RWC Building Products - Las Vegas

Very nearly every residential building in the Las Vegas valley has one variation of roofing tile or other. RWC has what you're looking for. Oddly, Home Depot and Lowe's don't carry roofing tiles. An associate at Home Depot directed me to ABC Supply. ABC sells the tiles by the pallet only. They told me that RWC has what I need. I found what I needed at RWC. RWC employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

The company is okay. You will find what you need on roofing. But the problem is the bad attitude on the manager. You can be 10 minutes before closing. Because he gets upset.
Change the hours to 3:30 and is an easy fix.
But if I'm before 4 pm. I deserve to be attended

If you need roof tiles on an older home they can be very difficult to obtain. At RWC they have an amazing amount of different roof tiles. Every time I have been there I get what I need. In and out in less than 15 minutes. I love these guys!

What a great experience. Everyone was very helpful. I'm only replacing a few roof tiles. It's not a big order. They still took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

Lots of inventory for the go get 'em and build it to improve it' crowd. Lord and lots of modeling and remodeling resources....

A Latino guy was attempting to serve us. He had a very, very thick accent. Not an issue, I just asked him to repeat what he was trying to say a few times. The real issue was his bad attitude. To my wife and I, it was clearly obvious he really didn't want to be doing his job. His interest in helping us color match our roof tiles was zip, zero, nada! This is a guy that should have been picking up the broken car parts that were dangerously scattered around their back lot. When we pointed out his bad attitude to the female office worker, she basically told us "you won't find that product anywhere else". Ok, so you have a monopoly on some products so your attitude doesn't matter. Great! STAY AWAY from RWC Building Products at all costs. It's a ship without a rudder. A company without a care.

Get the right stuff on the first time no need to Drive around also you get the right people in there to helping you

Still waiting for my quote but today was a bad experience with customer service. If you are buying a metal roof they do not stock. You have to submit a drawing with a description of the material you need which is fair but it would be nice to get better help than just telling you go to the wall to get all the details you need. It is very frustrating trying to get help from Tracy I believe is her name. It was not the customer service I expected.

Went in with a blurry picture or roofing tiles that had been knocked out of by the winds. The gentleman who checked me out helped me color match the tiles as best as possible and helped me guesstimate what I needed. He was so nice!
I even found a guy picking up product to do the job! Great place!

Had a great experience with RWC. I only bought 50 tiles to repair my roof but was treated like I was replacing the whole thing. Very friendly and helpful staff. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

This company was easy to find. Once you turn off from the road, drive past the chain link fence make a right to park at the entrance. This company has lots of clay tiles all new. They had the exact clay tiles I needed. Credit card excepted.

Quick and easy! I brought in a roofing tile that I needed to match and they had me taken care of in minutes.

Wow, took a chance on this place to look for a few missing pieces of roof tile for my 20+ yr old house and they actually had that style. So glad they sell by the piece. Happy this was my 1st choice.

Friendly and they know their stuff lots of stock on hand of different roof tiles found a match and got 20 pieces and was on my way within 30 minutes from arrival

The total for the same material at RS Supply is $692.69 that is $251.92 of savings from RWC Building Products.
Now if you want to save even more you can get your 30 Pound Rolls at Home Depot for $21.94 or Lowe's $22.98 the brand at Lowe's is the same brand sold at RWC Building Products, and at JR Metals the 2x4 Brown Drip Edge is only $7.99.
This review is for shoppers loke me that will like to save some money, unfortunately I bought the bundles of battens here and I paid 431.84 before taxes I could save $111.84 at RS Supply, now I know I need to research before I buy.
The people at RWC Building Products are very knowledgeable and will answer your questions about roofing but at the moment is more money here.

They carry hard to find cement tiles and supplies for fixing cement tile roofs that are just about everywhere in Las Vegas. The local orange and blue stores should take notes.

Jim and his team are professional and they do what it takes to get your roofing products to you at a reasonable price.

I needed two roof tiles and they helped me select the right color and they sold me what I needed. I had stopped elsewhere but they would not sell just two tiles. If I ever have to replace my roof RWC will be my go to place for material.
