We had such an amazing experience with Ryan's Roofing! After months of battling with our insurance company, we found Ryan's Roofing. He was great to work with, very professional, on time, and very catering. The crew showed up at 7:30 A.M. and were finished before 4 P.M. that very same day! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I are both blown away by how quickly they were finished with our roof and what a great job they did. Ryan came, gave us a great estimate and replaced our roof in one day with a great crew that were very friendly and respectful. Ryan went over all that was going to be done to replace our roof and explained why to use the products he suggested. The final price was lower then his estimate and very professionally installed. My sister signed a contract with Ryan's roofing. They said they would be here late May, did not come or respond for quite some time as to why they were not here yet. When Ryan did contact me he gave me a date of June 27. They did come and replace roofs but in the process, removed and damaged most of the gutters on the big house, and they are so bent and twisted, new must go back up. Also they tore the metal fascia off with the gutters and it is bent and twisted, and also must be replaced. The good news is the shingles are on. Ok I see you replied Ryan. Few corrections. Your gutter guy Keith Main and mine of Gutter specialists both looked at the gutters you in-necessarily took off and some you planned to take off and said “ they look rough”(Keith) and Gino said “not salvageable. The metal fascia is bent and some still attached to the gutters laying in the hog house. Other reviews confirm your response to emails and texts is sketchy at best. I paid you the indicated $5500 that was in this contract you have with Sarah. Your contract states remainder paid when work completed. We are getting gutters put on to replace what your crew damaged. Talk to Sarah.

We hired Ryan to install siding on our house and wrap our windows. They installed the siding this summer. But, there was a corner piece missing, and Ryan said that they'd be back in two weeks (when the part came in) to install that last corner and wrap the windows. That was mid-July and he hasn't been back. We still have a corner unfinished, windows not wrapped, and a large pallet (with extra siding on it) setting in our yard. Last month, he told us that he was short-handed and would get the work done in a couple days, but he never showed up. We've tried to contact him a couple of times since then, but there's been no response. It appears we're going to have to try to hire someone else to finish the job and haul away the pallet. We really want to get the work done (especially the unfinished siding) before the snow flies this winter, but I'm not sure we'll be able to find someone that can get it done by then.

We had just bought a house moved in and the roof started to leak. Called Ryan and he came out took a look around did some small repairs to hold us over the winter and took some measurements and gave us a quote. We got scheduled for a full roof replacement his crew came out at 7 in the morning and by 1130 they were done and packing up. Amazing work, very fast and clean no mess left behind would highly recommend

Ryan installed a tin roof on our house, he was very quick about getting an estimate back to us. The roof was completed quickly, the work area was always kept very clean and the roof looks great!

We were in a very sensitive time crunch of having to replace our roof before closing of home sale. After calling many other companies, Ryan was very easy to work with from getting the estimate to getting job completed. Very satisfied with whole job & we had a steep, choppy roof.

From the first nail pulled to the last nail picked up this crew did an amazing job. You just knew if there was any under lying problems it would get addressed and discussed with home owner.

Ryan provided a prompt estimate, scheduled the reroof, crew showed up on schedule! The work was timely, clean up was excellent..the crew was friendly and MOST efficient. New roof looks exactly like we hoped and mother nature already did a water test..100% satisfied. Will use Ryan's again (in 25 or 30 years... with this kind of service I'm guessing his business will still be around).

With the crazy late summer and fall weather of 2019, Ryan and crew got my new roof on before the next round of rain storms! I hope yo have him reside my home and install metal soffits as soon as possible. There are other unfinished projects and handyman stuff he or his crew members could do as well.

Very dependable, honest and reliable to work with. The crews were very hard workers and everything was cleaned up when completed.
