RVM All Metal

We used RVM All Metal Roofing for our 3 story commercial mini storage. RVM did a great job putting a new roof after the previous metal roof from Mt Baker Roofing flew off over time. I highly recommend RVM!

Terrible experience. Please look at reviews from a variety of websites to get a better overview. Reviews on a company website are often selective. We were referred by a friend who got excellent service. We did not. Spent $16,500 6 years ago, several issues, very poor quality, won't return messages, didn't show for appt and didn't cancel. Looks like we may have to pay another company to fix issues ($4000). Warranty = do not appear to honor warranty

The workmanship is not good at all. Our roof has started to show patches where the "paint' or color has started to wear and the bare metal is showing. Nail holes all through our soffits. the edges were not properly finished. Lots of problems.Think carefully about whom you hire to do this job.

These guys were great! Friendly polite and hard working crew, it was a pleasure having them here! They did great work with much attention to details. Beautiful roof!

I spoke with the office and she was so nice and thoughtful. She gave me the attention I needed to have the conversation we had, I would recommend calling them and requesting work.

Most reasonable bid for new construction roofing (next closest bid was over twice the price for the exact SAME product and methodology specified by the architect.). Good references, did a good job, showed up when they said. Had to return to fix a problem partly created by a subsequent subcontractor, did so timely and without complaint. Highly recommend. I’d use them again in a minute.

They are definitely a 10 out of 10.The product that they supplied. And the workmanship was far better than the other companies I could have used, After agreeing to the quote they were on site and were finished in two days. When doing the roof replacement they found damage to the sub roof plywood and replaced it without delaying the time line. The clean up was so good you wouldn't know any work was done. The office staff is great and very knowledgeable in the product and colors available. The office staff kept me informed all along the the
the process and genuinely took an interest in making me feel comfortable with my decision to use RVM All Metal Roofing. I have already referred to other people who need to have a roof done. I'm sure they will be in good hands when they use RVM. One of the best companies I have had to deal with.

RVM did a great job all round. Competive quote, good pre-roof review for color and othe design aspects, fast installment, and good clean up. The roof is excellent and is not at all noisy.

This review is way over due. RVM Metal was professional at a fair price. We needed a complete roof replacement on our home a few years back. We live in a remote area in Whatcom County and our house roof is very high and technical. Rudy took on the challenge and got the job done in a timely manner. He knows his stuff. They did what they said they would do and they charged what they said they would charge. No surprises and that says a lot.

RVM All Metal Roofing fixed our roof quickly and at a fair price. Our roof is steep and hard to access. Several other companies did not feel they could do the job. I would use RVM again.

Roof cleaning

What a well organized and reputable company. The job was delayed due COVID restrictions, but they came through and even upgraded the roofing thickness at no cost. Finished the job in one day, even in the inclement weather, and cleanup was very thorough.

A most wonderful company; excellent work, courteous people, and very fair.
I have already recommended them to others.
FREE CLEANING

Great job on the roof. Communication prior to installation was top notch. We had a few questions after about maintenance. Were never able to get a response. The roof is beautiful.

Rudy and Crew did a very nice job of removing my old 3-Tab roof and installing a new metal roof. Price was also more than fair.

My only complaint is that their office staff were not great communicators and at times difficult to get to return calls about schedule, etc. This was during the height of the Covid hype, so maybe that played into it.

They did a great job removing an old barn roof and installing a new metal roof. They also identified a leak and repaired the house asphalt shingle ridge. Efficient, timely and professional.

Highly recommended RVM !!! Super kind, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Answered any questions or concerns I had. Everyone from office staff to installers were great to deal with.

Rudy was great. He could have done a straight installation but he noticed some potential issues and put in extra work to fix them before proceeding with the roof installation. He was professional and took pride in his work.

RVM replaced our composite shingle roof on our home on Orcas Island with an all metal roof in 2019. Rudy and his team did a great job start to finish. We also had new rain gutters installed at the same time. We have not had any problems with our new roof and are very satisfied with the quality of the roof. We were also very pleased that RVM was responsive and willing to serve Orcas Island.

New metal roof and the on site supervisor was able to overcome some obstacles by virtue of his vast experience and solved a drain issue before it became a problem!

We had a metal roof installed by RVM a couple years ago. The price was less than the most expensive asphault bid and more than the cheaper roofing bids. The metal is quieter than our cedar roof was. The energy efficiency is noticable. They were on time, easy to work with, professional and very pleasant. I have recommended them to friends who are also happy with their work.

If you want it done right, use RVM. They have a lot of experience. Great company. I had my siding put on by them and it looks absolutely perfect. They use the metal flashing on the Hardie plank and proper drip protection. Really great craftsmanship!!

Saw the one star review on this company and thought I'd share my experience. Called for estimate and they came down on a Saturday. We have a company for which running around on the roof during business hours is not an option. They offered to do the job during off hours and on the weekend which was appreciated. Unfortunately there was a mixup, and the date we had asked for (and we had invested significant resources for this date including canceling appointments etc), so other times were not an option. RVM was flexible and performed half the job that day, and half another day a week later. Not idea, but again, they solved the problem. Half way through the project, the city approached me and asked where my "roof permit" was. Had no idea I needed one, and called RVM. They also did not know one was needed. So we were fined for this by the city because of starting work without a permit. I asked RVM to pay for this, and they agreed. Finally, there was a miscalculation on the estimate, which would have cost us a significant amount of money. Rather than bickering and whining, RVM stepped up and absorbed this cost without charge to us. All in all, this company seems to stand by any errors, miscalculations, oversights, and so on. Ironically, it is these bumps in the road with our install, and the way they handled them, that makes me more comfortable with them as a company. If there were future leaking problems, install problems, roof issues, I'm hopeful they will have the same attitude seen so far.

Called for an estimate appointment over almost 2 weeks ago. Was told would have to be on a Saturday at noon. Missed out on a family function so I could be home. By 1:30pm was getting impatient so called the company and the woman I spoke to who was very nice 2 weeks ago answered. I asked about my appointment which she acted surprised that I would think I had one on a Saturday. The phone cut out. I tried to call back several times but my calls go STRAIGHT to voicemail....
