The owner, Vince, was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time, and was incredibly professional. He used the latest technology to examine my roof and didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary. I appreciated his honesty. I didn’t need repairs…thank goodness…but I would totally recommend him and will use him again when I do. It is nice to have a person I trust to take care of my roofing needs.

Over all an amazing experience from start to finish, Vince really made me feel like family when he showed me from start to finish what he was going to do.
I love the over all outcome of my new roof!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

We hired Vince/RVAM last year in July. Our estimate was done by Vik. They were hired to replace the roofs on our 2 story home. The second story roof is fine (so far), but the lower roof was horribly done. They damaged the stucco of our home when removing the old roof (didn’t say anything about it either until I pointed out the damage their crew caused), left a layer of the old roofing material on, incorrectly installed the roof, lied about getting the permits from the city (they applied for the permits in December), didn’t get the required inspection from the city, and refuses to honor their warranty and their work.

In October of last year, when there was rain, the first story roof started leaking again and caused significant damages (photo and video proof) Vince refuses to cover costs for the damages, and now the roof is leaking again!

We are currently perusing legal action against this company for negligence.

We have also filed complaints with the city and state and have informed our insurance company to never recommend them.

SHAME ON YOU VINCE!

took over a week to respond to a voice mail i left for a simple inspection. and then without even coming to see my roof, they confirmed they're just in the business of trying to sell TPO, they don't actually do repairs.

ETA if they were interested in servicing roofs and committed to solving the customers' roof problems, they would've come out to see mine and then told me if i needed a repair or a new roof. if i only needed a repair, maybe i would've hired them? no loss of time on either's part. it's normal to get multiple bids so I'm not sure why that precludes me from hiring them. but to skip an inspection simply because you know the homeowner doesn't want a brand new roof is... well i think that speaks for itself.

RVAM owner Vince was great. The whole experience from the estimate to the project completion was exceptional. They installed a TPO roof on our patio and re-shingled a shed. The whole crew was very professional. Vince hung out during the the majority of the process and even pitched in and helped out if needed. Workmanship was excellent, they even tacked down a few other shingles not related to the project. Price definently beat the competition. I will use again and will highly recommend to friends and family.

We worked with Vince to complete a new roof for a Real Estate transaction. The work was completed in less than a week after we selected RVAM for the job. RVAM roofing was recommended to me by a number of coworkers, and I couldn't be happier with what they did. Their quote for the job was several thousand dollars cheaper than the next best offer, their crew was polite and efficient, and their work was high quality. There was a slight issue with a skylight that did not get secured after the job, but when I called the company, they came out within 20 minutes after 7 at night to make it right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roof work. They stand by their work and will solve any problems quickly.

I had lots of problems but the owner gradually worked to get them cleared out. First the good: this company was the low bidder. His communication was good; he was always respectful when I talked to him. The bad is that their crew on the old roof tear off yanked out a pressurized plumbing pipe which flooded six apartments. I offered and let him make many of the repairs from the floods and he did and some of the work was done competently and some not; overall, it took too long so I had to get others to do the damage repair but that really isn't typically a roofing company's business. The roof was not done right the first time. Part of the insulation was not installed properly under the flat roof and, though it was obvious, they didn't tell me and I had to get up on the roof and find it for myself when I saw water pooling in those places. After I did call them out on not doing the roof right, they did come back and repair it properly. Also, they didn't seal the parapets properly after they cracked them putting on the roof material so rain may have damaged the structure from that. They had the new roof slope and empty all one direction to the back of the building (which was probably cheaper and easier roof to do) instead of the previous roof which was draining on all 4 sides so all the water going to the back has caused a second flooding problem which has already damaged one of my apartments. However they say that they will fix that and I have reason to believe they will fix it because I demanded and they eventually paid for damages from the flood. More updates later.

Vince, the owner of the company answers the phone and comes out to give the quote. He is punctual, professional, honest and friendly. His crew was fantastic. Harding working guys, respectful and affable. Their work was excellent. They completed our house in one day and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.

I had RVAM do some deep cleaning and an inspection on my flat roof. They were very thorough and did an excellent job. Communication, documentation, timeliness, price, and quality of work were all fantastic. I would definitely recommend and plan to use them in the future for my roofing needs.

I had a leak on my roof and called him after another company quoted me thousands of dollars to "fix all the penetrations" on my roof. Vince came out, took a look, and quickly found the real issue—a tile had simply slid off. He fixed it on the spot and didn’t even charge me for it!

I cannot say enough about the service provided to me by
this company. The employees were pleasant, courteous, and on time . Worked tirelessly from 7 am to 7 pm. The roof looks great and I could not be happier. I called Vince and he came to look at roof the same day, who does that these days! Vince is also very fair with his prices, was present when insurance inspector came to assess roof. If you use this companies services you will not be disappointed.

RVAM put on a new TPO roof system for my family in June of 2022.
They found that the previous roofers had broken code and placed 3 layers of Tar & Gravel when 2 is the max allowed. There was so much damage that most of the deck boards needed to be replaced.
RVAM did a thorough inspection of all roof surfaces, parapets, canales, exhaust and venting pipes. At one point, one unfortunate guy fell through a section of garage roof because of the serious mistakes made by the previous roofers (from before my wife and I bought the house).
RVAM replaced all of our flat roof surfaces with TPO, checked integrity and flashing of our slopped roofs. At one point the crane service missed their appointment by so many hours that
they would not be able to complete before the end of the day, so Vincent (the owner) offered to pay for a hotel room so that my family was out of the elements! Great Service, making up for the mistakes of others.
For 2 years everything was great. Then June 2024 we had a major leak again. Once again the owner Vincent gave up his time after work and on weekends to help us find the problem. It was difficult but he was diligent to find that the gutter installers had seriously damaged the exterior wall under and behind a canale collection box.
RVAM was proactive to check with us after storms, quick to respond when we had issues, and diligent and professional to mitigate even other contractors mistakes.
Vincent is a great guy with a dedicated crew. He was caring about my family in times of stress, and thorough in his craftmanship.

These guys are amazing, they showed up before time and repaired my roof quickly. Roof repair can be really expensive and sometimes you can be overcharged, but these guys had integrity and told me that my problem was smaller than I think and charged me accordingly, will definitely continue services with these guys.

My experience with Vincent from RVAM Roofing was outstanding. He was referred to me by my insurance company (AAA) and met with me at the prearranged time. I had a few family emergencies that he patiently waited until I was able to commit to filing a claim for a new roof. The first adjuster denied my claim but Vincent walked me through the appeal process which was then approved. He explained the process step by step and today, I have a new roof with an outstanding warranty.

Price beat out competition. New roof was put on quickly with minimal mess left in my yard. Went to service my swamp cooler after the roof was installed and discovered the access panel had been forced off and bent, the electrical components were severed, and one of the support legs was completely missing. Contacted the company and they eventually sent an hvac guy out who reconnected the electrical components but after contacting the company a second time, my swamp cooler is still on 3 legs. Just going to fix it myself. Did they think I wouldn't notice?

I recommend Vincent and RVAM roofing. It didn’t start out so great, they triggered my copper tubing that is connected to my swamp cooler which caused a leak in my closet. They were out the next day to take a look, by mistake the tubing was ripped out. Vincent had a HVAC professional come out and re install it, changed out my old parts and made sure it is good to go for next year. He told me that “I’m treating your house as if it was my own”, and he did. I feel totally confident in recommending RVAM, Vincent has really gone the extra mile to make it right.

This company was wonderful!! Workers handle the job with care and dedication, I was completely satisfied with job that was done!!

RVAM Roofing came in at a lower cost and was able to attend to the roof more quickly than other companies. While there were some hiccups along the way, including the much worse condition of the roof than previously thought, Vincent was able to answer my questions and address any issues to my satisfaction, and the roof is now safe and sealed. He takes pride in his work, and he is always willing to get the job done right. I appreciate his patience in explaining things to me and working with me, as well as his dedication to being thorough and making sure things are completed and correct.
