Restoration. I had a pipe burst in my condominium and they were assigned to me through my insurance. They were very communicative, kept me up to date and answered all my questions that I had over the weeks. I had extensive damage that required new hardwood floors, new carpeting, some new drywall, and a lot of repainting. The whole process took about 9 weeks from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent, especially the hardwood flooring!

Also I would like to add that I think Swift did a much better job of trying to protect my personal belongings and keep everything clean as they worked, compared to my condo association's contractors who also did some restoration work in my unit. I would definitely recommend Swift Restoration.
