Working with Jon and his team was a terrific experience. They were very flexible with timelines, always available by phone, did quality work, and stayed aware of insurance limits. I'm really thankful I went with RW for my restoration project. They were the only part of the restoration process that wasn't stressful!

This was such a great experience! Erick was super quick, attentive and professional. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He also talked to me about other things we can do if this ever happened again to minimize the damage. I would 100% recommend this company and more specifically Erick.

Erick helped us over the course of several days for a water leak issue in our condo bathroom. He was personable and professional, and did not try to push anything on us that we weren’t comfortable with. The process was as fast and smooth as it could be!

Had an incident where my blinds fell one day, found out I needed remediation work from my handyman.
Found them off google, Erick came out right away. He discovered an intrusion point that caused water damage which explained my blinds falling!
Needless to say, he handled the water mitigation perfectly over the next couple of days. I had great communication throughout the process from Erick and as well Tyler the project manager who delivered me my final report.

I could not recommend RW Restoration and their crew more! I am a dentist and had flood damage to my office. This was a very stressful time for me. Ron came out immediately to help me. I immediately liked him. He is professional, experienced, intelligent and goes out of his way for his customers. Finding a quality general contractor general contractor can be a challenge, but Ron is top notch. He gave me a fair estimate and promised to have his crew work round the clock to get me back up and running. Chris, the project manager, is also phenomenal. He communicated very well with me and has excellent attention to detail. He really showed a lot of concern for my project and everything turned out perfectly. I enjoyed working with him. I also want to thank the crew who were all excellent. They worked nights and weekends to minimized our down time. I really appreciate their efforts and hard work. I had a really good experience with RW Restoration. They completely restored my water-damaged condo unit after an air conditioner condensate line backed up and dumped gallons of water on the floor. They restored all the affected flooring, baseboard trim, and drywall which also involved texturing and painting of the walls for most of the unit. They were professional, integrous, timely, flexible and did exactly what they promised without any hassle. In addition, I want to especially thank Ron Craig who effectively delt with my troublesome insurance company on my behalf. Thank you!

We had water damage from a leak in the roof involving 3 rooms which had wallboard removed up a few feet and the flooring removed. RW did a great job of coordinating the subcontractors and adding the finishing touches. Kudos to James Chevalier and Chris Herman, especially!

Chris Ehrman, James Chevalier and the team were incredibly responsive and worked diligently to keep to the schedule. They worked hard, did good quality work and were very pleasant. James even came back on a Saturday night to reinstall our washer and dryer. We could not have been more pleased.

I ran into 2 employees at a Home Depot, I stopped them and asked what kind of restorations they have done. I was attempting to fix a few things around my house, I asked if they could give me some advice. James was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on what would work best. Brad helped me get the right items that I would need. Very thankful they were willing to help and give some tips and advice. God forbid anything happening to my house but if it does I know exactly who I’m calling!!!
